se, our wedding was so much more beautiful than we ever imagined!  I connected with Mariane just three and a half months before our wedding after spending a few weeks watching her social media, completely in awe of her work. I didn’t know that I was also calling the person who would turn out to be our emotional support and backbone throughout the planning process. Mariane was there for us every day with a good morning message, a reminder, and a plan. She kept us grounded and organized in the weeks leading up to our day.  She read over all of our contracts and took note of every detail. I don’t think “detail oriented” is a good enough description. n-Italian wedding in Miami, which included multiple events spanning multiple days (a big welcome party, a Hindu wedding ceremony, a separate Catholic ceremony, reception, and after party). It was almost a destination wedding, since we had only recently moved to Miami and many of our guests would be coming in from out of town. It felt overwhelming, and we definitely knew a wedding planner was needed. I met with a lot of planners, but my conversation with Mariane stood out. Her transparency was refreshing, from fee structure to the level of service she provides. She gave details and information that I would never have thought to ask for. I could immediately tell that not only did she know wedding planning, but she knew the Miami wedding landscape incredibly well. It was an easy decision! Throughout the planning process, Mariane was great. She was super flexible with our calls and was available by text/call any time. She referred amazing vendors, and for those vendors that I found she either already had a great relationship with them or built one very quickly. She went above and beyond with the décor for the welcome party- I sent her pictures and she handmade all the centerpieces herself. It was amazing!! She was also really creative and practical, offering ideas and solutions to make the wedding more cost-effective or helping with the restrictions for the beach permits (since one of our wedding ceremonies was on the beach). Now coming to wedding weekend- Mariane and her team were amazing. They stayed on top of the event timeline, the décor all looked stunning. Her team was so sweet and helpful from set up to clean up, and all the little things in between. Mariane even helped my husband plan a sweet surprise for me during the reception. She made it so I didn’t find out about his gift until the last second, and it just really showed how much she went above and beyond that weekend. The Tres Chic team really took care of everything and it felt effortless- which is huge for any wedding, let alone one with all the events we had. I would definitely work with her again for any future events we have. TL:DR- I would absolutely recommend Mariane and Tres Chic Events. You won’t regret it.

After all that time planning our dream outdoor ceremony/reception for 200 guests, the NIGHT before due to weather we had to make the tough call to change our entire reception to indoors at our venue in Orlando. Mariane is quite literally a miracle worker. The day of our wedding Tres Chic managed to bring our entire wedding plan/design indoors and STILL beyond delivered!! Mariane coordinated with all of our vendors, redesigned the entire theme to fit indoors, and still gave us the wedding of our dreams!! Tres Chic/Mariane was amazing. Not only is she VERY thorough and knowledgeable regarding her field, but she is also always easily available and prompt which we greatly appreciated during the process. My wife had many ideas she wanted to bring to life regarding her dream wedding - Mariane worked diligently to go above and beyond to make that all possible. Multiple times during our wedding planning process she met with us and potential vendors in Orlando to discuss our image and would provide her thoughts and feedback on how potential vendors aligned with our wedding theme. Additionally, I cannot express enough how much she helps ease the burden of wedding planning by managing all of the minor details/various tasks, speaking with vendors, keeps a close budget, and kept us updated regarding potential payments/upcoming bills.   Tres Chic more than delivers and sure exceeded our expectations way beyond belief!! Only someone as phenomenal as her actually has that energy and stamina to deal with that, on top of all the other stresses of the actual wedding day. My bridesmaids could not stop talking about how awesome she was that day. Everything was done with such finesse. She made sure I was well fed and made sure my outfit changes were done on time (I wore my wedding dress, the traditional Indian sari, and a party sari for the reception). She is direct, honest and has a can-do attitude that was exactly what we needed for our cross-cultural destination wedding (we live in California and had our wedding in Miami). We especially valued her experience in planning Indian weddings. Her deep knowledge of local venues was instrumental as we went with an option (Penthouse at Riverside Wharf) that we hadn’t come across in our independent search. We loved the venue and she helped bring our vision to life. Mariane was mindful of our budget and offered us vendors and options that fell within it. We felt heard and appreciated when she nipped impractical ideas in the bud. Most importantly, she helped alleviate our parents’ anxieties and really made them feel heard. My parents are incredibly grateful to her and her team for the incredible amount of work they put into the day- of preparation, flipping our ceremony space into the reception layout in less than five hours. Mariane was very communicative with us and our parents, utilizing email, text, and phone calls. She toured multiple venues with my parents and minimized our stress by communicating with them independently to iron out certain details. We appreciated her day-of troubleshooting, including when the wind kept knocking over some of our bud vases on our tables during the reception. Initially we thought we would have to bring them in, but she ingeniously used fishing line to tie them to the larger flower arrangements preventing them from falling over. She also saved us a couple Cuban sandwiches from our end of night snacks to make sure we didn’t miss out. We are so thankful to Mariane and her entire team. They went above and beyond in many ways to make this wedding happen. Our family and friends were impressed by how quickly it all came together and how smooth things went (relative to most Indian weddings). We definitely recommend Mariane and Tres Chic!
