I cannot speak to the quality of DJ services that Tri-State DJ offers, but I was not impressed with the customer service and organization. Tri-State DJ had to cancel on us five day...
s before our wedding due to circumstances that were out of his control. We weren't upset at him for having to cancel, but he also offered no type of solution or back-up. Additionally, the process to get our money back was frustrating. Perhaps in other circumstances, this is a good fit, but I cannot say that I would recommend Tri-State DJ based on my experience.
Tri-State Disc Jockey & Karaoke was a huge success at our wedding! Our guest absolutely loved them. They were so easy to work with, replied to any questions in a timely manner and...
were very professional. They ran the music for our ceremony and reception and video taped both events as well! We were very pleased to have them at our wedding!
