When an unexpected photographer change needed to happen, Ashley and the team handled everything promptly and seamlessly, ensuring we were taken care of and matched with another photographer. inas services the entire Carolinas, which was a major selling point for me because it gave me the flexibility to choose my wedding venue without worrying about finding a new team. However, they accomplish this by contracting photographers and videographers in different areas.
Once a team was assigned to me shortly after booking, I was sent their Pixieset portfolio, which was helpful. However, I wasn't sure whether I would have been able to request a different photographer if their style wasn't what I had envisioned. I also think it's important to understand that the beautiful photos featured on the company's social media and website showcase work from across their network, so they may not necessarily represent the style of the specific photographer assigned to your wedding.
Additionally, the photographers and videographers who capture your wedding day aren't necessarily the ones who edit your final content. Editing is handled separately, which is another factor that can affect the overall look and feel of your finished photos and videos. My photos turned out well, and I will enjoy them for years to come. However, I did notice that my images didn't quite have the polished, magazine-like look that initially drew me to the company's social media. I want to give credit where it's due. The company listened to my wishes, heard me out, and took care of me as a bride. I appreciated feeling supported throughout the process, and I don't want that to get lost in my feedback.
My biggest piece of advice for future couples is to ask questions before booking: Can you choose or request a specific photographer? Can you request a change if the assigned photographer's style isn't what you envisioned? Who will edit your photos and videos, and can you see examples of their finished work? These are things I wish I had understood more clearly from the beginning.
Overall, I appreciate the care the company showed me, but I also believe it's important for couples to understand exactly how the process works and set realistic expectations for the final product.

We also did our engagement session through them, and the photos from that session were absolutely incredible. Giana is so talented and did such an amazing job capturing our relationship in a way that felt natural, authentic, and completely us. They were wonderful to work with and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera.
Our wedding day ended up throwing a major curveball when we had to move our ceremony from outside to inside because of the rain. Giana, Elise, and Jeff were incredibly flexible and went with the flow. Before the storm arrived, they ran around outside with us as we rushed to capture as many photos and moments outdoors as possible. They never made us feel stressed about the change in plans and were completely focused on helping us make the most of the situation.
They were also SO much fun to have with us throughout the day! We had multiple family members and friends compliment us afterward on how fun and personable our photography and videography team was. They made what could have been a stressful day feel lighter and more enjoyable, and Jeff in particular is absolutely hilarious! His personality and sense of humor made us laugh throughout the day and helped us feel completely at ease.
Our wedding sneak peek photos have been just as incredible, and we are already completely blown away by what we've seen so far. We haven't received our full gallery or wedding video yet, but based on everything we've seen from our engagement session and sneak peek, we are SO excited to see the rest!
Giana, Elise, and Jeff were all wonderful to have with us on our wedding day. They were professional, kind, attentive, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the day. They captured so many important moments while also being unobtrusive, which allowed us to stay present and enjoy our wedding rather than feeling like we were constantly taking photos.
We are so grateful to have found such a talented team to document these incredibly important memories for us. We already love everything we've received and cannot wait to see the rest of our photos and video! I reached out to Timeless Carolinas on The Knot to get more information and discuss package options, and I was over the moon to find out they were available on our wedding date and within our budget! After booking, we later discovered that the photographer assigned to our wedding was the same one behind the stunning gallery that first caught my eye!
Tiffany was simply fantastic. We had a few phone calls and exchanged texts where we discussed our vision, goals, and wish list. I shared my Pinterest vision board with her, and she captured it perfectly. Seriously, she nailed it! Having previously photographed weddings at our venue, she had the best ideas for photos around the property. She kept my Pinterest board open on her phone all night and recreated my favorite shots. She is incredibly friendly and made us, along with our families and large wedding party, feel so at ease.
Kurt produced the most amazing video - it exceeded all my expectations. I'm so glad I decided to add the drone option because it turned out incredible. He captured all the little details, the expressions on our faces and those of our guests, and highlighted the day beautifully. He is so nice and made everything feel seamless.
To sum up our experience with Timeless Carolinas in just a few words: Effortless, Comfortable, Seamless, Emotional. I’m still in awe of the fun and professionalism that Tiffany and Kurt brought to the table, and I couldn't be happier with our photos and videos.
The management team was also easy to work with. We had a few hiccups at the start with our original photographer, but Ashley quickly switched us to Tiffany and resolved the issues right away.
I really appreciated how we could choose a package that suited our budget while still adding on the extras we really wanted, like an additional hour of photo/video coverage and the drone footage.
The only "con" (and I say that lightly) we encountered was the wait for our sneak peeks and full gallery. We waited 3 weeks for the sneak peeks and just shy of 2 months for the full gallery, BUT the quality is so incredible that it was definitely worth the wait. If you want high quality photos and vidoes, you have to be willing to wait. I am sure I annoyed Ashley checking in on the status of our sneak peeks becuase I was so happy to post them and order our thank you cards, but the wait was worth it because the end result was better than I even dreamed of.
I couldn't be more satisfied with our team or the gallery, and I wholeheartedly recommend Timeless Carolinas!
