We booked Tiny House Photo for our engagement session and wedding and I cannot recommend Stephanie enough for your special event. Stephanie’s photography is absolutely gorgeous, he...
artfelt, elegant, humorous, raw, silly, artful, and fabulous. My husband I were completely thrilled with all of our photos. Stephanie documented our wedding day in the most heartfelt way, capturing the essence of every moment. Looking through the photos brought us back to every moment, they enamored us as much as they made us laugh and say things like, “Of course this family member had 3 outfit changes.” Our wedding day was perfect not because everything was seamless and smooth, but because it was exactly what we wanted it to be, and Stephanie helped us both actualize that by giving folks directions when needed and by documenting it so truthfully to help us remember all the joys, laughter, tears, and mild annoyances of the day! What we loved about Stephanie’s photography from the start was its honesty and deep feeling. Her photography spoke to us in a way that was much deeper than getting some fancy or trendy shots of our wedding. We wanted to remember it all – each raw moment that paints the whole picture, each raw moment that has its own value even if it’s unknown at the time. We wanted someone who knew how to connect with all of the deep complexities of existing, that fortunately/unfortunately(?) won’t be put on pause during your wedding day!
Stephanie has the gift to create a gorgeous documentary of a special day because she has the beautiful ability to tap into the deeper meaning of both the small and big moments. Her empathy and compassion were felt by all, which was evident in the comfort everyone felt around her. If you’re camera shy, Stephanie is amazing to work with, she helps you feel so comfortable and eventually you forget you’re even being photographed. Stephanie’s boundaries and fierce protectiveness kept things in line, which we so greatly appreciated. She also helped us develop our day of timeline and portrait list. She is a literal wedding guardian angel. Stephanie has such a special gift, and we’re so grateful that she shared it with us. We HIGHLY recommend that you book her for all of your events, especially if you are also a sensitive, deeply feeling, neuro-spicy (as she says!) person. We 100/10 recommend Stephanie for her kindness, professionalism, expertise and sense of humor. I’m already thinking of future photo shoots we can do with her… :)
I truly don’t even know how to begin this review, we look at our wedding photos and we’re speechless, they truly capture how magical our day was. As an LGBTQ+ couple, we never thou...
ght about how truly difficult it could be to find inclusive vendors until the time came, and boy, were we surprised. Reaching out to photographers to awkwardly ask, “Hey do you shoot LGBTQ+ couples?” and getting told no or “I’m open to it” was just not what we had planned. It’s your wedding day, you want someone who would proudly scream from the mountains that you’re getting married and celebrate your love…enter Stephanie.
After reaching out to dozens of photographers, Tiny House Photos came up and our hearts melted; she was who we had been searching for. We wanted to use our wedding to highlight small, women-owned, LGBTQ+-owned, veteran-owned, and Latina-owned businesses and Stephanie ticked multiple of those boxes for us. We messaged her and set up a Zoom call a couple days later. During our Zoom call it felt as if we’d known each other for years, just some friends having a conversation about a wedding. Shortly after the call finished we knew that she was our photographer and signed our contract.
As a gift, Stephanie did an engagement shoot with us so that we could interact with her and get a sense for how it would be the day of our wedding- it was perfect. We rode to our lighthouse and shot there for sunrise, grabbed a coffee together, and then headed home so we could take shots with our 5 dogs and 2 cats. Stephanie happily came to our venue walk-through the day before our wedding, even waited for us after Ash’s hair appt went over (we were 30 minutes late- still feel really badly about that Steph!) and we’re so thankful she did! She gave us the proper cadence to walk for photos at the ceremony, ideas for photos down the aisle once we said “I Do”, and just rocked it.
On our wedding day, even though we knew she was there, Stephanie was ninja-esque fading out of one getting ready space into another- getting shots we had absolutely no idea were being taken but looking back on we love SO much. We also appreciated that she interacted with us and had normal conversations with our friends and family as we got ready, that helped put them at ease and we’ve gotten such great feedback from everyone about her. There aren’t enough words to properly express our gratitude for all our vendors, but we’re so thankful we found Stephanie- our wedding wouldn’t have been as incredible as it was without her.
If you are considering her to be your photographer for a wedding, engagement, branding, or lifestyle session- don’t put it off any longer, you’ve found the perfect person and you won’t regret it.
Stephanie is based in Florida but she traveled for my wedding. And we were so lucky she did! Her talent, professionalism and work ethic are unparalleled. Seriously, check out her I...
nstagram - her photos are unreal. Leading up to our event, she was super responsive and organized. I never felt like I had any questions left unanswered. She came prepared day of with a “ready kit” full of everything we could possibly need. She was organized, and managed our timeframe for us, which was so helpful and ensured we got the shots we wanted but never felt rushed. I received so many compliments from guests about how she didn’t stop working the entire evening - she was constantly taking pictures to document our wedding and capture special moments we were having with our guests. Her presence never felt obtrusive and I did not even notice her during the ceremony, though I have already seen some of the amazingggg pictures she took! She even emailed me “sneak peaks” the morning after our wedding! She uses a lot of very cool techniques, like double exposure, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. She captures the essence and emotions of such an important day exceptionally well. She is a true professional and endlessly talented. Do yourself a favor and hire Tiny House for your wedding. If I could give her higher than five stars, I would.
