Natalie, who we worked with throughout the planning process, was phenomenal. She always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, and she even let us know about an open‑house tasting they were hosting so we could try additional menu items. Her communication and kindness made everything feel easy and stress‑free. From the moment I tried a sample at a bridal expo, I was hooked. I told my husband about them immediately, and we booked a tasting right away. Everything we tried during that tasting was absolutely delicious and completely solidified our decision to go with Tuscan Hall Catering for our wedding. On the day of the wedding, the two servers, Rachel and Kelly, were incredible. They were absolutely fantastic — making sure my husband and I got to eat, checking in on us throughout the evening, and being so sweet and attentive. They kept everything running smoothly and were truly a joy to interact with. And the food… phenomenal. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good everything was, especially the braised beef short ribs and the beef teriyaki skewers. People are still telling us how much they loved it. For any fellow brides, I highly, highly recommend Tuscan Hall Catering. They exceeded every expectation.

Alyssa is one of our Wedding Coordinators! In 2014, Alyssa was one of the first events ever here at Tuscan - she had her sweet 16! Alyssa started working at Tuscan Hall as an intern in 2019 while she was in college at UW-Whitewater. On the weekends, she would drive to work hand and hand with our onsite wedding coordinator at the time. She graduated from UW-Whitewater in 2020 and has been working with us ever since. She has served, bartended, and now is able to make our couples big day come true by working hand and hand by being their Event Specialist!

Natalie was my first point of contact and was so helpful and personable, each interaction with her or other Tuscan Hall staff went just as smoothly. The staff on wedding day were so professional and attentive. They made sure my husband and I got appetizers, our dinner which plenty to eat and boxed leftovers for us to have after the wedding. ing at one of the wedding shows, to our final menu review, the attention to detail, follow though and customer service were exceptional. They made the entire process easy, enjoyable and we knew we had made the right choice for our caterer. Rachel and the serving staff were wonderful. By the time the wedding party arrived at the reception, the charcuterie board was nearly empty, which means it must have been enjoyed by the early arriving guests. The passed hor dourves kept coming keeping all the guests happy during cocktail hour. We couldn't be more pleased with the service Rachel and her team provided. They were professional, efficient and Rachel made sure everything flowed seamlessly. Especially when some guests requested additional dressing on their salads. Thank you for sending us a great team! Finally, a huge thank you to the Chef for all the delicious food! We do not know who planned the surprise for the groom, but when his favorite dish appeared for him, specially made, it made his night! He was so excited. (I am guessing Natalie, and the Chef had something to do with that?) He said it was just as delicious as their tasting. That was certainly going above and beyond! We received wonderful comments all evening for the meal. That is a huge compliment to the Chef and the team when guests tell you it was the best beef short ribs and chicken piccata they've ever had. Tuscan Hall has so many different selections and meal options, you can customize your perfect menu. We had a plated meal with 150 guests. Dinner was very efficient, we stuck perfectly to our timeline. There were no long waits to be served. I couldn't have asked for a better experience on our wedding day. During the planning process, Alyssa and Natalie are incredible to work with. They are very responsive, flexible, professional. The ONLY downfall was they took our food when we got pulled out to take pictures for sunset, but I put that blame more on our coordinator than on the staff working for Tuscan Hall. We were able to get food back at the table and to take back to the hotel with us. If you are looking for a caterer (or a venue as their venue is also very beautiful), I would DEFINITELY recommend you look into them. They are also very reasonably priced in an industry that seems to prey on people getting married to add more money to the bill. Everything was fully explained and for the quality and quantity of food served, it was exceptionally reasonable.

I'm very sorry that one of the allergy plates was served to a wrong guest. Had we known this the day of the wedding, we would have corrected this immediately. I'm very sorry. In regards to not having an on-site event manager, that is incorrect. We had an onsite manager. We would never run an event without one. I'm sorry that you had a difficult time finding her. Cannot stress enough how hard it is to find a food vendor willing to do onsite catering for 14 guests. They came THROUGH! They are professional, respectful, and completely on top of it. Our guests provided nothing but compliments regarding the venue. Amy deserves a round of applause for her professionalism — seriously, an amazing person! She had great suggestions on her preferred vendors: Double Platinum DJ and Jess Fleur florists and decor. I would highly recommend going with Tuscan Hall for anyone with a party size up to 170 guests. We had about 150 guests and it was the perfect fit for us. We had plenty of space for our photo booth, a nice size dancing area, and table setup up for deserts.

The venue was flexible, timely in response, professional, and willing to work with our wants and needs to make our wedding day stress free. The food was amazing (highly recommend the braised beef) and we had multiple guests and vendors comment that it was the best wedding food they have ever served. Only reminder is to read the contract and discuss with them your concerns/questions. There are no hidden costs (some venues charge extras for little things like linen, set up, ect) but there may be other costs or timing conflicts that you didn't think about yet!
