Total Weddings is North Carolina’s only in-house team offering photography, videography, and coordination. That means no outside vendors, no disjointed communication, just one team working together to give you the smoothest day possible.
We started Total Weddings after planning our own wedding and realizing how overwhelming it can be to piece everything together. Between endless vendor searches, scheduling meetings, and managing all the moving parts, it was hard to stay focused on what actually mattered... each other.
So we built the kind of team we wish we had. A team that’s organized, clear, and actually fun to work with. One that shows up with a plan, captures the day beautifully, and keeps things moving so you can soak it all in.
Our mission is simple: to celebrate the unification of husband and wife by providing exceptional services that capture and create a day where couples can be fully present.

They were kind, helpful, and extremely organized throughout the day and were able to manage any and all things that came up. They were very busy but never seemed frazzled and handled any hiccups (forgotten items, help with seating chart, etc) with ease and grace.
The video that Patrick did was so cute, and captured the personalities of the bride and groom as well as the wedding party perfectly. Some videos can come across cheesy to me, but not this one! I could not recommend either of these two more highly so if you are thinking about using them, do not hesitate! I highly recommend!

wonderful job. She was incredibly organized, thorough, kind, efficient, and prepared. I've heard nightmares about wedding coordinators/planners so I wasn't sure what to expect. She exceeded my expectations. She continuously went above and beyond to make our wedding the best it could be. It was extremely obvious her work ethic did not come from fighting for a positive review or a high tip. She works hard because that is who she is. She is someone who is going to do her absolute best when she commits to a project. I felt so accommodated, seen and loved throughout the whole process. I called her late at night and forgot some things day of, and that didn't phase her at all. She just wanted to me have the best day.
Patrick and his team did our videography. It was an extremely seamless process. I sent him a few videos of my vision and had a quick meeting with him and he did absolutely phenomenal. Our video feels so raw and authentic and that is a direct correlation to Patrick's hard work and creativity. We added on videography fairly last minute and I'm so glad we did. It was worth every penny. He even went above and beyond and interviewed our wedding party throughout the day to make a surprise video that we watched the day after the wedding.
Truly, Total Weddings was the best vendor at our wedding. If you want a couple that is authentic, hard working and so loving on your big day then look no further. Anytime anyone asks about our wedding I tell them how awesome these guys made it. They are simply the best!!!!

On the actual wedding day, Patrick and his team were easy to work with, and never added stress to the day. We wanted the video to really capture how much *fun* we had on that day and the it did just that!!
We got our sneak peek back so quickly and it was extra special watching it in on our honeymoon! We rewatch our videos often and we will truly treasure them forever.
