TWIRL Bridal and Prom Boutique

he bridal shop itself is beautifully decorated, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere. That made me feel special from the start. My bridal consultant, Lauryn, was an absolute gem! She listened tentatively to my vision, and brought out a stunning selection of dresses that perfectly match what I was having in mind with also the experience of never having to try on a wedding dress before. Needless to say, she gave me options that were not overwhelming. Her expertise and keen eye for detail were evident as she helped me try on each gown, offering thoughtful suggestions and making sure I felt comfortable and confident. And then it happened. I found the dress! It was everything I didn’t know I wanted more. The moment I saw myself in the mirror, I knew it was the one the fit, the fabric, the intricate details. It was all perfect. Lauryn shared in my joy and her genuine excitement made the moment feel even more special with all the people that I brought with me. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free thanks to the bridal team at Twirl. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible experience. I cannot recommend them enough to any bride to be searching for her perfect dress!

d the one!! They were so supportive and hyped me up the entire time. I would not go to anyone else when looking for a wedding dress!!(:

wing their socials truly helped me gain that inspo! I said yes to the dress on that day and everybody said my dress was truly made for me.

for her. A big thanks to Twirl and the team for helping her find her dream dress!

th them. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a wedding dress.

lready expensive planning process). Sam was my bridal consultant and she was so professional, sweet, fun & amazing at what she does. She had the style/budget I was going for nailed from the beginning and I ended up buying the first dress I tried on! Their customer service is stellar and she even took care of calling & cancelling an appointment I had with a different salon for later in the day since I'd already found THE dress. Our try-on appointment was just as wonderful and I received a couple follow-up texts from Sam with updates on delivery and just to check-in with me. I can't say enough wonderful things about this store. RUN, don't walk, to Twirl bridal!

pped foot inside, they went above and beyond - there was a brief scheduling issue (that really wasn’t a big deal at all) that they quickly rectified and then upgraded our appointment with complimentary mimosas and snacks. Our consultant, Ashley, was outstanding in her focus, care, and dedication to me and my search for the perfect dress. There were thankfully no awkward family or friend dynamics to navigate among my crew, but I got the sense Ashley would handle sticky situations with effortless grace. She ensured I was the focus, and that what I wanted was most important. I often struggle to enforce that (and didn’t need to enforce anything with the people I brought!) but Ashley made me feel at ease during my moment in the spotlight. She seamlessly blended her knowledge of the Twirl collection with my wishes while effortlessly learning every detail about my husband to be and our planned wedding, venue, flowers, colors, style, theme, season, etc. The entire appointment was warm, calm, leisurely but shockingly comprehensive, discreet when necessary, focused but exceedingly caring, just absolutely professional all around. Thank you so much, Twirl!

00. I had been to other salons in the Columbus area and felt like there was just more variety and current styles at TWIRL. The consultants were very nice and helpful at both my initial appointment and pickup! There was a slight miscommunication regarding my budget, and of course the dress I wanted (and got) was slightly over budget— it was clear that it was truly a miscommunication and not a sneaky business practice, and TWIRL made it right by taking off extra fees to help get the total cost of the dress closer to my budget number! They sent me a sweet text on my wedding day to congratulate me too :) Definitely recommend! I will note that their bridesmaids dresses are definitely pricey (closer to the $200 range), as well as their cleaning/preservation service, so we went elsewhere for those things, but as above I’m so glad we went here for my dress!!!

moments like those that made the experience so great!

