s. On our pre-wedding call, he took the time to understand our vision and playlist, so he could put together a mix that would keep the dance floor packed all night. Rick’s attention to detail was unmatched; he coordinated with our other wedding coordinators before and during the ceremony and reception and he checked in with us during the reception, to ensure everything was perfect. He went above and beyond, surprising us with thoughtful touches like delivering drinks when we were caught up in the moment. If you’re looking for a DJ who brings skill, heart, and a party-starting vibe, DJ Rick at Touch the Sky DJs is your guy!

- he made sure to call me back to the dance floor on multiple occasions after mingling or getting pulled away. He also made sure my husband & I had time to eat, asking others to kindly give us that time (BIG thank you for this). The dance floor was packed ALL night and we’ve had multiple people ask for his info because of how fantastic he was. Highly recommend booking him for your wedding or any event, you’ll be so happy you did!!

andpoint, Rick is always so easy to work with. He’s genuinely a kind person, a considerate colleague, and the most amazing DJ! But from a bride standpoint, he truly made my husband and I feel so special on our wedding day. He has a gift for getting the crowd going. th the way he MCs and switches up the vibe so seamlessly! We left that wedding saying it was the best ever and had to book Rick for our own wedding! Rick was so easy to work with and guided us through the entire wedding process. I didn’t have a wedding planner and so Rick helped me out with many details. During the reception he checked in with us to make sure the night flowed in the way we wanted and kept the vibes high! I will never forget our entrance into the venue. It was the loudest I’ve ever heard people cheer. That was all because of Rick!! He kept the energy going all night long. He even communicates with the catering company to help the line for dinner go quickly. I had so many guests that complimented the DJ as well! I don’t think there is anyone that does it better than Rick! If you’re looking for a DJ, a wedding planner, a professional MC, and overall just a great person- book with Rick from Touch the Sky!!!

nergy high and the dance floor packed the entire time! My new husband and I had an absolute blast the entire night. I didn’t want to leave the dance floor; come to think of it, I don't think I did! Even the venue staff were smiling, dancing along, and clearly enjoying the music, which says everything about the incredible atmosphere our DJ, Rick, created. He truly encapsulated the vibes that we wanted and executed them flawlessly. One moment that really stood out was when we had to pause things briefly to let the fog clear at the start of our reception. Instead of losing momentum, Rick seamlessly stepped in to entertain our guests and kept everyone engaged, which made such a difference and kept the night flowing effortlessly. They also provided our uplighting and photo booth, which were both a huge hit! Shoutout to Cam for running the booth! The lighting completely transformed the space and the photo booth gave our guests such a fun way to capture memories. I love that I can look back and see everyone's photos from the night and how much fun they had! If you’re looking for a DJ who is professional, adaptable, and knows how to keep the party going, look no further. We’re so grateful they were part of our big day!

I was so touched that Rick came by and congratulated us. He made sure name pronunciations were correct for the grand entrance and got everyone hyped for when my husband and I came in. I could feel the energy from the next room! When it came to the reception - we had SO MUCH FUN! From the cake cutting commentary, to the anniversary dance, and to the party that followed, we had an absolute blast! Everyone kept coming up to me and telling me that our DJ was so much fun! The energy of the party is exactly what I wanted and I have Rick to thank for that!!

Rick is truly the best in the business when it comes to DJs in Northwest Ohio! I worked in the Northwest Ohio wedding industry and the first wedding I worked with Rick was in 2013....

After that wedding, I knew when I got married that he had to be my DJ. When I got engaged, Rick was one of our first calls when starting the wedding planning process. We did not have to look for any other company because the competition does not even come close to the experience that Touch the Sky DJs provides. Rick truly cares about his clients and ensuring that they have the best day possible. He checked in with us throughout the planning process and made sure that he had all of the information he needed to flawlessly execute our wedding reception. He kept the party going and the dance floor packed all-night! We still get compliments from our guests on how much fun they had and how incredible our DJ was! You need to book Rick and Touch The Sky DJs for your wedding! It will be the easiest decision you make when planning your wedding.