I cannot be happier with our experience with Steph Lynn Photo. Stephanie did our engagement shoot and wedding. She is so wonderful to work with. We got our photos back really quick...
ly and I had no idea how much she was able to capture! We are very grateful because she got some beautiful moments from our wedding. She was everywhere! She is so kind, funny, and patient! We absolutely 100% recommend her for your special day!!
After interviewing several photographers for our wedding, we chose Stephanie not only because her work was fabulous, but also because of her calming energy (that is often needed in...
such events as a wedding)! We loved working with her – she was incredibly professional and also fun…and felt very much like a part our wedding party by the end. Stephanie was great (and affordable!) and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone to capture their special day!
When my husband and I started planning our wedding, finding the right photographer was one of our top priorities. People always tell you that your wedding day goes by so fast that ...
you barely remember it, so we knew that we wanted someone who would capture all the moments that we didn’t want to forget. The catch is, we were also on a budget. Luckily, with Steph Lynn Photo, we didn’t have to exchange quality for affordability. Stephanie’s services fit within our budget and she did an absolutely phenomenal job. The quality of her photography speaks for itself-just look at any of the albums on her site and you can see how she not only takes amazing photos, but also really captures the spirit of the event. Above and beyond all of that, Stephanie is just a joy to work with. I was the epitome of an anxious bride, and throughout the day, Stephanie anticipated exactly what I was going to need in order to keep me calm but also get great shots of our day. I can’t wait to have more exciting life events for her to capture on film!
I love taking pictures, it is one of my favorite things to do. If I could hire Stephanie to follow me around all of the time; I would! My whole experience with Stephanie photograph...
ing our wedding was first class. First let me start with our engagement photos. I wanted to go to a few different locations all over south Miami and she was more than willing to travel around with us all morning / afternoon. I had a list of pictures I wanted to capture and she got all of them plus additional ones that she came up with. I loved the way our photos turned out. Our wedding was at 11AM on a Sunday morning and I wanted to do pictures on-site with my fiancé prior to the wedding. I asked Stephanie to be in our hotel suite by 7 to get the “getting ready shots” and she arrived about 30 minutes early. I was very impressed, vendors very rarely come early- but I was up and ready to go, so it was perfect. She made sure to get all of the detail shots that I wanted, plus many more. I hosted a breakfast in the living room of our suite while we were getting ready and she handled bouncing back and forth perfectly. Nothing was missed. We left the hotel suite to head to the ceremony location around 9AM. The ceremony started at 11. In those 2 hours we were able to take so many different amazing photos. We went to the beach (wedding was in a large park that has many different locations), we went in the water, and we put on rain boots and stomped through puddles, we climbed hills, lol It was a blast. Once we got to the actual ceremony spot Stephanie was able get a ton of family shots that I wanted. It was not easy- we have family members who are divorced and don’t really like being around each other and Stephanie was able to diplomatically get everyone where she needed them to capture the shots I wanted. The ceremony pictures turned out perfect as well. After the ceremony I wanted a group shot in a heart shape- it turned out great. Exactly as I envisioned. The rest of the day followed the same suite. We did a brunch that afternoon and again, Stephanie was able to capture every important moment. She even came back to our room with us at the end of the day and jumped in bed with us! For a photo of course. Since I am a photo fanatic of course I wanted to do a trash the dress shoot. So a few months later when I asked Stephanie to do an underwater photo session she was up for the challenge. We met at the beach for sunrise. Took some really cool photos, than off to the lake we went. After swimming in a lake with us, we went to the pool. What a blast. Steph is amazing. She made our wedding even more perfect than I could have ever imagined. Thank you Steph! We love you and cannot wait to have you capture more of our life events!
If I could, I would give Steph Lynn Photo 10 stars! She more than exceeded our high expectations with her professionalism, attention to detail and overall high-quality aesthetics ...
of the final product. Not only did all our guests enjoy the interaction with her on the day-of, but they absolutely loved the way they all came out in the photos. She was able to capture so many angles and perspectives it was incredible. I highly recommend her services for any event you want to memorialize with the best photographic memories possible!
Amazing. She is incredible at capturing beautiful moments. So great with candid shots and making the cheesy ones look candid! Not only that, but Steph is someone you want around yo...
u on your special day and throughout the entire process as she is so sweet and calming. You will not regret choosing Steph, that is a guarantee!
