Tre Bella Flowers

s very happy with my choice to book Tre Bella Flowers and would definitely recommend them.

hats through the months closer to our wedding. The day of the wedding, I didn’t need to worry about a thing- she handled everything and the flower work was everything I imagined. She truly made my dahlia wedding dreams come true!

orse as the wedding approached. I contacted her April 27th (June wedding) as I hadn't heard anything from her since November, and just gave her some updates about changes to the wedding colors (she did not incorporate these). I also told her we would only need 2 corsages instead of the original 3 (my husband's grandmother was no longer in good enough health to make it to the wedding). She said she would send me an updated proposal "this week" on May 2nd. By May 18th when I still hadn't heard from her about the updated proposal I followed up. May 24th she sent me an updated proposal that was for $900 more than she had originally quoted me for, despite the fact that we had taken things away and not added anything. The proposal also still had a grandmother's corsage on there. I pointed this out to her and she was not apologetic, mentioning that she made a mistake "I had too many round tables on the list!!! After reviewing the new layout, I simplified the design for the long tables and updated the proposal with the right number of round tables. Now we are right at your orginial budget – YAY!!". I mean I was happy that she was responsive, but felt like an apology for a random, unexplained budget increase that was caused by her own mistake would have been better than "YAY!!". I also saw on this new version that there was still a grandmother corsage. I asked her again, for the third time, to remove that corsage. She sent it back with that removed, but at the exact same price as when it had been included. I don't know if she is just very disorganized, or a slimy businessperson or what, but at that point it was 4 days before my wedding so I just sucked it up and paid that amount, even though I was very frustrated. I also just think about- what if it was my husband who had been communicating with Rachael? His grandmother not being able to attend is a sad reality-Doesn't she realize it's upsetting to have to remind her 3 times that someone isn't coming to the wedding? Why is she not making it easier on brides by not having unexplained price hikes and non-detail oriented proposals? When the flowers came, they were fine, not as nice as I expected. But the thing I was most frustrated by was the added stress right before my wedding, and the ignoring of several things I had said. Poor customer service and disregard for bride's stress or budget.

going for a moody, vintage, Great Gatsby vibe in the historic Hill Building's Main Gallery in downtown Durham (21c Durham) and Rachael NAILED IT! Her florals and decor design were perfect for the 1937 original wood paneling and terrazzo floors. When you book Rachael for your event, you do not just get a great florist and designer, you get a person of great character who will be a blessing to work with!

initially worked with her when my mom and I went to the bridal salon and the first dress she pulled for me ended up being the one - then, when we were looking for a florist, I knew Tre Bella was going to be the way to go. We booked Rachael for our personal flowers and she created the most gorgeous bridal bouquet, corsages, and boutonnieres - she perfectly executed my vision! Between appointments for dresses and floral pickups and a last minute date reschedule (thanks, COVID), Rachael was such an important part of our day and I highly recommend booking her for all your floral needs!

able about flowers/floral arrangements which made discussing our vision with her so easy. She was able to recommend multiple types of flowers all while staying in the style we wanted, with the budget we had. Rachael made sure that our floral designs were everything we wanted down to the vases. Tre Bella was also so flexible and understanding when it came to navigating pandemic postponements, which was so appreciated. A week out from our new date we had to make a major change to our event which required almost doubling our floral arrangements. Somehow, someway, they were able to accommodate these last-minute critical design updates. Our wedding reception was absolutely stunning because of their talent: our floral centerpieces were true works of art. Rachael took our Pinterest board inspiration and made it come to life at our wedding! Tre Bella is the best florist in the Raleigh area and we can’t recommend them enough!

year process! Our bridal bouquets were absolutely gorgeous and they captured exactly what we described despite not giving them a lot to work with - we trusted their knowledge and work from our very first meeting. They were always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions or requests. I also bought my dress from the bridal boutique and it was the most amazing experience I could have imagined. They listened to my vague description of what I was looking for and helped me find the most perfect dress that fit me and my personality perfectly. Their alterations were extremely timely (thank you Diane) and they even kept my dress for over a year during COVID and delays with our celebration. I loved working with both Rachael and Becky and really can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much for helping make our day so special!

tion and service provided was such an easy and smooth process. I connected with Rachael and shared with her some inspiration pictures from my Pinterest board and our wedding colors. What I really appreciated about Rachael was her being very open to working within my budget and providing me with ways to bring my vision alive within my budget constraints. Throughout the process we discussed areas that we could cut back in and other areas that were better to put my budget into since that would have more of an impact on the overall look. When we had some last minute table arrangement changes, Rachael was completely fine with it and made it work without any questions or concerns. I cannot wait to get back our pictures, but I was truly blown away by the flowers from my gorgeous bridal/bridesmaid bouquets to the centerpieces and greenery. It was even more than I could have ever imagined and we received so many compliments on the centerpieces. I would without a doubt recommend going with Tre Bella for any of your floral needs!!!

