Damian was a great Dj! He did everything that we were wanting him to do. He announced everything for us, without us prompting him to. We gave him an itinerary/timeline prior and he...
was right on the dot. The only thing that did not go according to plan: we were supposed to have a mic for the officiant for the ceremony and he did not receive one. Also, the music for the ceremony was completely messed up and did not match the people who were walking down the aisle like they were supposed to. I think it could have been due to the rain and weather that was unforeseen. Also, the songs they played at the reception were fun and people loved dancing to them, i just wish they would have played less songs like the "cupid shuffle" and "shout" and more songs from the playlist we turned in. When we turned in our playlist, they suggested only putting 20 down and they would play the rest, but i think we should have put more of what we were wanting. And all 20 songs that we put down on the list didn't even get played so that was disappointing. However, all in all, the price that we payed for the Dj was unmatchable. They were the best price wise and overall did a decent job. We would recommend them and pick Top Dj all over again.
We loved Damion! Damion did our wedding, but I also spoke with Ron. Ron and Damion both were very professional and communicated well in meeting our needs. We had a blast and could ...
not ask for more in a DJ service. The price was great, lower than the other DJ's in our area. However, no less wonderful than someone more expensive :)
Ron did such a great job as our DJ! My husband is very into speaker sound quality, so that was one of his top priorities in selecting a DJ. You definitely get that with Top DJ's cu...
stom speaker set. Wow! I had heard other DJ's at my reception venue for other weddings, and they did not sound half as good as he did! He was very easy to talk to about our specific song choices, and made sure he had everything in time. My only complaint would be that he did not play all of our "must have" songs as I indicated on our dance party list. I gave him a list of about 30 of our favorite songs divided into the categories of "must have" and "play if you have time." I partially blame myself for this for not specifying enough that I would rather him just pull from my list, rather than accept as many requests as he did. Overall though, he kept the party going and even snuck some pictures of all the dancing which he sent to me a few weeks after the wedding. They were great! I highly recommend! Oh, and did I mention the price?? Perfection!
we didnt want a dj that got all up in the crowd and what not.. all we wanted was music played and to help us start the garter throw, speeches, bridal bouq.throw, etc. the price is ...
great.. and on his website theres a list of songs you can pick, which really helps out. go to http://www.batonrougedj.net/
Ron and Damion had the best value for their bang! The did the music for the outside ceremony, and for the reception. Everything was perfect. My family love it!
