I could seriously write a novel about how much we loved Lauren 😂 We found her through two past brides and a mother of the bride who was VERY particular, and all three basically said “just hire her.” They were right. We did full-service planning with Lauren and she made the whole process so much easier and honestly fun. She’s super organized and clearly knows and insane amount about weddings but she’s also really relaxed and easy to talk to. Nothing ever felt dramatic or overwhelming with her. If something came up, she would just give us our options, tell us what she recommended, and we moved on. She handled literally everything!!!! Vendor communication, rentals, floor plans, seating, timelines, rehearsal, family photos, transportation, vendor meals, music cues, setup, all the random little logistics you don’t even realize need to be planned. There were so many times I would text her about something and she had already thought of it or had already talked to the vendor. She was also AMAZING with family dynamics, which was a huge deal for us. We had some strong personalities, people who didn’t need to be sitting together, different opinions coming from all directions and a few situations we were nervous about on the wedding day. Lauren understood everything without making it awkward or a bigger deal than it needed to be. She helped us figure out seating, knew who needed to be where for family photos and was really good at stepping in or redirecting someone when needed. I honestly don’t know how she did it without anyone feeling like they were being managed lol. On the wedding day, she and her team were everywhere. My Mom and MOH said they were setting up, checking tables, talking with catering, keeping the DJ and photographer on schedule, getting family where they needed to be, making sure we ate and dealing with little changes behind the scenes. At one point I asked Lauren about something that had changed and she basically said “already handled.” I still don’t even know what happened or how she fixed it, which is exactly what you want from your planner. She is also just really fun!! She kept us laughing and never brought stress into the room... I started to get really nervous before the ceremony and she said something so Funny that I'm not going to repeat, but I busted out laughing and I was totally Fine after.  And I have to mention how kind she was to everyone. Her assistants clearly love working with her, she was so respectful to every vendor and she was incredibly patient with our family and guests. Even during the busiest parts of the day, she was calm and so nice to everyone. That really stood out to us. If you have a wedding with a lot of moving pieces, complicated family dynamics, a million vendors, or you’re the type of person who is going to remember 40 new things the week of the wedding, hire Lauren 😂 She can handle it and is just such an awesome Human!!!

Lauren is the QUEEN OF WEDDING PLANNING!!!! The absolute best decision we made for our Sonoma wedding!! We did full-service planning with her and she seriously handled EVERYTHING. Throughout planning she helped us find vendors, went through contracts, kept track of deadlines, helped with rentals and the floor plan, built our timeline, and answered about a millionnnnn random texts from me 😂 There were so many things I didn’t even know we needed to think about.... and Lauren was always already on top of them. The wedding day was where we really realized how much she does, it's crazy how much one person can do!!! One of our vendors was running late and I literally had no idea until after the wedding because Lauren handled it (it was our photographer so I have no clue how she hid that!!) She was fixing my dress before I walked down the aisle, making sure we had drinks waiting for us after the ceremony, moving things from the ceremony into the reception, tracking down family members for photos, and somehow still checking on me and my husband and our families.  I said that I hadn’t eaten and five minutes later she appeared with a plate of food for me 😂 She even made sure our cards and personal stuff were packed up and with the right person at the end of the night. All of those tiny things you don’t think about until you’re actually getting married... she was magically just there handling them! I didn’t answer a single vendor question or look at the time all day. We actually got to be guests at our own wedding, which was exactly what we wanted. She knows Sonoma and the local vendors incredibly well, she’s super organized without making the process feel rigid, and by the end she honestly felt more like a friend than our planner... we love her so much! She's also so funny 😂  If you’re getting married in Sonoma, hire Lauren! I don't plan on getting married again but I tell every person I know to hire her immediately after engagement!!