ding absolutely stunning - on budget! They took our ideas and created a whole vision, with tons of detail so we knew exactly what to expect. Flowers are so important to the look and feel of a wedding, and they are an expensive element, so you want to make sure you are working with someone you can really depend on, someone with great taste, good relationships in the community, lots of experience and a desire and ability to make your day extra special. That's Tre Bella!!

el was fantastic to work with and never made us feel pressured to include anything outside of vision. She was extremely organized with her Erin Condren planner, and keeps the store modern and upbeat and matched our personalities perfectly.

anged our ceremony flowers and when our table counts changed one month from the day. When we requested early deliveries for our photos and for the cake bakery, Rachael was flexible and eager to help. She handled the setup and cleanup and we were able to enjoy looking at her arrangements without any stress or worries whatsoever, as Tre Bella took care of everything. We enjoyed a simpler palette with dark red flowers and greenery, and she helped us develop a vision of glass floating candles and eucalyptus that were perfect on the tables. Her ceremony flowers were beautiful, and held up during our 2+ hours of photos, the ceremony, and the reception looking beautiful the whole night. We recommended her to my mother who threw the rehearsal dinner, and she was able to deliver beautiful hydrangeas in a quick turnaround. I cannot recommend working with Rachael highly enough.

ok to life for the bouquets and table décor. She also incorporated special details like including a piece of my mother's veil into my bridal bouquet, and helped me come up with ideas to decorate our ceremony backdrop. I did feel like I had to be firm in reminding her of my budget several times, but she was very willing to scale back and make adjustments when requested.

zing bouquets and decor! I LOVED my bouquet!

kind and prompt. We highly recommend using them for your wedding as we can't imagine ours any other way. Thank you Tre Bella!

ecause Rachael was absolutely wonderful to work with! From our initial consultation through the day of the wedding, she could not have been nicer and her excitement about my color scheme and design ideas helped make me feel even MORE excited about everything than I already was (which was a lot). It was so refreshing to see how much she LOVES what she does! I also really appreciated the down-to-earth approach that she took in terms of telling me where at my venue she felt that I did vs. didn't need flowers & how she seemed to know exactly how many of every type of arrangement I would want in order to tie everything together (she never made me feel like she was just trying to talk us into a buying a bunch of flowers that we didn't need). She was also so great about my (slightly crazy) specificity regarding the exact shade of flowers that I wanted (a bright coral that was not too pink, not too orange, not too peach, etc.!) & was very helpful in identifying which of my favorite flowers would be in season and would coordinate well with one another. Our wedding flowers were actually one of the things that we received the most compliments on because the shades of coral were so exceptionally vibrant and the photographs of our wedding that include my and my bridesmaids' bouquets are actually some of my favorites because of how stunning they were. Overall, I can't recommend Rachael and Tre Bella highly enough!

mind and the result was phenomenal. I am going to try to preserve them and keep them forever. If I could do it all again, I would definitely choose Tre Bella!

made my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquet, boutineers for the groom and groomsmen and wrist corsages for the moms! She was also able to do a beautiful greenery garland that hung from the balcony of the house where we got married in front of! Very pleased with every detail she added!

ere all very fresh and looked better than I could have imagined. Highly recommend!

I wanted. Everything was beautiful. Rachael did a great job of scaling the bouquet to my dress (which was on the simpler side). I am so incredibly pleased with how all of our flowers turned out!

eous, they put my mind at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. The day of the wedding, they helped transform the space, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Our flowers were elegant, perfect for Fall, and I could not have been happier!

on our wedding day. We felt that everything we had asked for had come true. Thank you Tre Bella! We highly recommend your services!

and made them happen along with sharing all of her own amazing ideas based on our vision. We highly recommend Tre Bella for anyone looking for top notch gorgeous flowers for their big day!

of my inspiration photos, and immediately came up with perfect ideas that complimented my inspiration and fit within our budget. She was so easy to work with, and was always available if I felt like we needed to make small changes.

wedding day was absolutely beautiful thanks to Becky and her team!

beautiful and elegant. Tre Bella was also great about working within our budget.

everything would turn out great. We had a last minute change due to weather but the ceremony flowers ended up beautiful! And I loved my bouquet! The sister team at Tre Bella is great. I would definitely recommend Tre Bella Florist for your wedding. Thank you!!

hat I wanted to work into the floral centerpieces, which Tre Bella did perfectly. My bouquet was exactly what I wanted and absolutely beautiful. They were also flexible with handling 'non-traditional' requests, like creating a floral leash for my dog who was part of our ceremony. Great work!

