SUSIE WAS A LIFESAVER! If I could give this place more stars than 5, I would.
I got married back in September, and I had originally wanted a dress with long sleeves. I eventually ...
ended up purchasing a dress (not from here) that didn't have sleeves (just spaghetti straps; see first two pictures), but I was told that sleeves could be added.
After going to a local seamstress (again, not here), that seamstress told me that adding long sleeves would be very difficult due to the structure of the dress and the material of the straps, and the best she could do was flutter sleeves (see second picture).
Long story short, I wasn't super happy with the way these sleeves turned out. But, at that point, it was a week before the wedding, and I felt pretty much stuck with them. My mom, however, was getting her dress altered here, and she asked Susie if there was any chance she could help--not even asking to completely re-do the sleeves, but just to clean them up a bit and make them look a little better.
Susie, under a SIX DAY time crunch, took off the flutter sleeves the other seamstress had added, made the original long sleeves I wanted, and skillfully added them to the spaghetti straps that the previous seamstress had said would be impossible (see last two pictures). She went completely ABOVE AND BEYOND. She cared so well for me and my dress, and she played such a big part in making my wedding day everything I wanted. I couldn't recommend this place more!!!!!
I had the best experience here and enjoyed working with the wonderful staff. I found my bridesmaids dresses here and was impressed with the amazing selection of gowns and designers...
. Everyone looked so beautiful at my wedding with their stunning gowns from Treasured Moments Bridal and Formal. Highly recommend to everyone!
I just went to Treasure Moments Bridal for my wedding dress. I had a big party and they made sure we all had a seat and could fit in back where my room was. Even though they had a ...
small selection the gowns were beautiful and my consultant was the absolute best! she was very friendly and helpful! For this being the first place i went to I was so happy it was a wonderful experience. Unfortunately i really liked a dress but did not love it and ended up getting a dress somewhere else. But, the dresses were priced reasonable and they have some awesome deals for your accessories and bridesmaid dresses.
Great experience from the moment I entered the store. They were patient while I tried on various dress styles. The seamstress was a miracle worker, and super kind!
Purchased my bridal gown - very good service the day I purchased.
I found the dress I fell in love with at Treasured Moments Bridal. At our first visit, when we also ordered the dress, we dealt with Renee. She is so sweet and helpful and this w...
as a big reason we decided to order the dress here as well. I did deal with a couple other consultants throughout the process and I will say that Renee is by far the best, in my experience! My dress came in VERY early, which was nice. I had alterations done here as well and was very satisfied. They were done quickly and the seamstress was very helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend them.
I purchased my wedding gown, veil, and some accessories from Treasured Moments & I couldn't be happier! I absolutely love my dress!! Treasured Moments had such a different selectio...
n then all the other bridal shops. I also purchased my bridesmaids gowns from Treasured Moments and they were equally as beautiful! I loved everything about Treasured Moments from their gowns to their staff & service. It was a wonderful experience! :)
I've had nothing but a horrible experience here. From the time I came to try on and purchase a dress to the day that I picked it up I've been extremely unhappy with the service I r...
eceived. The customer service has been the worst I've ever had. It was not an enjoyable experience whatsoever. I tried dresses on at Alfred Angelo prior to coming to Treasured Moments and I regret not buying my dress there simply because the customer service. Treasured Moments ruined what was supposed to be an amazing experience. Needless to say, I will never return to Treasured Moments in the future.
I went to Treasured Moments Bridal, after I found out they carried the Mori Lee line which I liked. My experience at Treasured Moments was a good one and I would recommend them to ...
anyone looking for a wedding gown. Their staff was very nice and accommodating; I was traveling from out of town for my fittings. They have a nice variety of gowns in all sizes (unlike other salons that only carry a size 2).
I loved my wedding dress! I was charged a different price than what was on the tag, however they gave me back the difference. I had minimal alterations on my dress, just a hem and...
a bustle. My train on the dress was not long or heavy yet the bustle would not hold the train and ended up breaking. I think they could have done a better job with that.
I found my dress very easily at Treasured Moments, but I didn't do it with any of their help, really. They have a great little shop, but if you are stick thin, blonde, or their sta...
ndards, you feel a little uncomfortable. And whoever I worked with kept trying to get me to wear a veil after I continually said no. I'm more of a birdcage gal. Loved my dress though! It was timeless.
I purchased my dress and my veil from treasured moments. very helpful staff with great taste and style. Everything arrived on time, except my veil was a little later than what they...
estimated, but I ordered it in advance so it wasnt a problem. Would recommend spending some time trying on dresses there!
When I first went to treasured moments, I was greeted by a friendly staff. I showed them a picture of the type of dress I wanted and that's exactly what they brought me to try on. ...
I ended up buying that dress. It was absolutely perfect. The only problem I had was the dress took a long time to come in and no one was in touch with me for any of the other accessories I got from there. I always had to call to ask them. I also, my dress was missing one of the ties for the bussel, so I had to constantly hold it at my reception.
The ladies at Treasured Moments treated me like a Princess! I found my dream dress there for a price that couldn't be beat! They made wedding dress shopping such a joy and so easy!...
They also held on to my dress for a year until my wedding came around and they were able to make some last few adjustments the day before since I flew into town from grad school. I would definitely recommend going to them for all bridal needs!
