We worked with Tri-State Transportation, particularly with Brent, for our wedding at the Woodstock Inn this past October, and the experience was outstanding. We hired minibuses to ...
transport guests to our welcome party, ceremony, and afterparty, and Brent’s knowledge of the area and the venue was invaluable in helping us plan exactly what we needed to keep everything running smoothly. He and the team even did test drives of all the different routes to iron out any issues with routes, parking, etc. in advance, which went above and beyond my expectations.
He was flexible throughout the planning process, even accommodating a last-minute late-night bus addition. On the wedding day, the team was patient and professional, handling guests who weren’t perfectly punctual with ease. Thanks to Brent and his team, transportation ran seamlessly from start to finish, allowing us to relax and enjoy our day without any worries. We couldn’t recommend them more!

o coordinate the shuttle transportation for our wedding guests in Vermont, and Brent made it the most effortless process. Being at weddings where the shuttles had not been too reliable made us nervous, but Tri State was the opposite of that. Not only were the shuttles prompt, but there was a manager on site to handle all of the questions guests had and helped in ensuring a smooth arrival and departure from the venue. Tri State was reliable and incredibly flexible. We were not limited to a certain amount of trips and the shuttle drivers returned guests to their hotels as the guests wanted to leave. They further drove my parents on their own shuttle home, which was so appreciated as we got married in an area that is limited with rideshare services. It was truly a weight off of our shoulders having such a reliable service on our wedding day. Lastly, Brent was so responsive to all of our emails and questions. Thank you so much to Brent and his team!

s so very responsive and helpful. He was quick to provide us with estimates based on our potential guest count. He assisted us to navigate what our needs would be to ensure our guests had safe rides and could fully enjoy our open bar! Brent was flexible and allowed us to change our pick up time to best accommodate our ceremony time. They were quick to respond to our many questions. They even brought our guests back to their hotel starting at 9pm, so guests that chose to leave early still had a safe ride home! We would highly recommend Tri State Transportation for your transportation needs.

ay. Everything was perfectly on time and many of our guests commented how nice the drivers were and how the return shuttle driver made a final trip back to our venue after the last scheduled time just to make sure everyone had made it on. rent went through all the shuttle options with us and also helped us choose the most financially appropriate option for our wedding size. Leading up to the event he worked with us to make adjustments to our shuttle stops and suggest the best routes for our shuttle. We heard nothing but good reviews from our guests that used the shuttle and it provided peace of mind knowing that we didn't have guests drinking and driving. Would highly recommend using Tri State Transportation for any event!