ing, but I was not disappointed. The bouquets were beautiful, as was the flower crown my for flower girl and the boutonnieres for the guys. They worked with my budget to make aisle decorations that could double as part of the centerpieces. Throughout the whole process, Becky and Rachael were supportive, responsive, and helpful. They took my vague ideas about flowers and bouquet shapes and turned them into beautiful arrangements. I would highly recommend them to any future bride!

he day of our wedding our flowers and decorations from Tre Bella were absolute perfection. The bouquets were stunning, I loved that we were able to get succulent boutonnieres for the groomsmen, our alter with curly willows and tea lights was absolutely romantic, many of our guests commented on how gorgeous our centerpieces were, and they even were able to provide candles to decorate our aisle. If you're planning a wedding in the Triangle, working with Tre Bella is a must! You won't regret it!!

amount of flowers (no corsages, not a ton of extra flowers hanging around, etc.)...and she just made it happen! Our decorations were beautiful, and the Tre Bella team set everything up for us the day of the wedding. My bouquet was lovely, as were my bridesmaids' bouquets. Tre Bella was easy to work with and adjusted flowers/decorations to fit within our budget. We are SO happy we chose this florist. Do yourself a favor if you're planning your wedding in the Triangle area, and choose this shop. Thank you so much, Tre Bella! Cheers!

new that I would have to find a florist that could really expand on my general ideas. Rachael really did that. She took the colors of our wedding and created beautiful bouquets, corsages, and just a completely stunning overall look of our venue. I honestly could not have imagined anything better! I didn't give her much to work with, but she transformed our wedding venue. Not only did she create such beautiful arranges, but she delivered everything on time and set it all up perfectly. We had not one worry with her on our big day! I would absolutely recommend Rachael to anyone!

se we never saw actual bouquets or flower arrangements in the planning process, our vision was met just as expected! Rachel was flexible and even changed at the last minute the delivery from their place to our hotel, instead of the church venue. They completely set up all of our flowers and candles at the venue location and worked several times to accommodate our wedding budget. We realized the day after that we had accidentally taken two vases back home with us but they said it wasn't a problem and just to drop them off at our earliest convenience. The only minor negative review I could really give is that sometimes it took Rachel a little longer to reply to emails than most vendors typically do.

and blush pink roses and the resulting bouquet was so beautiful (and smelled great too!)! She also was very flexible and made sure that the flowers had minimal or no greenery (since I dislike it), and even had more pink flowers in the arrangements for the reception than the ones for the ceremony (which were reused at the reception)! They were very organized in delivering the flowers on time and also in making sure the arrangements (and stands) were right! Rachel even included some of the dangling crystals for the reception arrangements for me! Overall, Rachel did an amazing job and the flowers were absolutely beautiful!

. The bridal bouquet was exactly like I requested. My flowers were delivered on-time to both the church and hotel reception. It was easy to work with Tre Bella. I highly recommend Tre Bella.

t flowers but I told her our colors, showed her a few pictures from Pinterest and she took it from there. They made all of our bouquets, centerpieces as well as flowers/detailing for our ceremony and everything was perfect. She was the most responsive and nice person I worked with. Made everything easy for us from day one and truly made our day one of a kind and flawless. DEFINITELY recommend using them!! You won't find a better florist, I can promise you that.

able settings. In the end the captured our vision perfectly. Although I was worried going into the ceremony based on the plans they had submitted, in the end, the chuppah they created for us was absolutely breath-taking and better than I could have ever imagined.

y of. She didn't just use high quality flowers that fit our venue, she created a feeling and set the mood for the entire space. Wonderful!

ecided to go with them - it was a lovely experience, producing beautiful results!

my inspiration and ideas and created beautiful arrangements that enhanced our venues. All of our flowers were fresh and luscious. Becky was extremely responsive and flexible throughout the entire process, too. I can't recommend her more highly to brides in search of an excellent, fun florist!

r flowers for our wedding day! I would highly recommend using Tre Bella.

like they wanted to know us so that they could get the idea from our love story and how they could capture that with flowers. I was completely blown away with everything they did to make the space for the wedding and reception perfect. They truly have a god given talent!

t stressful. The flowers for my wedding were truly beautiful. They exceeded every expectation I could possibly have. I received a ton of compliments. I'm still in awe with all the details you added to the reception flowers. The colors were exactly what we wished for. You truly are talented in what you do. When we got back to from Hilton Head, I picked up the flowers we used at the reception. They were arranged in 8 personal vases. I highly recommend using the women at TreBella.....they are one of a kind and amazing.

paid special attention to ensure that we were sticking to the budget- something that I did not experience with other florists that I met with! She had great ideas and was very easy to work with- overall, a great experience!