I found exactly what I didn't even know I was looking for at Twirl! My appointment was at noon on a Monday, and my consultant, Nicole, was AMAZING! She was SO patient and honest with me as I tried on nearly every dress in the store. I truly felt like she listened to me and understood what I was wanting. She even encouraged me to try on various styles of gowns to help me figure out what I felt best in. Because of her, I was able to find the most beautiful gown that was within my budget. I would HIGHLY recommend checking them out!

like we were friends ! Definitely coming back and requesting her !

ed me through the elimination process and did not make me feel stressed or guilty for taking awhile to make a decision! I went to about 6 bridal stores and twirl was by far the best, they keep in contact with you make you feel like you aren’t 1 of 100 brides! I feel like Ashley was the only consultant that made me feel comfortable out of the other bridal shops, I got my dress the second time visit twirl and Ashley squeezed me in last minute to re try on my dresses

aged and overwhelmed. My trip to twirl was perfect. Jessica was the one who helped me, she listened to the things that I said I did and didn’t want and didn’t make me feel forced to try on dresses that I wasn’t comfortable with. She helped me into every dress and had tons of tools to help me imagine what it would look like in my correct size. My twirl appointment was a truly wonderful experience, and I am so grateful for Jessica’s expertise. I was able to pick ny dream dress during my first appointment with them.

my mom and two sisters, we got the upgraded package (AMAZING!) The ladies in the store were just so friendly, which I definitely appreciate! But ASHLEY was my stylist and I showed her some pictures of just some dresses I have seen on the twirl Facebook etc, she pulled some, my mom and sisters pulled some.. when I tell you the first dress I tried on…. My face just lit up like a Christmas tree! I tried on many more, but came back to the first one and when Ashley put on the veil, it was just waterwork central and I said yes to the dress. I honestly had the best experience at twirl with Ashley being my stylist especially being the type of bride who walked in a bridal shop blind sided on what I wanted! But Ashley knew! Thank you so much for everything! I can’t wait to come get my dress!

n your life and thankfully going to Twirl it was. Nicole was wonderful and answered all of my questions and I ended up finding my perfect dress!!!!!

best friend had found her dress here years ago & had the best experience so I knew I had to try it out. It was worth every single mile and minute! I was given their consultant, Jessica and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. She made me feel so comfortable and was so easily able to help me make decisions about styles I liked and disliked. She literally helped me find my dream dress. In such a short time of knowing me, she was able to read my body language and my facial expressions about dresses and knew how I felt about each individual dress before even I did! She is so so good at her job! I can't say it enough! Not only was the in-person experience more than I could've ever wished for, they were great even before I stepped into the salon! About a week or two out from my appointment, I received a text from one of their workers (Sam) regarding my appointment. She was beyond helpful in answering all of my questions. She also let me know about their "upgraded experience" which included mimosas, several snacks, both salty and sweet, a super cute Mrs. wine tumbler and my own little goodie bag with a robe, a shirt, and several other items. Worth the extra money for all you get! Bottom line, if you're in Ohio or willing to travel, THIS IS THE SALON TO GO TO! You will not be disappointed. I cannot thank Twirl enough for the wonderful experience. Xo

The dress selection at Twirl is incredible, they have so many high quality dresses and great prices.. I ended up getting a ceremony dress, reception dress, bridesmaids dresses, and tuxedos for the guys all through Twirl because I was so happy with the service and quality. Our experience was absolutely flawless and stress free. I cannot say enough good things about the bridal salon, definitely worth the hour drive from Columbus.

ielle helped me find my dream dress. She listened to what I was looking for, put one on me, and that's all it took. I kept going back to the first one I tried on. One thing I wish they would have done is show me what jewelry would look good with the dress, but I am not at all disappointed. My bridesmaids got their dresses from Twirl as well. They have a beautiful bridesmaids suite upstairs perfect for a girls day!

resses in all sizes. I would 100% recommend!

wards for whatever we needed!

er helpful and she was able to help me figure out my style.

el like the most beautiful and celebrated person in the world. Twirl will get all of my business in the future. Love them so much!

very accommodating to her to make sure she was comfortable. Ashley was wonderful during my appointment and pulled beautiful dresses for me to try on. It was my first time trying on dresses and she was great at helping me narrow down what I was looking for. I will recommend Twirl to anyone I know in the area.

