d everyone with so much kindness, and they truly made our day so easy as the couple getting married! They were attentive to our needs, making sure we ate and always had a drink! They set up the venue for us and followed our instructions to a T, everything looked so beautiful. The food was AMAZING, the guests had nothing but good things to say about it! We are so happy we chose them for our wedding!!
If you’re thinking of hiring Bub’s for your wedding, just do it. You won’t regret it. They treat (and will feed you) like family.
We worked with Uncle Bub’s for our September 2026...
wedding and they were simply the best! We booked them because we wanted something different from the usual wedding dinner fare and Bub’s did not disappoint. From the beginning, they were responsive, organized, and made the planning process fun, easy, and stress free.
We loved working with Kristin. From my first frantic phone call to check if our wedding date was available to our very last planning session, Kristin was calm, kind, and really took time to listen to our concerns, requests, and help us come up with solutions. I completely trusted her.
On the wedding day, Uncle Bub’s served an amazing, delicious feast. We opted for the onsite pig roast, and our guests got a real kick seeing (and smelling!) the smoker. We received so many compliments about the food. In fact, our vendors were excited beforehand to hear Bub’s was catering the event. People loved the apps, especially the smoked chicken wings. The brisket was a hit. After finding out we took home leftovers, some of our out-of-town guests regretted not stopping by to pick up a plate on their way out.
Lastly, Bub’s onsite team was outstanding. Service was smooth as could be; people got through the line quickly, and everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Thanks to the entire Bub’s team for helping make our wedding reception deliciously perfect!
Pros:
- Unbelievable food
- Clear, responsive communication
- Professional, detail oriented, organized
- Offers silverware, plates, napkins (see photos!)
- Wedding catering experts

for us is the incredible staff that we worked with every step of the way. From the earliest planning stages, to our tasting, all the way to the day itself, Uncle Bub’s staff went above and beyond to make sure that the food was a stress-free aspect of our day.
We also could not have asked for a friendlier and more accommodating group of waiters, bartenders and event captain that were on site during the event itself, that made set up a breeze. We could not recommend Uncle Bub’s enough to anybody who would listen.

yone rave about the food but everyone raved about the staff and how nice and accomodating they were as well as how well it was all planned. I felt like we barely planned anything and Uncle Bub's did everything for us. We were completely clueless, and they were very patient with us.
The staff was quick with cleaning up plates and feeding people. I won't forget that I made an off-handed comment about being hungry after cocktail hour while my bridesmaids bustled my dress, and our event captain immediately had four servers surround me with appetizers from cocktail hour. It was honestly, a Godsend. Then, she made sure that I was served first and carried my food for me so that I wouldn't fall over my dress.
The experience was amazing, smooth, professional, and I would definitely recommend them.
