We absolutely loved working with Deniz and the Timeless team! One of the main reasons we chose them was their beautiful, timeless photography style. We wanted natural colors and elegant editing that would still look beautiful decades from now, without trendy filters, and they delivered exactly that! From the beginning, Deniz took the time to listen to what we wanted and truly understood our vision. She was creative, flexible, and incredibly attentive to detail, even bringing her own props for some of our pictures! She made sure every important moment was captured, gently guiding us when needed while still giving us the space to be present and enjoy our day. Our gallery turned out absolutely beautiful! Looking through the photos felt like reliving our wedding all over again. They captured not just how everything looked, but how it all felt, from the emotional moments to the fun on the dance floor. We couldn’t be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend them! 🤍

Working with Timeless Texas was incredibly seamless and easy! Haley Folkman was our main point of contact for any questions/signing process as well as any contractual changes, and ...

I was able to hear back from her almost immediately each time I reached out. Austin (videographer) was very personable and reached out to us several times in the year leading up to our wedding, and him and Lois (photographer) did an amazing job capturing our special day and making sure everything was how we wanted. We were also super impressed with how quickly we received our sneak-peaks and photo gallery/videos. All of this coordination was super easy on our end and we are a busy military couple who had a destination wedding in Austin. Highly reccommend Timeless Texas if you are looking for a team who is easy to work with and will deliver great results!

Overall, we had a mixed but mostly positive experience with this team. The highlight was definitely the photos. They turned out really beautiful, and we were very impressed wit...

h how they captured the day. The team was also kind and pleasant to work with on the wedding day itself. The director was wonderful. Communication with them was great, and they were super helpful whenever we had questions. That said, communication with the photographer directly was a bit difficult, and I usually had to go through the director to get in touch. Communication with the videographer was okay. One area for improvement: I sent inspiration to both the photographer and videographer ahead of time but didn't hear back, and it didn't seem like it was really followed. The video was good, but it wasn't quite what we were looking for. I wish they had asked a few more questions or spent more time with our inspiration to understand our preferences. We're so happy with our photos and grateful for the director's help throughout the process. I'd just recommend that future couples confirm early on that their inspiration and preferences have been received and reviewed, especially for video.

pher) and Derek (our videographer) are absolutely incredible. They were extremely kind, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable in a way that effortlessly guided us (my husband and I are not ordinarily camera savvy for photos but Kim and Derek made it easy), AND Kim and Derek continued to keep the positivity and love present in the room throughout the day, which helped make it such a success. We really appreciated their cheerful attitudes and enthusiasm about our big day! Kim and Derek are exactly the kind of people you want involved in your wedding—they are talented, punctual, complimentary, happy, and warm. They went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly and beautifully capture our wedding. There are so many great things to say about Kim and Derek, and we would recommend them to anyone. Timeless Texas was easy to work with during the planning process leading up to the wedding as well. They are very responsive, accommodating, and kind. They answered all of our questions and assisted us in getting everything we wanted for our photography and videography. The process and communication was super simple and clear. Edit: After connecting with Timeless directly they were able to find the last batch of photos we were hoping for. They were also kind enough to send us the raw photos as well as an...

edited batch. Their communication was amazing and I’m very impressed with their determination to address our concerns. Our photographer and videographer Timeless contracted were amazing! The wedding video turned out so great and we got it within a month of our wedding. Unfortunately the process to receive our pictures wasn't a positive experience. The first batch of photos received left out key moments (our bridal party, getting ready pictures, ceremony pictures, half of our family pictures, our last dance, send off, etc.) After immediately asking for the remaining pictures or the raw pictures (I even offered to pay for the raw photos) it took 3 months to get the next batch. This batch still left out the groomsmen, getting ready photos and the end of the night. Over a year after our wedding and after multiple requests, they finally released the raw pictures to us. Unfortunately they stop halfway through the reception and we don't have any photos with our friends and family taken later in the night, or our private last dance or send off. They said they couldn't recover the photos since it has been so long, even though we had been asking for these photos since they delivered the first batch of edited photos. To be clear I do not at all blame the photographer for our trouble, they were clear that they take the photos, deliver them to the editing team and then Timeless takes care of everything from there. I am disappointed with how Timeless handled our situation and am mainly just sad that we don't have pictures of some of our special moments.

My husband and I just got married a few days ago. Our photographers name was Kimberly (@photosbykimking) and she was the perfect combination of funny, calm, and professional on our...

wedding day. She checked in with 3 phone calls throughout the planning process (both agreed upon) and it was very easy to set up more if needed. Timeless Texas does well with knowing when to reach out and when to give space to plan other things. I’d recommend for photography. Waiting on the editors to give a sneak peak of our photos, which I’m sure are great!

When I first looked into booking with timeless Texas, I was a little concerned about other reviews that mentioned that they had experienced a lack of communication from this vendor...

, and not knowing exactly who from their team would be at your wedding until you've already booked - but after looking at their work, and speaking with the company I decided to move forward and book with them because I really liked the idea of hiring a "team" for photo/video who would know how to work together versus hiring individuals who may get in each others way / clash. At first, it was very hard to get ahold of anyone at Timeless after booking, but when concerns were brought to a manager, they were handled quickly & professionally. They did assign a photographer who I did some game planning with, but then they assigned me a different photographer, so I had to start over with my game planning with her. My new photographer was Victoria, and she did an incredible job. I did provide a very detailed shot list, but unfortunately it was not followed so we did miss some very important photos. Otherwise, she was easy to talk to in the planning phases, stayed in communication, asked all the right questions, and was fabulous the day of the event. I was also assigned a videographer, but the communication from her was lacking. My videographer contacted me once in December, and I did not hear from her until just before the wedding, only because I had reached out to management again expressing concern. The videographer then reached out for a planning phone call 3 days before the wedding, and basically told me that she would just be following the photographer around. The day of, the videographer was great to work with, and the video was beautiful. Turn around time for photos and videos was short and overall I am very happy with what I received on both ends. I would happily recommend them to other brides, I just think there needs to be some work on the communication end of things, like the company could set up minimum expectations for anyone on their team. I could see this stressing out a type A bride, whereas I was more relaxed about the planning process so I just dealt with it and moved forward.
