Veronica is the wedding-planning equivalent of having the world's most capable big sister by your side—someone who is deeply invested in your success, always looking out for you, a...
nd somehow manages to keep everything moving forward without adding stress.
From the very beginning, Veronica demonstrated an incredible ability to understand our vision and intuitively grasp what we wanted our wedding to feel like. She has a remarkable talent for translating ideas into reality while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
Throughout the planning process, she provided thoughtful recommendations for trusted vendors who aligned with our style, priorities, and budget. She further served as the central hub for coordinating vendors, logistics, timelines, and countless moving pieces.
What impressed me most was Veronica's ability to execute. Planning is one thing; delivering the final product flawlessly is another. She made sure that every detail, every vendor, and every transition came together exactly as intended, creating a wedding day that felt effortless from our perspective.
On top of orchestrating our day of activities, Veronica personally checked in to make sure we were hydrated, fed, and taking care of ourselves throughout the day. Those small acts of care made a tremendous difference and reflected how genuinely invested she was in our experience. A special thank-you to her team (Allegra Pompeo and Vanessa Torres), who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every element on our big day came together seamlessly.
As a fellow Type A personality, I am not someone who easily relinquishes control. Yet Veronica earned my complete trust. Because of her and her team, I was able to be fully present and genuinely relaxed on my wedding day (I joked that I'm on vacation at the wedding, all day!) —and this was something I honestly wasn't sure would be possible.
Looking back, one of the greatest gifts Veronica gave us was peace of mind. Knowing she was managing everything behind the scenes allowed us to simply enjoy one of the most important days of our lives. We are incredibly grateful for her guidance, expertise, and unwavering support throughout the entire journey, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

f magical, and we owe a huge part of that to Veronica's expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail.
From our first meeting to the last dance, Veronica demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. Her organizational skills, creative ideas, and ability to handle any unexpected challenges were truly impressive.
From the moment she stepped in, Veronica not only demonstrated exceptional expertise in wedding planning but also showcased incredible interpersonal skills. Her ability to manage a multitude of opinionated stakeholders was truly impressive. Veronica navigated differing preferences with grace and diplomacy, turning what could have been stressful moments into opportunities for collaboration. The result was a wedding that not only reflected our vision but also incorporated the diverse wishes of our families.
The meticulous attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the planning process. Veronica and her team flawlessly coordinated all the moving parts on the day of the wedding - which included bringing everything indoors at the last minute due to California's first ever hurricane! The atmosphere she created was not only stunning but also harmonious, a testament to her skill in understanding and balancing the desires of everyone involved.
Our guests are still raving about every aspect of the celebration, and we couldn't be happier. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Type A Soiree by our side. Without a doubt, Veronica and her team turned our dreams into reality, and we wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone seeking a wedding planner who is not only an exceptional and dedicated professional expert in her craft but also a master at managing the dynamics of diverse and complex families.

re to calm us and help us out. The night turned out better than I could ever imagine and I really owe it all to her and her team. Hiring her was the best decision we made for our wedding and I couldnt recommend her more. She will literally do anything to make sure the couple has the best wedding possible!

d Veronica alleviated many of our concerns (e.g. shipping stuff to her directly so we don't have to lug it down to San Diego). Type A Soiree Events polished our event by handling all of the communication with our other wedding vendors leading up to the big day. Additionally, planning a wedding during a COVID surge is stressful enough and Veronica was able to make last minute runs to FedEx for new signages and a seating chart to account for all last minute cancelations due to COVID. Being a Type A bride and groom who were very involved in the details, we appreciated that Veronica was able to bring her A game and embodied the type A personality. Veronica accommodated our asks for sustainability, minimal waste, and she even went as far as personally driving our centerpiece flowers to a nursing home to be donated after our soiree. We really appreciated her years of professional experience and we leaned heavily on her expertise. SHE. IS. AMAZING.
Absolutely excellent! Veronica stepped in for us when our original wedding planner went on maternity leave and it was such a smooth transition we couldn't have asked for more! She ...
made our wedding easy, enjoyable, and everything was absolutely on time and fantastic! It was the BEST day of our lives because she made it run smoothly!! Our guests had mentioned that it was THE BEST wedding they had ever gone to!! She was incredibly thorough, detail oriented, thoughtful, punctual... all we had to do was just show up and enjoy the day (which we completely did). We are SO thankful and appreciative for all the hard work Veronica and her assistant Oni had put into everything and making our day one that was filled with so much joy, excitement, and love in seeing all of our friends and family without any stress or worry. Highly recommend her, you can't go wrong and you won't have a thing to worry about!!

During the day of our wedding I was able to focus on just having a great time because of Oni . She went above and beyond with our vision and made sure that everything was taken care of throughout the night.

ound Veronica who made our wedding so perfect.
Our wedding was not easy to plan as we wanted both a beach wedding and a classy downtown wedding. So we did a beach ceremony and reception at US Grant with buses for our guests. Veronica executed the transition seamlessly. We did not have to worry about anything because the moment we think about something, it's already taken care of. She also kept us on track throughout the planning process and also gave helpful opinion and suggestions.
Additionally, Veronica is a well-established planner who has personal connections with a great list of top quality vendors who will help with one's vision for his/her dream wedding. And it will become a reality! :)
We cannot be thankful enough for Veronica. We would like for all the couples to have the greatest experience that we both had!

ision and recommend vendors that aligned with my taste. I was looking for a planner who could do the vendor coordination and negotiate contracts. Veronica was a tough negotiator, getting me the best deals without sacrificing quality.
Veronica was also very responsive via email throughout the year, and she setup day trips with me to look at rentals, provide feedback on the menu and help design our cake and groom's cake. Not only was her assistance fun, but she helped articulate my likes and dislikes to vendors and helped me make some tough decisions.
The day of my wedding was stress free because of Veronica and her team's flawless execution, and she is such a talented decorator. I would definitely recommend Veronica and her team.

cor and theme. She was always responsive to emails and calls and was honest about her thoughts while accommodating what I wanted. She effortlessly coordinated the rehearsal and when it came to the wedding day, it went off without a hitch! She had brought four interns to help with the day and placed every decoration exactly where I had imagined it to be. Throughout the wedding she was on top of the schedule and we were actually running ahead because of the level of organization. Honestly, it was my dream wedding and I wasn't ever stressed because I knew she had it handled. I definitely recommend her and I can guarantee you, that you will not be disappointed and it is totally worth the investment!!

. We loved her direct and honest communication. We hired her for partial coordination, but she was there for us throughout the whole year answering my questions and making sure we were on track. Throughout the way we had meetings where she made us feel more like friends rather than clients. Her expertise and knowledge of vendors and the industry were a huge asset to us. Her recommendations always accompanied our style and wedding vibe. When it came to the day of, she took care of things I didn’t even know needed taking care of. She was always one step ahead and kept us on track with time and agenda. The only thing she couldn’t do was make the wedding day last longer than 24 hours! It was magical and the day went so smoothly because of her and her team. Even her husband helped out when I asked her to set up my multiple stacks of marble!
