About this vendor
Welcome to Total Bartending Pittsburgh voted Best of Weddings for Bartending Services 2022 and 2023!
We are a Pittsburgh-based company with over 20+ years of bartending experience at your fingertips. All of our bartenders are experienced, professional, and RAMP/ TIPS certified. This ensures that your event will be run and managed to perfection.
People don’t realize that when they rent a venue, most venues require you to carry insurance. This cost can run you upwards of $400 for a one-day policy. Total Bartending carries both liquor and general liability insurance and offers it to you free so you don’t have to worry about purchasing it.
Our prices don’t change. An important feature when dealing with Total Bartending. Unlike other companies, whether your event is in the greater Pittsburgh area or in Greensburg, you can be confident that our prices do not vary with distance or complexity of event. OUR PRICING DOESN’T CHANGE.
Because our prices are so competitive, booking with Total Bartending won’t break your budget. Total Bartending offers the most complete additional packages of any bartending company in the area. Our mixer package is the most extensive package available and for no additional charge includes the bottle water. Our plastics package gives you different types, styles, and sizes to choose from. We offer everything from champagne flutes to disposable “dollar dance”shot glasses. Our garnish package will allow you to top off any drink from an Old Fashion to a Tequila Sunrise. The ingredients we bring are second to none. That’s why our packages are priced the way they are, so you know exactly what you getting and paying for.
Total Bartending is committed to making your day as special as possible. Give Total Bartending a call today for your free consultation and let us do the rest!

shes we wanted available, mixers, etc. Total Bartending was very easy to work with and came at a great price. I would hire them for any party I was throwing, large or small! Thank you, Total Bartending!
Rob and his team at Total Bartending are fantastic. We used them for our 200+ person welcome party for our wedding and they were reasonably priced, user-friendly, and professional....
They went above and beyond their scope of work, doing things like grabbing a drink for an elderly attendee and tidying up the tables. We interviewed several Pittsburgh-based bartending services and this one checks all the boxes - nothing you don't want and everything you need. I highly recommend this service!!

ed there. Robert was so easy going, and was super helpful with planning. Once we had our final headcount, he was able to tell us the amount of alcohol we would need. They also offer various packages/add ons at a very reasonable price, such as the plastics, mixers, and garnishes. We ended up adding pretty much everything just to make it easier for us and the price was still very reasonable. The day of the wedding went smoothly, and I received so many compliments regarding the bartenders. Overall, great service was provided and I highly recommend Total Bartending!
We worked with Total Bartending for our wedding. And they were great to work with. They handled all beverages so it was one less thing we had to worry about for the day! T

dding to discuss what we were looking for at our wedding and just by talking to him I know he was very experienced and would do a great job at my wedding. He was not only helpful with deciding where to set up the bar, what to serve, when to serve, etc. but with other small details about at-home weddings as well that we never would have thought of. The two bartenders he sent were punctual, professional, friendly, and of course made great drinks. They truly went above and beyond bartending services and even helped out our caterer when needed. We would recommend Robert's team for any of your bartending and event needs!

know I didn’t have to worry about anything bar related the entire evening. From set up to tear down, he and his fellow bartender handled everything without a hitch, serving both and upstairs and downstairs bar. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your wedding. FYI we purchased all of the additional packages he offered and I was so glad we did.
Friendly and make great cocktails!

y as possible. They were punctual, and the drinks were a total HIT! Our guests had a blast. Robert was a joy to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and was willing to answer any questions we had (and we had A LOT of them)!! They helped us organize our signature drink, gave us a custom shopping list of what to buy for our big day, and were above and beyond anything we expected. If you need a bartender for any event, we cannot recommend Total Bartending more!

reat time and everything was just how I wanted it. Our venue was one that had us contract out and decorate ourselves. Coordinating everything got to be a bit stressful, but one thing I didn’t have to worry about was the bar. Total Bartending guided me into buying the perfect amount of alcohol and they handled absolutely everything else!
