About this vendor
Ultra Event Group was originally founded in 2003 by Gerry Freedom originally under the now defunct name of “So Cal Pro Entertainment” and was essentially rebuilt from the ground up in 2009 to the NEW name brand and image you see today. The UEG organization was developed with one main focus, to make incredible moments in time a reality one event at a time while shattering the standard mold or concept of what people would expect from a private event DJ entertainment service provider. UEG is very different than any other private event entertainment group in Southern California and you scroll through our site you will see why….

t! Also saved money and time because Gerry (our dj) took his time to call before the event and plan everything out! Our event went smooth because Gerry took it upon himself to keep the day going leading everyone and directing the event. Well worth what we payed!

our wedding day, and he did a great job in making everything go so smoothly! He is so easy to work with, helped us create a monogram to display on a screen, and was more than willing to help us play a couple movies during dancing at the reception. 100% would recommend to anyone!

list, giving us several song recommendations. He's very knowledgeable about popular songs and crowd pleasers. The song I picked for our processional down the isle didn't end up being long enough and ended before I made it down the isle. Gerry was great at quickly and flawlessly restarting the song in time for me, and fading it out beautifully. He also picked a great song for us and our bridal party to make an entrance. We got so many compliments on the music for the night. We had a great mix of oldies and new remixes. We loved it!! Gerry was also great at getting our crowd of introverts out on the dance floor! We had a great party thanks to Gerry! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great DJ!

e thought of! They understand the Hispanic culture, so they know about the traditions and music, which was super helpful. It was important to us to have a bilingual affair.
I really can't say enough great things about Ultra Event Group. I recommend to anyone who wants a group of professionals to run their event in a seamless manner.
My husband and I (Cristina) had a wonderful experience with Ultra Event Group and our DJ Gerry from our first phone conversation, to our first meeting until the day of our wedding....
He is very professional, experienced and has a wonderful personality. I was so happy with the services of Ultra Event Group. It made our wedding a blast! I had so many comments from guests, to people working the event about the music, the DJ and how fun the event was and our DJ absolutely made that happen. Gerry is kind, fun, has great energy and really listens to what you want at your wedding while using his expertise to see what music works well together. He gave us great feedback and made it so easy to choose songs we wanted with an online form and music database that can be easily printed or written out as well. He also provided a timeline of when things should be submitted which really helped reduce our stress and make things run smoothly. He had all the songs we we wanted as must plays. He provided awesome MC services in both Spanish and English which was important to us. Thank you so much Gerry! We highly recommend Ultra Event Group services to anyone looking for a DJ. -Cristina and Jose
