Our stylist explained that only a limited number of face-framing sections were curled rather than the majority of your hair. Whether that consisted of three sections on each side does not contradict that explanation. We understand that, after reviewing the finished hairstyle, you felt it did not match your inspiration. While the overall concept and structure were similar to the photo provided, we recognize that you did not personally like the final result. When you were told that the owner could speak with you at your convenience, that meant we were willing to coordinate a mutually available time. It did not mean the owner would necessarily be available the exact moment you called. She is a working stylist and was with a client when you called one minute after receiving the message, which is why our front desk explained that a time would need to be arranged. This was not a lie or an attempt to avoid speaking with you. We also take allegations concerning hygiene very seriously. The stylist is a mobile bridal stylist who carries her professional tools in a dedicated travel bag. Her tools are sanitized between clients, and the hair net used during your service was new, disposable, and never reused. We stand behind our sanitation procedures and will fully cooperate with any legitimate inquiry from the Board of Cosmetology. We respect every client’s right to express dissatisfaction. However, frustration does not justify calling a front desk employee names, using abusive language, or speaking disrespectfully to our team. We are always willing to discuss concerns, but communication must remain respectful on both sides. Although this trial was ultimately not the right fit, we stand behind our team’s professionalism and the way we addressed the situation.
