Town Limousine Service

re several issues throughout the day that made the experience much less enjoyable and efficient than it should have been. To start, the contract that was signed by the bride and groom was not fulfilled accordingly. They received completely different cars/limos and even ended up with a party bus (instead of a limo) meanwhile they needed to get from SI to Queens and the bus has highway restrictions. When that was questioned, the driver said they had no idea how they would get there because they hadn’t put it in the navigation…they were even asked, “what, you don’t want the free upgrade”….On top of this there was zero communication throughout the whole process from the company. In the bridesmaid limo, the air conditioning did not work for the first half of the day. With a group of girls in silk bridesmaid dresses, sitting close together and trying to keep our hair and makeup looking nice, this was extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the speakers in the limo did not work properly, with one speaker not working at all, which was another frustrating inconvenience. When we arrived at the church, our driver asked if he could drop us off a block and a half away to avoid parking next to another limo. Considering we were all wearing dresses and heels and guests were already arriving for the ceremony, this was obviously not ideal. Thankfully, we were able to get him to agree to double park instead. The biggest issue, however, was after the ceremony. The plan was for the bridesmaids to leave for the reception hall before the bride and groom so we could get settled, freshen up, and be ready for photos. The groomsmen had already left on their party bus, but our driver insisted that we had to wait until the bride and groom’s car began driving before we could leave. As a result, we waited for the bride and groom to finish taking pictures at the church, only to arrive at the reception hall at the same time as them. This completely defeated the purpose of leaving early and left us with little opportunity to get settled or freshen up upon arriving. The bride and groom emailed the company the next morning and were ignored, but the company cashed their full check of course… Ultimately, we got to our destinations safely, but transportation for a wedding should be a smooth and enjoyable part of the day, not an additional source of stress and delays. From my personal experience, there were too many avoidable issues, and I believe there are other companies that could provide a much better, more comfortable, and more efficient experience. I would NEVER choose this company for a future event, and I will continue to let everyone know not to use this company when asked for recommendations.

ey. What showed up to our houses the morning of the wedding was a party bus, 2 Cadillacs, 1 limo, and 1 rolls Royce.  We specifically told Bob that a party bus was not an option for us because of the highway restrictions. We were coming from queens/ Staten Island and going to Jersey for our venue. This delayed the groomsmen and forced them to leave the house 30 minutes earlier- making them miss several photo opportunities that we paid to have. One of the Cadillac’s  doors were broken. And we picked out our Bentley and reserved it over a year in advance. After being disappointed with these changes made without approval or without being communicated, we requested a partial refund and our email was ignored and our check was cashed for full amount. There was poor communication from Bob throughout the entire planning process and we were extremely upset over this situation.  If you want to avoid extra stress on your wedding day, do not use this company.

ecommend this company

efund. Very unprofessional communication. I will update this review if they resolve this, but for now, I strongly recommend avoiding this service if you want your money back for cancellations.
