I would go to Walmart for their flowers before dealing with Tildy, again. I used Tildy for a Mother's Day delivery and the $65 flower arrangement was delivered in a plastic cup/va...
se with some of the flowers beginning to wilt, and when I emailed about the flowers (that even my mother-in-law told us to see if we could received a refund for if she gave the flowers back), I was met with a comabtive email from the owner (Rachel Fortune) and offered a mere %15 off a future delivery.

Thank you for your feedback in regards to your order #871 on 5/11/2021
Regarding delivery and price there is a statement of disclaimer on our site in regards to delivery zones / area. It is followed by the statement to call if there are questions regarding the delivery areas and fees associated.
Regarding the order that you received from another florist in the total amount of 20.00, I have been in the Floral and Wedding industry for over 25 years and if you and or a family member was able to purchase in that price range I would love to know the florist that was able to offer such a deal so that I could refer my customers to them when we get to busy to take any more orders something during or around the Mother’s Day.
With respect to the container, we delivered your arrangement in. As it states on our website as it is a Designers choice arrangement the arrangement may be in any container of the Designer’s choosing. We did not do this to make you mad, or take the inexpensive route on you. We were / are waiting on a shipment from our glassware from our wholesalers and have been informed by them that we are only allowed a certain number of containers in out area due to a shortage! That coupled with the current gas shortage we are under makes it impossible for us to go running around trying to find containers other than what we have on hand.
When my Driver arrived at your home she was greeted by a gentleman who asked her to leave the arrangement outside due to there being a dog. He did not wish for the dog to get out and get excited etc. I have attached a photo of our arrangement when it arrived at your home when it was left as instructed. Honestly I am not sure how long it took to bring the arrangement inside to your home, and how the arrangement was handled once it was taken inside, once we deliver the arrangement it is out of our hands. I do know that the images that you sent me were not representative of the arrangement that were delivered to your home as you will see by the image I am providing to you. Thank you again for taking the time to email us and I hope the rest of your week is enjoyable.
I would be happy to offer you a 15% discount on any future order should you wish to reconsider ordering with us ~

above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!
My mom and I did not have an appointment, but went in hoping to see if this was a place to consider. Rachel happened to be free, so she just met with us. We were there for 2 hours....
I had a good "general" idea of what color flowers I wanted, but nothing more than that. Rachel is so talented and I love her style; she made my wedding flower vision come to life.I genuinely loved the flowers used, the little accents of greenery, etc. Up to the week of the wedding, she did a wonderful job of communicating with me to make sure we were on the same page for setup, delivery time, etc. My wedding day came and the flowers were GORGEOUS!!! Everything was perfect! My bridesmaids loved their flowers, and we used greenery accents for the groomsmen which looked really good as well. We also had this absolutely beautiful arch of flowers that wedding party and guests all commented on how beautiful it was and that it just fit with the venue perfectly.
Rachel did a wonderful job and is so incredibly sweet! I would absolutely recommend her!!
The flowers for my wedding were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I imagined! Rachel listened to what my vision was and created beautiful bouquets and centerpieces for me!

upplying vendors who would fit our vision and our budget. Every person (2) that she recommended were horribly over priced and pretty rude when we contacted them. Nevertheless my husband marched on and found our own vendors to use for the wedding without her help.
Rachel had promised a discounted price on flowers if we hired her sister company. We decided to interview her for that but it was a disaster. She was unprepared, had lost the e-mails that we sent with floral arrangement details. When we showed her the pictures we had saved on our phones she claimed they weren't possible and we should go another direction (FYI another florist fulfilled our requests without an issue and at a much cheaper price). We waited over two weeks for a price quote on the flowers we would "settle" for. When no quote was given my husband contacted her and left a message. She replied with an e-mail containing the price quote. This would have been OK if the quote was for what we discussed. We informed her that we will not be using her for flowers and then things fell apart. I guess she felt slighted and refused to return calls or emails. My husband explained to her that if it wasn't for the money (paid in full) he would CONSIDER not using her service. For the first time during our entire "relationship" she immediately responded saying that she quit and would only refund half of our money. So she was hired to be there on the wedding day to make sure everything followed the timeline and went smoothly and quit a month before the wedding. The flower interview was for her sister company and had no bearing on our arrangement. Without her being at the wedding she failed to do anything at all but felt entitled to keep half of our money.
We made complaints but in the end just gave up. Months had gone by and it just wasn't worth our time. She lied several times to authorities (BBB and the credit card company) stating that we went on a extravagant honeymoon and that we agreed she could keep the money. She will probably reply to this saying we are liars or something like that but I have all the emails and messages and would gladly share them to prove what a liar and thief this woman is. Stay away, beware and congratulations on your engagement.

re out how many additional flowers I needed. My daisies were absolutely gorgeous and I loved them. I had also wanted dahlias but I'm guessing they could not be ordered or were not in the perfect form. Overall I would definitely recommend Tildy Designs for any of your floral needs.