! The staff is very friendly and professional and truly make you feel beautiful. It only took me 45 minutes and one stop to find the one!

super helpful! I ended up finding "the one" within an hour!

alked in the door. Ashley went above and beyond to grasp my style and helped me find THE most perfect dress! I cannot say enough great things about my experience! To all the Ohio brides...just do yourself a favor and start your dress search at Twirl!

t helping to find the perfect dress in my price point. She helped me envision what I could change and how it would look once altered. I was able to store it with them until the big day when they had it neatly pressed and gave me one final try on to make sure all was well. Thanks!

, which really helped streamline thoughts and ideas. I began the day not thinking I would find anything, but left Twirl that day with my dream dress and a veil to match. The overall process was stress-free, from setting up initial appointments to coming back to pick up my dress when it had been delivered. The bridal salon is gorgeous and the variety of styles of dresses is amazing. I would recommend Twirl to anyone looking to find their dream wedding dress!

ere I feel like they are pushier and want to get you in and out). They helped me find my beautiful dream dress, within my budget - which was no easy task considering their large array of gorgeous dresses that they have to choose from! Also, everything was done in a timely manner (I ordered and got my dress in plenty of time to make sure it was perfect and ready for the big day). I couldn't be happier!

me calm the entire time. It has been a dream of mine to get my wedding dress at twirl, since I got my HS senior year homecoming dress and prom dress at Twirl! Such a beautiful salon with amazing employees. 100% recommend!

deal like I did!

rspective and helped me find my PERFECT dream dress. Grace assisted me during my consultations. She made me feel safe to express my truthful opinion and has the sweetest heart. The natural lighting of the studio and the fitting adjustments by Grace really helped me envision myself as a bride on wedding day. This boutique carries all the best styles from wedding to prom (my sister tried on and they were GORGEOUS). Visit Twirl and you’re going to leave saying yes to the dress!

work with. My coordinator was knowledgeable and very helpful while still letting my group feel included by picking out gowns for me to try on. I felt so comfortable and even found my gown on the first and only appointment. While they don't do alterations at their store they give you a list of seamstresses who they have worked with in the past and I had no trouble finding one in Columbus. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend Twirl to any bride who is looking for their gown.

ressure me into buying my dress, and they made sure I was completely comfortable and happy before saying “yes”. The boutique is super cute and is the perfect environment to get you ready for your big day!

e helped me get in and out of each dress, spread out the train multiple times so I could spin around and take pictures. They offer you snacks and beverages when you walk in and are super welcoming and accommodating. My dress was also pretty reasonably priced. I would highly recommend to any bride!

r me. She was very supportive even though I bounced back and forth between two. She talked me through my thought process so that we could narrow it down to exactly what I wanted! I couldn’t be more happy and I walked out with a dress that I would’ve never picked off the rack for myself, I’m in love! Thanks so much to Jessica and the whole staff at Twirl!

ng great, but she complimented my team as well and told them they were doing a great job as well! I am not sure I could have had a better experience! Thank you!

2, 2018 my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer... My now husband and I decided to move our wedding up. My dress had been ordered and was not due to arrive until April. Sam, Grace and so many other of the AMAZING ladies worked tirelessly with the designer and were able to get the dress I picked out rush delivered and it arrived in enough time to get all necessary alterations done and we had an amazing wedding! I can not even being to describe how eternally grateful we are for what they did for us! I wish I was able to give more than 5 stars, this place deserves a million star review! ❤ The Williams

e at all. I loved my dress!

for me! The only reason I bumped off a star was because my budget was $2000 and I didn't feel like there were a whole lot of choices to try on that were within that budget (we ran out of dresses for me to try on)! Even though I had found my dress, I felt like I still could have tried more on (this was the first and only place I shopped for my bridal gown). Also, we bought my bridesmaids dresses at Twirl! They were beautiful but pricey... we didn't get nearly as much consultant attention with the bridesmaid appointment and I would have loved an outsider's opinion! There was another bridesmaid group at the same time as ours and they had some dresses we wanted to try so we had to wait quite awhile for the other group to finish.. so they may want to only schedule one bridesmaid group at a time so groups aren't having to sit around and wait!
