r once did she question or belittle. She just handled it! Over 250 candles, menus, linens, specific decor for cocktail hour, entrance and memory tables, dance floor, ceremony! The reception tables were perfection! And not only that but I can’t tell you how she handled it all so calmly. I never was worried or concerned because she wasn’t worried or concerned. They just implemented a perfect plan. Guests commented that they have never been to a more smoothly run wedding. And to add to this, we had a lot of vendors. Bartenders, cigar bar, catering team. Etc. To add to this, we had a guest who had a very serious medical emergency and they were there immediately and helped throughout as we called 911 right before dinner was served! Our friend was ok but it was very concerning and she as able to keep the reception going after we all knew he was ok. Hire her and don’t hesitate!

Her responses were always quick, clear and thorough and she always provided her help when we needed it! On the day of the wedding, Katie gave us a very detailed and clear rundown of how the day will go. Additionally, assisted by her team, they showed incredible attention to detail and professionalism when setting up our decor - this was particularly helpful to us as our choice of decor was a bit more involved and required specific setup. Katie and her assistants were able to implement our vision for the decor really well - we were mind blown by the results and our guests were truly impressed: it felt magical, as they told us! :) During the wedding event we felt confident that everything was being run smoothly thanks to Katie and her team - they were very calm, detail oriented and professional in all aspects of the wedding coordination. We did not feel stressed at all! Their attention to detail and professionalism was even noticed at the end of the event, when they carefully packed all our decor and everything was ready to go when we had to leave!
