TOAD: Event Services

he can make their day perfect. From a planning perspective, he is communicative, prepared, and efficient. He arrives on time (early!!!!) and goes above and beyond for his couples. The dance floor is also PACKED!! He knows how to keep the crowd lively!! 10/10 Recommend Ryan if you're looking for a PARTY!!! :)

w exactly how to keep the energy going. He was also amazing at keeping us on track, letting us know what was coming next, and making sure everything flowed seamlessly. Booking Ryan was one of the best decisions we made—1000% worth it!

ation. Day-of, he made it easy to stay on track, was always prepared for next steps, and provided the dance lights and photo booth, which was a hit. We loved him and so did our guests! Once the dance floor opened, we just didn't leave. Can't recommend enough!

they are. They make the entire process fun and effortless, and the day itself feels completely seamless. I had endless messages from guests about how amazing the music and overall vibes were. My dance floor was PACKED all night, and that is 100% because of Phil’s energy, talent, and ability to read a crowd. They are professional, communicative, and truly know how to elevate an event. Even without knowing I’m in the industry, they made the day feel so special - and I would recommend them to any of my clients in a heartbeat.

nly downside was that many of the songs we specifically chose weren’t played, and some we hadn’t requested were added instead. While everyone still had a great time, we would have loved to hear more of our personal selections.

of songs we wanted played, asked for last minute changes, and had him MC our entire reception. We could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend using him for your own wedding!

ith people I had never seen dancing before. Phil ran the schedule perfectly as well. He was in control from the time guests arrived until the end. We had so many guests compliment the music and great celebration/atmosphere Phil created. If you need a DJ and want a great memory hire these folks!.

nd genuinely invested in making our day feel like us. He took the time to get to know our music tastes and did an amazing job mixing the songs from our playlist in a way that felt seamless and natural. What we appreciated most was that he never made the night about himself—he let the music and the energy of the room speak for itself. And wow, did it work. We had guests of all ages on the dance floor all night long, and several people went out of their way to compliment him to us. On top of that, DJ Phil worked effortlessly with our other vendors and clearly knew the venue inside and out, which made everything run so smoothly. We are so grateful for his professionalism, talent, and calm presence. He played a huge role in making our wedding reception so much fun and unforgettable.

in was so incredibly kind & very thorough. He allowed me to pretty much make the entire wedding playlist (I’ve heard of some DJs that don’t let you make your own playlist- I wasn’t a fan of that). I gave Austin my playlist & told him he could remove some songs & add in other songs that fit the vibe & would be a hit. And he did AMAZING. He kept the dance floor absolutely alive the whole night & completely matched the vibe of the playlist + the wedding guests. We had about 150 people. We also added on the photo booth option (we made our own backdrop) & there was a line for it the entire night. Absolutely worth adding that on! We also added on some extra dance floor lighting & loved it. I never had any problems with our DJ at all. He was on time, so kind, professional, & did everything we asked him to do/play. I even had someone ask for his info so they could hire him for their wedding next year. We had multiple people compliment our DJ to us after the wedding. Truly can’t thank Austin enough for running our reception so smoothly & perfectly!!

hole night feel effortless. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better DJ on our special day. Thank you so much for helping create the perfect wedding atmosphere and making it feel so perfectly tailored to us. Highly recommend!

She was a joy to work with, super communicative and collaborative. Can't recommend her and the Toad team enough!

dding last year. He was incredible throughout the entire process! During the planning stages, he was professional, timely, and thorough. He ensured he understood our vision of how we wanted to the day to look, and he asked thoughtful questions to ensure our vision came to life. Phil also reassured us through the process, as wedding planning can be scary and stressful. He really made sure we felt comfortable and confident in every decision we made with him. On the day of, he came prepared and ready to celebrate! Phil even brought a video screen along, even though we did not have it as a part of our wedding package, which was such a wonderful surprise. The ceremony flowed seamlessly, and he followed our plan to a t. When it was time to dance, he kept the dancefloor packed, and I cannot count the number of people who shared compliments on his mixing abilities! Aside from his professionalism and talent, Phil is a genuinely nice person! You can tell he loves what he does, and he truly enjoys making every wedding he works special. By far, Phil was one of the best hires we made for our wedding, and we truly appreciate all he did for us to make our big day so amazing!

t great and organized. Our wedding went very smoothly and he brings a great vibe to everything. He checked in several times with us and family during our wedding. If you are considering TOAD, use them and ask for Phil!

ngs seamless and easy. On our initial call, he was friendly, accommodating, and transparent with pricing. After our initial intake call, he sent us a Timeline through Google Docs, which walked us through exactly what the expectations were and what kinds of music/how much music we would need for each portion of the event. A few weeks before the big day, we had an in-person meeting at his studio (which is amazing!) to review all the details and make sure everything was good to go. On the actual wedding day, Phil was timely, efficient, and brought the good vibes all night long. I did a special choreographed dance with my dad and one with my bridesmaids, which Phil helped integrate into the night perfectly. He did a great job of using our preferred songs, while also allowing guests an opportunity to request songs throughout the night. We received lots of compliments on how perfectly each song transitioned from one to the next and on how neat it was that he played the music video for each song on the front of his stand - which was a fun surprise for us too! In addition, we utilized his up-lights, which synced to the music and heightened the energy and overall aesthetic of the dance floor. We would highly recommend using Toad Event Services (specifically DJ Phil if you can request him) because we had an amazing experience from start to finish!

rection for music but he took the little bit that we gave him and read our crowd so well. Our guests had so much fun dancing all night.

