I don’t even know where to begin with Stephanie and Justin and their incredible team. Their talent is rare….the kind of gift that stops you in your tracks because you can feel the ...
heart and soul they pour into every single frame. Their passion for creating romantic, artistic, emotionally powerful films is unmatched, but what truly sets them apart is the love and care they show throughout the entire process. I know I’ll never be able to write a review that fully captures their ability or their heart, but I do know this: my wedding day, and the way I remember it, would not have been the same without them.
There is so much happening on your wedding day that even when you’re fully present, even when you have photos to look back on, you still miss so many living, breathing moments. Video gives you those moments back, the sound of your vows, the crack in your voice during a toast, your loved ones laughing, crying, reacting in real time. It’s priceless. I had asked my Poppop to officiate our ceremony after his kidney failure diagnosis. Thankfully he is still with us, but watching our film and hearing his voice brought me right back to him reading me stories as a little girl. It moved me to tears. Knowing I can hear that voice and feel that memory for years to come is a gift I can’t put into words.
My husband originally wasn’t sure we “needed” a videographer, I know a lot of people say they watch it once and never again. But I always felt that cinematography captures a different kind of magic than photography. And the very next day he told me that Justin was hands down one of his favorite vendors. He said he felt so relaxed around him, had so much fun, and loved having another male presence that made the day feel even more comfortable. When our films arrived, we sat on the couch, held each other, and sobbed….happy, grateful, overwhelmed. Rewatching those moments together became its own new favorite memory.
If you’re considering Tone Media for your wedding, please take any hesitation off the table. You need videography, and this is the team you want. They go above and beyond. Not just on the wedding day but before and after. They are passionate, dedicated, professional, and uniquely gifted at capturing a love story both authentically and artistically. Choosing them was one of the very best decisions we made.
5/5. THE BEST! Our wedding videographer was absolutely out of this world! Felt like long-time friends instantly. From the very beginning, they were incredibly personable and took t...
he time to ask us exactly what we wanted and what our vision was. On the big day, they covered every important moment and directed us with such ease and creativity.
The edit of our wedding video was nothing short of spectacular, capturing the essence and emotions of the day perfectly. They captured all the big moments in ways that elevated the moment to new heights. TRAINED professionals at the top of their game and on a new level compared to many others. HIGHLY recommend.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and the result is a treasure we’ll cherish forever.
Our experience with Steph, Justin, and the Tonemedia team was amazing! As someone who really cares about videography, I knew I wanted the perfect team to capture the moment. Steph ...
and Justin were just that: perfect.
Their work speaks for itself. The moment we saw their wedding film portfolio, we knew we wanted to work with them – they were by far our easiest vendor choice. Throughout the entire process, Steph and Justin were extremely professional and incredibly easy to work with. Leading up to the day, they made sure that we were all on the same page about preferences, timeline, and all the details, and they even coordinated with our photographer ahead of time to make sure things ran smoothly. The day of, Steph and Justin were such a joy to work with and just so incredibly nice! They always made us feel extremely comfortable every moment of the day, and their presence genuinely made us even happier! They had multiple videographers and even got drone shots, making sure no important moment was left out.
Our final highlight film was perfect. They truly captured every moment and every emotion flawlessly, and I know that we’ll be rewatching this video over and over again for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Steph and Justin, for this wonderful gift and a wonderful experience!
Steph & Justin were professional, kind and communicative from start to finish. The quality of work is unmatched and we can’t recommend them enough! Worth EVERY penny!
Having a videographer was a must! When we saw ToneMedia’s gallery and I started to cry at a bunch of strangers, I knew we had to go with them. Stephanie and Justin were so easy to ...
work with! We felt comfortable right away. Leading up the wedding, they had us fill out a questionnaire to ensure they knew what we were looking for in our final product. We are beyond excited to receive the highlight film and documentary footage. Based on the 12 second Instagram reel making us cry (very, very, happy tears), we know it is going to be perfect!!

wedding and now get to look at it and remember how we felt the day of!
Words can't describe how happy and grateful we are that we chose ToneMedia as our wedding videographers. We were so insistent on having Steph & Justin as our videographers that we ...
confirmed that they were available before we even nailed down our wedding date with our venue!
The word that comes to mind to describe them is just beautiful: the way they capture love stories is so beautiful, their shots are beautiful, the way they edit their films is beautiful, and Steph & Justin are just beautiful people.
While there are many wedding videographers out there to choose from, ToneMedia is a "rare breed". They are kind and unobtrusive on the wedding day, always working well with the photographers and the rest of the team. They're organized, professional, and caring every step of the way. Their work is high quality and artistic, not tacky or fake or overly directed. And their shots are light, bright, ethereal, warm, and just plain gorgeous.
Watching our Highlight Video made us so emotional and so grateful to have this amazing video to remember all of the most beautiful moments on our wedding day. They captured all of our favorite parts of our day – watching our Highlight Video truly made us feel like we were reliving it all.

d so far. They were so attentive from the moment we booked them, until now, months after our wedding. They fit in so seamlessly with our bridal party and family and friends that you hardly knew that you were being filmed the entire time. The day after our wedding we had a sneak peak video, then soon after, a highlight video. We cannot wait to see our full documentary film, but we can already tell we will be able to completely re live our entire wedding day, and we cannot wait! They really know how to create a video that is your own love story. Also, Steph & Justin are by far the nicest people, ever. You'll love hanging out with them! You will NOT regret booking them!

