Tina Barrera The Special Event Florist

We couldn’t of been happier with how BEAUTIFUL the flowers were at our daughters wedding and reception!

remony and I loved our centerpieces and bouquets. Would highly recommend!!

ings. In our new color palette, we concentrated on deeper and more vibrant colors and incorporated blush, pink, coral, and cappuccino into the design. We envisioned a trellis with a variety of roses and minimal greenery and Tina brought that vision to life seamlessly. She was very considerate, organized, knowledgeable and took the time to understand our vision for the day. Tina also helped us with florals for my best friend’s bridal shower and my bridal shower. Every event we have worked on with Tina has turned out absolutely gorgeous. Thank you, Tina!

e layouts and designs within our budget. Our reception florals were better than I could have imagined! Thank you Tina for all your help and hard work!

e this aspect of the planning easy and stress free. Thank you again, Tina!

nd!

comments on the flowers at the ceremony and reception. I cannot recommend her enough. You will not be disappointed!

was better than I could have possibly imagined and my reception venue came to life with her gorgeous floral arrangements. She is the best!

lked in and saw the flowers we were actually shocked at how many beautiful centerpieces we got for our budget. I had a specific request for flowers and she made all our floral dreams come true!

were and every tiny floral detail Tina put into the day. Tina and I also had great conversations about how to maximize the blooms in the flip from ceremony to reception and she had great ideas for this to help save some money, while still having gorgeous and over-the-top centerpieces. Tina even hand-decorated our cake with a cascade of blooms and created some small bud vases for cocktail hour. The eye she has for elegance made my wedding an absolute fairytale and I will be forever grateful for the most gorgeous day she was instrumental in creating. She is such a visionary artist and an outstanding professional! Thank you, Tina!

s. She is very personable, and responds quickly to any inquiries you have. We highly recommend Tina!!!

showed her. She made our reception venue look magical. The bouquets and boutonnières were also stunning. She even made an adorable flower collar for our dog since we had her in some of our photos. Not only does she make everything look perfect, she is so kind and easy to work with!

ve her every vision and dream I had and she exceeded my expectations. She executed the most spectacular floral stairwell, bridal bouquet, and cascading floral sweetheart table. Tina is so creative and will be the best decision you've ever made. I had visions of peonies everywhere and she delivered on every level!

lege, and it was from that moment I was sold. Her work is stunning. It's dynamic, and creative, and perfectly personalized to not just meet her clients needs, but go above and beyond their expectations. I literally created a mental "file" of every event I saw Tina put out so I could catalog and recall for when my day came. But the best piece of advice I can give a couple? Throw the file out the window and just let her create. Our floral guidance really came down to a general vibe with no specifics, and from there, we told her the rest was up to her. This was the single best decision we made for our wedding because what came out of giving her that creative freedom were the most gorgeous florals we could have ever imagined. From the bouquets to the tablescapes to the small touches throughout the venue, Tina actualized our vibe into a design that pulled together an atmosphere that left us speechless. I got comments the entire evening [and still do!] about how beautiful my bouquet was, how the look of the space was a perfect representation of my husband and I, how the color palette and textures were jaw-dropping, how guests had never seen anything like this reception. The thing I'm most proud about our wedding is that people say it was extremely us, and for that, I give no credit to anyone but our vendors. Tina, not only an incredible florist but perhaps one of the most humble and authentic people, took the time to get to know us as a couple. We knew that we could trust her to put together a vision we would be proud of, and to say that she accomplished that and so much more would be the biggest of understatements. A thank you doesn't even begin to express how grateful we feel to have had Tina our team. She truly is the best there is.

the past, and asked me questions about my likes and dislikes. She was able to take that information and create the most beautiful arrangements/bouquets I have ever seen. She is a true artist and would highly recommend her!

Everyone I know either has worked with her or is trying to book her. Also, her personality is just as beautiful as her flowers. She listened to us, she came up with creative ideas and made us feel special. Thank you, Tina! You made our day unforgettable!

ey requested. The flowers were beautiful from the arrangement on the Chuppah to the bridesmaids and bridal bouquets to the centerpieces on the table. lorist was over. Her gorgeous work speaks for itself and is awe-inducing. Tina made all of our floral dreams become a reality and really captured the elegant garden party feel we were going for! And what makes the experience of working with Tina even better is how friendly and beyond creative she is. We really wanted a floral feature above the dance floor and even though the ceilings weren't high enough for a floral chandelier, what she came up with instead was even better than what we could have ever imagined. We cannot thank Tina enough for all of her hard work in making our springtime wedding absolutely beautiful. We will be suggesting Tina to any and all of our friends and family in St. Louis!

after just giving Tina a few color and flower ideas, but once I saw the flowers on my wedding day, I was blown away! They were gorgeous. Tina was so easy to work with and really makes everything hassle free. I would recommend her to anyone!

Tina. For the first time I was actually inspired and excited about wedding flowers! We met with her a couple times and she completely understood my vision. Her having all the rental vases available was SO helpful and everything was just so beautiful. I was so excited about my reception flowers that my family kept me from peaking at them all day long! When I finally entered the reception I almost started crying. The flowers were absolutely the most stunning things I have ever seen in my life! She just blew me away. I have received more compliments about my reception flowers than anything else at my reception. Countless people came up to us that night to know who did the flowers! She completely exceeded my expectations and the final arrangements were beyond my wildest dreams. Tina works miracles. She is an actual floral genius. You will not be disappointed.