y beginning, his communication was exceptional — organized, stress-free, and genuinely invested in making our day unforgettable. Ryan provided us with a planning template that let us outline every part of our day, from ceremony music and special announcements to our first dance and beyond. During our ceremony, Ryan ensured that our guests could hear our personal vows crystal clear. He also managed the timing of our parent dances perfectly so that everything flowed seamlessly, allowing us to stay fully present. One of the standout moments of the night was my second dress reveal. Ryan completely hyped up the energy and gave me a moment that felt like a movie! Just when we thought he couldn’t top himself, Ryan surprised us during the reception with a video montage he had somehow captured while DJing. We were blown away. It’s one of our most cherished memories and a testament to how much he truly goes above and beyond for his couples. We couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you Ryan!

he wedding reception and that is what we got!

because Keith picked amazing songs to fit the vibe! We got so many great compliments from our guests - they LOVED the music videos played during dancing (optional). Cannot recommend Keith enough - will be one of the best decisions you make!

ence in his abilities. He was attentive to our wants and needs, and also provide great professional advise and feedback on things. His DJ setup (with the upgraded up-lighting) elevated our reception and created a wonderful atmosphere for dinner as well as for dancing. As for DJing, he kept the dance floor alive all night and ensured everyone had a great time. I highly recommend!

peace of mind that they would know what our setup needs would be for the day and then Hannah met with us another time, meticulously curating our playlist. We felt like she really understood the type of music and vibe we wanted for our wedding. She is extremely kind and bubbly, while also bringing a professionalism and confidence you want knowing the sound and music will be perfect for your wedding.

nswering any concerns I had. He selected the perfect music for both our cocktail hour and dance floor that fit the exact vibes we were going for. He was even able to quickly fix some sound issues we had with the mic at the beginning of the reception so that the speeches were able to be heard without issue. I highly recommend Austin and this great company!

really got to know us and our taste and did an AMAZING job running the party on the wedding day. The dance floor was packed the entire night! It was the best! We can't recommend them enough.

ception. He had friends and family dancing who I've never seen dance before. Plus, Jordan was so chill. He ended up joining my Groomsmen and I before the ceremony just to hang out when we had some down time.

y up all night and created the perfect atmosphere for both the ceremony and the reception. Our guests are still talking about how great the music was and how much fun they had on the dance floor. Phil truly listened to what we wanted and made it all happen seamlessly. Thank you, Phil, for helping make our wedding unforgettable!

took the time to do several planning calls with us to make sure no details were overlooked. He did the sound and music for our ceremony, which went perfectly with no technical difficulties at all, and DJ'd the cocktail hour and reception. One of my main priorities for our wedding was a have a full dance floor and big party during our reception, and Keith ensured that's exactly what happened. He perfectly balanced our individual requests and unique traditions with his own expertise and command of the reception vibes. We would definitely recommend using TOAD Productions for your wedding!

of song requests but he definitely pick up on our vibe with what we had given him and we couldn’t have been happier with the song choices. Everyone commented how great he was!!

our planner to make sure everything went smoothly, but once the dance floor opened it didn’t stop. It was absolutely perfect and a blast. He also complimented our first dance choice (My Beloved Monster- The Eels). My Husband was the one who picked it and it may be his greatest achievement yet to have it complimented. All in all I would highly recommend!

ighly recommend adding on the photo booth - our guests loved jumping in at the cocktail hour and reception. Worth the money!!

sy to work with, and we would highly recommend him and Toad Productions for anyone looking for a great DJ for their wedding!

ave received so many compliments about Phil from friends and family at our wedding. Would highly recommend for any event! -Dean and Nicole

ance floor was going all night as he played a variety of music as well as our favorites and “must plays.” He led the wedding timeline perfectly as an emcee as well. The number one compliment during and after our reception was the DJ. A very touching moment came at the end of the night - he selected the perfect song to send off the party. His knowledge of reading the room is impeccable. Phil is a MUST for your wedding ❤️

ing perfectly on our wedding day. We got so many compliments on the music and our dance floor was completely packed the entire night! He recommended uplighting for our reception space which completely transformed the space. We also added a photo booth through him which was a huge hit. Can't recommend TOAD and DJ Phil enough!

rdan's regular and cheerful communication made the entire process enjoyable. He had us laughing and at ease from the start, which was a welcome relief from the stresses of wedding planning. Every meeting with Jordan was fun, and he worked tirelessly to ensure we were delighted with the music for our big day. He was accommodating with our budget and helped us include the vinylmatic in our package, which was a massive hit with our guests. Despite having a daytime wedding, Jordan managed to get everyone on the dance floor while perfectly aligning with our music preferences. His professionalism, energy, and genuine enthusiasm made our wedding unforgettable!

I would recommend to anybody that wants to have a great time. We added some lighting as well as the Photo Booth and it was awesome. He made it so easy and he is so organized and prepared. 10/10 recommend

he music for our event. He provided great transparency and examples of previous events to help set us up for success. His music selection was a great fit for the vibe we were trying to set for our guests, between cocktail hour and dancing after the dinner, our guests gave us several compliments on music. He worked extremely well with the different vendors at our wedding and the venue so everything was seamless. Even more, after getting to know the two of us and our story he personalized our event to fit our story. We are extremely grateful to his hard work that made our wedding so much fun. We give him our highest recommendations and hope if you’re reading this review you choose him to work your wedding or any other event, you won’t regret it!

so perfectly. DJ Byron went above and beyond on our wedding day helping with things beyond DJing. He helped make things run smoothly and we are so glad we picked them for our wedding.

rea, their pricing is very fair compared to the organization, meetings, and overall services you will be receiving. They are everything you could think of when it comes to professional DJs and you will not be disappointed because they make sure all the little and big things are taken note of from when you first to book with them to after the wedding!

. Ryan delivered just that. There were people on the dance floor all night! Ryan was also integral to making sure our wedding was moving along at the right speed and the guests were entertained the whole time. He also made us the best wedding logo ;) Thank you Ryan!