They were so professional, and also worked so seamlessly that some of our guests didn't even realize we had a videographer! They worked around our schedule of the day, and were so encouraging.
In working with us, they got to know us and what we wanted for our video that was special to us. We can't wait to get our video of our day! Even the little clips we have seen so far are incredible. I highly recommend them!

s due to our COVID-delayed wedding, Steph and Justin edited the footage to be consistent with their brand's style. My husband and I are absolutely in love with our wedding videos. While some people contemplate hiring a wedding videographer at all, my husband and I agree that having our video is invaluable. It evokes emotions and allows us to re-live our day in a way that still photos simply cannot. Thank you to Tone Media for giving us the wedding videos of our dreams! I would choose them over and over again.

Justin did a great job calming my husband’s nerves before our first look and he is so grateful to have had that calming presence. I would highly recommend them to capture all of the special moments in life.

On top of being happy with the quality of their work, they are both so easy to work with and made my husband and I feel so comfortable on the day of our wedding. They really invest in learning your story and it was fun to have them both along for the ride the day of. They also take direction super well if there are any special aspects of your wedding you want to highlight or any family members ex to prioritize. We also had to reschedule due to Covid and Steph and Justin were so understandable and responsive. They are a very trustworthy vendor and would highly recommend working with them! They also got along so well with the rest of our vendors.

way. Steph and Justin are the type of people who you instantly feel like you have known them forever! Because your wedding day goes by insanely fast, my husband and I are so happy we decided on a videographer to look back on our special day and relive the big and small moments. We recently worked with Steph and Justin at ToneMedia for our winter 2020 wedding/elopement, and are so happy that we found them. We would choose them again without hesitation. We ...
originally weren't planning on having videographers, but when the pandemic turned our wedding into an elopement, we knew it was important to capture our special day on video for ourselves and others. Steph and Justin captured it so beautifully. Importantly, they also coordinated perfectly and seamlessly with our wedding photographer. They didn't miss a beat in our ceremony video, and we are completely blown away by the highlight video they put together for us of the entire event. Both videos are extremely high quality, and really brought out the emotion of our big day. Steph and Justin were incredibly easy to work with, from the booking through our event day, and made us very comfortable throughout. They took the time to get to know us, and the video, music, editing, etc. really show that. We will enjoy the videos for many, many years. Thank you so much, Steph and Justin!
We had a very difficult time in our videographer search for our wedding day. We were looking for someone who produced crisp, clear videos, but not too over the top, and if it was a...
husband and wife team that would be ideal. Thankfully, through our photographer Jennifer Larsen, we were introduced to Steph and Justin at ToneMedia and wow! They were perfect, so warm and welcoming and listened to our hopes and dreams for capturing our wedding day. As the wedding day neared, we met with Steph and Justin a couple of times, to discuss details for the day but also so they could get to know us better. How wonderful that they actually wanted to invest in us, just to learn more about us! Such a refreshing couple these two are.
On the day of our wedding, Steph and Justin were on top of everything but never in the way or too pushy. They have a knack for capturing the moment while blending into the background! It was such a pleasure to be with them through the getting ready process, the bridal party photos and bride-groom portraits as the sun set at Waterloo.
Our wedding highlight and full documentary are absolutely breathtaking. The highlight film has left family and friends speechless and with tears in their eyes. Steph and Justin captured our wedding on that beautiful fall day in October in such a special way, and we are so blessed to have these special videos to hold onto to keep our memories alive so vividly. Thank you Steph and Justin for investing your time and talents for us and for going the extra mile in all the little ways to make our video so special!

g with Steph and Justin. From the start of us booking with them through our big day, they were supportive, helpful and genuine. Can't say enough good things!
We did a video conference with Steph and Justin before our wedding to get to know them and iron out all of the details for day-of. I loved that they look the time to talk us through how they work, and put our mind at ease for our wedding day. We got such good vibes from our meeting with them, and knew our wedding day would be special having them there to capture everything.
The day of our wedding, they were nothing short of amazing. Steph worked with me while Justin worked with my husband to capture getting ready moments, and both of them were so easy to work with and helped us feel comfortable throughout the process. We didn't do a first look, so used our cocktail hour for photos/video. We had such a good time with Steph and Justin and loved their fun-loving attitudes along the way.
One of our wedding highlights was that they pulled together a :60 video clip that evening and put it out on a tablet for everyone to see during the reception. It was such a nice touch that everyone loved, and I was so impressed that they were able to turn around such an incredible video in a short period of time, to surprise us.
We are so appreciative of everything Steph and Justin did for us to capture our wedding day, and can't recommend them enough!!
ToneMedia is absolutely amazing!!!! DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE! we got married June 2019 at the Park Chateau and we are so happy with everything Steph and Justin have showed us!!! ...
From the very first time we met them, which was a video chat, we knew we wanted to work with them and be the ones to document one of the most important days of our lives. Their talent is unlike anyone else and their passion and dedication to each couple really shows through their work. I remember I couldn’t stop watching examples of their work and now we can’t stop watching our highlight! Everyone I show my highlight film to says how amazing it is and how it’s like nothing they’ve seen before!!! ToneMedia was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding! Don’t look anywhere else!!

