Visited True Society for a sample sale and had an amazing associate get to know me, and my vision. She helped push me outside of my comfort zone and found a dress that was amazing on me, and was not one I would have chosen on my own. I wanted to loose weight, and was able to redo my measurements right before it was ordered to make sure it would fit best.

I had the best time finding my dream dress! Erika worked with me to find ways to make adjustments so everything was exactly how I wanted. She also made sure I was able to get my dress in time for my wedding! The whole place is set up to make dress shopping a grand experience with friends/family. I felt like all of the staff really cared about helping me find my dress rather than just selling me something. They also had so many options in various price ranges. I had the best time and I could not think of any way this experience could have been better.

DO NOT GO HERE! My dress arrived 4.5 inches too large. It is huge on me. They assured me it was normal to be that big. I insisted that that didn't seem right and I thought I was no...

t measure correctly. Ignored my concern and assured me it was normal. Over the last year I have been measured elsewhere many times, my body has not changed at all since being measured, and Ive called true society many times over this past year, and every time I was reassured that the dress being that large was normal. Fast forward to my first alteration appointment and the first thing the seamstress says is "wow. It it really big. Did you lose weight?" I told her no I hadn't and that the dress came that way from true society. My alterations and costing double what they should because true society measured me incorrectly. The manager and employees have done nothing my lie and gaslight me by telling me it normal and not that oversized. After the manager spoke to the seamstress she tried telling me it was only "a pinch in the waist and 2in top in the bust, when the seamstress told her it was too large by 4.5 inches in the bust and 4 in in the waist. Tried blaming me about accepting the dress a year ago when I tried getting this corrected before pickup and have been expressing concerns this entire year. Theu keep trying to push a cheap seamstress with less experience on me, even after saying i wasn't interested really more than once.Now ill have nothing to wear to my wedding if this doesn't get fixed. I got so upset and cried so hard after their last phone call that my seizure condition was triggered and I had a seizure. This place only cares about money.
