Two Forks Catering

y seemed like your chef took pride in how the tenderloin turned out. Also, the speediness and professionalism of the wait staff truly exceeded our expectations. My wife and I loved that you allowed us to be a part of the process, and I agree that our collaboration really made us feel a part of the process. Let me also say that our guests had nothing but great things to say about your food and your team! Again, thank you and your entire team for your excellent work and care to make our daughter's night very special. We are extremely happy how everything turned out and would recommend your services to all of our friends and family.

s. I would highly recommend using Two Forks for your next event.

rue! My husband and I are both picky eaters and they worked with us to create a menu that was absolutely DELICIOUS for everyone!! Jeff even helped us add an additional appetizer for cocktail hour that was something my husband and I both wanted but they did not originally have on the menu. They even helped us pick signature cocktails that turned out better than I could’ve imagined! Two forks is seriously the best!!!!

h. It's obvious that they strive to make the planning process as easy as possible and do all they can to cater to their clients (no pun intended). One of the many examples of their accommodation, was when Jeff reached out a week before our wedding to make sure he had everything right and to genuinely check-in on us. At that time we had already submitted our final headcount, but received a few last minute cancellations from guests. In response, Jeff allowed us to swap those meals for a passed appetizer - just a few days before the event. That type of accommodation in the wedding industry is unheard of!! Two Forks truly does partner with their clients and delivers HIGH quality food/drinks and service. We're so incredibly pleased with the service we received and highly recommend Two Forks to all who will listen!

way to assist us with every aspect of the planning for our special day! I highly recommend Two Forks and I know I will be reaching out to Jeff for other special parties and special events in the future!! BRAVO, Jeff!! 🙌🙌🙌 Thank you so very much!! ❤️

f the park. Their servers and bartenders are top notch also! 💕

was served hot! The linens and table settings were perfect as well. I would definitely use and recommend them for future events. Thank you Jeff and Christina you all were amazing!

ng with Jeff and Christina was such a pleasure. They went above and beyond to make sure communication was seamless from start to finish, and that the whole process was stress free. I highly recommend Two Forks!

team were highly communicative, and the service that evening was impeccable. But the thing that stood out the most was Jeff's willingness and excitement to work with us to create the culinary experience we wanted for our guests. We had quite a few specialty requests, and Jeff happily accommodated them all. If we ever have another event, Two Forks will be our first and final stop!

o work with and will assist in helping you achieve your vision. Highly recommend their team for your events!

ith everything!

I appreciate all the work Jeff and Christina did for us throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Two Forks!

and bartending were provided. We worked with Christina and Jeff throughout our process and they were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. We chose two appetizers which were chipotle meatballs and bruschetta phyllo cups, and then for dinner we chose two of their Italian options, classic lasagna and chicken fettuccine Alfredo, with green beans, rustic Greek salad and dinner rolls. The food was great! And we got to enjoy it after the wedding too since our venue sent us home with a takeout box for each of us. We had one vegan guest and they were able to provide him with a vegan meal at no extra charge and no hassle. They also provided the table linens, chargers, napkins, dinnerware, and glassware. We chose to use the host provided bar so we only had to supply the alcohol and ginger beer. The bartending and wait staff were great! The only negative is that we had champagne for a champagne toast and I think only me and my husband got champagne. I’m not sure what happened so that champagne wasn’t poured for toasts but no one seemed to notice. Overall, I highly recommend Two Forks for catering! I’m so glad we chose them!