ouple of years ago, and when we got engaged ourselves, I immediately told my husband that we had to meet with Steph and Justin so we could hire them to capture our wedding day. The first day we met with them, they just had this way about them that made you feel like you had known them for years, and we could immediately tell that they were genuine people who were truly passionate about what they do. We didn’t hesitate and booked them for our October 13, 2018 wedding, and throughout every step of the planning process, Steph and Justin were there to offer advice and to check in to see how the planning was going. Fast forward to our wedding day - they made my husband and I feel so comfortable and confident in front of the camera during our first look and throughout the whole day, and they worked so wonderfully with our photographer that I honestly sometimes forgot we were even being filmed! The day that we got our wedding highlight video, we were absolutely speechless. Steph and Justin do such an amazing job at telling your story and incorporating aspects from the entire day into the video to help tell that story in such a natural, unique way. Every time that I rewatch our highlight video (and believe me, I watch it a lot) it brings tears to my eyes and brings my husband and I back to our special day. We are so grateful to Steph and Justin for giving us one of the most amazing video of our wedding day that we will truly cherish forever. We could not be happier or more confident in our decision to choose them to film our wedding day, and I can also say that aside from choosing two amazing professionals to capture our day, we also gained two new friends out of this experience. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work, dedication, and pure passion for what they do. They are two of the most genuine people you will ever meet, and I highly highly recommend them!

Steph & Justin are an incredible team, incredible film makers, and incredible people. Literally from start to now (I don't want to stay finish because we plan on keeping in touch),...
they have been so wonderful to my husband and I. They are so easy to talk to and really care just as much about you as they do their work. They also work SO well with your vendors, especially your photographer, which is so important! Speaking of their films, they are breathtaking. I knew without a doubt, I had to have this husband/wife team at our wedding. There was something about their love that was SO inspiring. I have gotten some sneak peaks already from our wedding that was only a few weeks ago, and I watch them again and again and again. They don't just capture moments, but tell stories, and as we know, each couple's story is different, and I can promise you their film for your wedding day will capture YOUR love. Steph and Justin have helped us turn little moments into everlasting memories. There is no doubt in my mind that we made the best choice ever choosing Tonemedia! I could go on and on, really ❤️ Watch just one film, I'm sure they will capture your hearts like they did ours!

I was able to convince my husband it was necessary (he was worried about embarrassing dance moves being filmed) and we are so so happy we did it and we are so so happy we chose tonemedia! They're professionalism and communication is unparalleled. Steph is so organized! Their work will truly capture the story of your love and not just your wedding day. I cannot wait to get the full film. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! :)

a venue and date that I wanted to do was find the perfect videographer to shoot our wedding. My husband was unsure of why we needed a videographer and a photographer (he thought we only needed one), but I pushed him to meet with Stephanie and Justin to just have a conversation. After meeting Steph and Justin my husband said to me “okay this is no longer a why do we have to have a videographer, it’s a how do we book them so we don’t lose them as our videographer.” Steph and Justin are the sweetest, most caring couple you will ever meet and what is so special about them is the investment they put into your special day. They went above and beyond for us and it was nothing short of a pleasure working with them. We are so blessed that not only are we able to relive our wedding day for the rest of our lives via video but we gained two amazing friends. If you use Stephanie and Justin, you are by far making the best wedding decision you could ever make. We look forward to maintaining a friendship with them and watching out wedding over and over and over again.
So awesome...would recommend to anyone. You end up spending a big part of the day with them and they make it so easy and enjoyable.
Justin and Steph could not have provided us with better service at our June 3rd, 2017 wedding. They were punctual, discreet in our church ceremony, and blended in with the recepti...
on crowd. I had read a suggestion to choose videographers and photographers carefully because you will spend more time with them on your wedding day than your parents, and my husband and I could not have been more pleased to spend all that time with this talented husband-wife team. During the ceremony, they equipped the groom's suit with a mini microphone so all our vows would be captured. As a special surprise, TONEMEDIA made a short teaser film at our reception. All of our guests were in awe to get the sneak peek into all the details of our day. The film used is of the highest quality. Many of our guests took their card so that they could use TONEMEDIA in the future. Thank you TONEMEDIA for capturing our day so we could see all the details for years to come!

omfortable right from the start. To be honest we didn’t think that we wanted a videographer for our wedding, but we are SO glad that we booked Tonemedia! After meeting with them for the first time and seeing some of their work, we knew that we had to have them for our wedding day. They are able to capture every detail and they even film moments that we didn’t even realize were happening at the time. And the way that they arrange all of their footage to create a highlight video is unbelievable. They listened to what we wanted as a couple for our highlight, but they also provide their expertise so that the video portrays your love for one another perfectly. Hands down the best videography company I’ve seen and we 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking for a videographer.
