hly recommend this company if you are in the business of looking for top tier service for any upcoming events in the Houston Metropolitan area.
We only required one member from your team, and he exemplified professionalism and courtesy throughout our wedding.
I never planned on hiring a service staff originally because the company we hired for catering was originally going to service the buffet line and do the set up and clean up. Well,...
after the pandemic COVID-19 arrived and our wedding had to be postponed from April to June, our catering company failed to inform me that they won’t be able to service our guests due to COVID-19 and can only do drop off delivery. As a bride, I hit the panic button real quick because this was 16 days from our wedding day. I was referred to Trinity Event Staffing and afternoon reviewing the reviews on goggle (because yes, I also review these as well and not just write them) I decided to reach out to Kristen and provide her all the details needed (# of guests, time, location, expectations, uniforms) you name it. Everything was smooth, quick and easy. My stress level went down the same day I booked them. The wedding came, June 19, 2020, and Trinity came right on time when they were supposed to. As for my catering company, they were even an hour late. Hats off to Trinity because they rocked out the night (Sam and Sandra served us) and they were so sweet, polite, professional and such a great team! Thank you SOOOOO MUCH for helping us make our big day so special not only for us but for our guests as well!
Sincerely,
Adrienne and Shelby!
So great! They made sure everything was attended to for the wedding and cleaned up without having to ask! They were awesome!
They were amazing! Very easy to work with and did a fantastic job! They helped our wedding go so smoothly! Could not be happier with their service! My mom said her only regret was ...
not having enough tip money at the wedding because they were truly incredible!
They were all terrific! We had a few curve balls in some oversight on my part (salad forks and dessert forks), but they handled it all in stride - an absolute home run! I can't say...
enough good things about the them. They were friendly, extremely helpful, and such a pleasure. They lit candles, helped with clean up, etc, we simply could not have pulled off this wedding without them. If they ever need a personal recommendation, I would be happy to provide it.
Staff worked well as a team, and helped the wedding go very smoothly!!
We used Trinity Event Staffing for our Austin wedding and I'm very happy we did! They were very responsive! I asked for a quote on their rates, arranged a contract VERY quickly (wi...
thin 30 minutes), and then booked them and PAID them within the hour. It really was pretty simple and I didn't have to worry about anything. They always confirmed and reconfirmed what options I wanted, especially since I was having the servers pick up the food and deliver it to the venue for me as well. They were very professional, serving the food and whatnot. They also took a lot of odd jobs around the wedding, bussing the tables, and were pretty much invisible (which is EXACTLY what you want at an event).
Also, TES was very affordable! Their rates for 2 servers for 4 hours were LESS THAN A DELIVERY FEE! Total win in my book.
