Tiffany Kay Events by Design

mily dynamic that goes with it. Our wedding had ALOT of diy and little details that we wanted to showcase, from Hello Kitty, to Smiskis, to pets and our color scheme… it was a bunch and we were worried it would intimidate them. However, Tiffany constantly reassured us she and her team would handle it as long as we followed her sheets for organization. Our weekly calls were super smooth, she would make it always feel like we were on track and she was ready to answer any questions/emails we needed. We just had our wedding in San Jose, with a World Cup watch party unexpectedly scheduled right outside our venue. Outside of our weekly calls, she jumped on a call immediately, gameplanned options with us, coordinated with our vendors and DJs and created a solution that allowed us to still proceed with our ideal wedding. During the day of, she really shined by being on top of EVERYTHING. With 2 SUVs full of decor, her and her team had every detail set up to a T, we were on the timeline for literally everything we planned. She even coordinated boba + yogurtland drop off, a scavenger hunt, and a surprise mascot appearance!! And she made sure all the vendors had a fun experience as well, giving great vibes throughout the entire night. Many guests complimented that it was the best wedding they went to (maybe it’s cuz they were just saying it to the bride and groom) but they stayed the entire night no matter what age they were, so we did something right! Definitely worth every penny and it’s a night to remember for the rest of our lives.

d I immediately felt confident that she was the right person for the job. On the wedding day, my fiancé and I truly had the time of our lives and didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Tiffany and her team handled everything seamlessly, even adapting to sudden changes in the timeline while keeping the day running smoothly. We are so grateful to Tiffany Kay Events for helping make our wedding day stress-free and unforgettable. I would highly recommend Tiffany and her team to any couple looking for an organized, supportive, and professional wedding coordinator!

ation, and genuine care for what mattered most to us. She created a structured planning process with detailed checklists, kept us on track in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and became the main point of contact for all vendors—handling communication, timelines, and logistics seamlessly. Tiffany went above and beyond by joining extra meetings with our photographer, videographer, DJ, and MC to ensure everyone was aligned. As we finalized our vision, she offered expert guidance, creative suggestions, and trusted vendor recommendations that saved us time and reduced stress. During our rehearsal and wedding day, Tiffany led with calm confidence, clearly communicated roles to our family and friends, and managed an 18-hour, jam-packed event without a hitch. Her presence allowed us to fully enjoy our day, knowing every detail was handled with grace and excellence. We cannot thank Tiffany enough for all the hours and care she put into making sure our wedding was a wonderful day! We wholeheartedly recommend Tiffany and team TKE to anyone planning their special event.

mbination of Tiffany's vibes as well as her clarity and professionalism that landed us with her. These skills carried throughout the planning process (thank you Tiffany!) as well as the day of. Our caterer had some misses, and Tiffany went out of her way to fold all of our napkins on her break before our wedding(!!). Having Tiffany as your coordinator is like having a favorite girlfriend/bestie who is extremely organized and clear coordinate your wedding. As a final note, Tiffany excels with cultural competency ~ there were lots of cultural components to our wedding and Tiffany worked alongside us effortlessly to make it all happen!

wedding, she held weekly meetings with us and handled everything from rentals and seating arrangements to countless small details we wouldn’t have even thought of. Tiffany and her team is incredibly generous, kind, and approachable! the kind of person who instantly puts you at ease. Thanks to Tiffany, we truly had nothing to worry about and could just enjoy the best day of our lives. My wedding pictures are not out yet but I wish I could put more picture of her amazing work!

KE to anyone looking for wedding planning/coordination.  Just knowing I could trust her to make everything go smoothly on the big day was so much help!

azing vendors that fit our vibe, ultimately bringing together the perfect team. Day of, she was incredible! Everything went smoothly, and we had a wonderful evening. If we were to do it all over, we would definitely hire Tiffany again ❤️

wed her patience and understanding to help us get through a year of craziness. She made sure we were on all that needed to make this century wedding that was long time coming a very magical day for me the "bride" especially. Let me also mention how organized and on top of every months she is relating and keeping in touch with you always until the day of! Her team is also awesome kind and attentive to all your needs on top of there timeline they follow. We had one of her assistant let me take the time also to give a shoutout to Helen we loved you," Thank You!" so again, THANK YOU Tiffany

rom the very beginning, I knew I needed someone who could handle the many moving parts, keep us organized, and be the go-to person from start to finish on our big day—and Tiffany was all that and so much more. We had our first meeting about six to eight weeks before the wedding, and I immediately felt a strong connection with her. She made me feel so comfortable and confident, and I knew right away that I could fully trust her with our wedding vision. From that point on, we met weekly, and she patiently answered every single one of my (many!) questions. She was always calm, reassuring, and professional. We even had a few calls with our venue coordinator, and I was constantly impressed by how Tiffany asked all the right questions, ones I wouldn’t have even thought of myself. She helped us build a thorough, well-organized schedule that included every single vendor, and she made sure everyone was on the same page—sending it out multiple times as a precaution. That level of care and detail was so appreciated. On the day of the wedding, Tiffany and her team took care of so much behind the scenes that we were able to fully enjoy the day without stress or worry. Everything ran smoothly, and that peace of mind was absolutely priceless. We truly can’t say enough about Tiffany’s communication, dedication, vision, attention to detail, organization, and overall kindness. She went above and beyond in every way, and we are endlessly grateful to her for helping make our wedding day the beautiful, joyful, and seamless experience it was. Along the way, we didn’t just find an incredible planner—we found a true friend. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and will treat your wedding like her own—Tiffany is that person. - Rose and Eric

y simple, and assisted us throughout timeline management, seating arrangements, decor organization, vendor communication, and so much more. On the day of, her and her husband Chris helped execute our day beautifully, and we didn’t worry about a thing in their hands. They had it all covered, and truly made our day one to remember. They were such a pleasure to work with and genuine, good people. Highly recommend working with Tiffany and her team if you are looking for the best service and outcome for your wedding planning needs!!!

of coordinators of my event but I quickly realized I was a little overwhelmed planning a wedding and working full time. I met with Tiffany explained what was going on and never looked back or questioned hiring her as our full-time wedding planner. I am so grateful we picked Tiffany Kay Events to help us on our big day! I did't worry or have to think about one thing on our wedding day. She did an amazing job not only on the day of but the weeks/months leading up to the big day. I appreciated the attention to detail, weekly calls, and the simple keeping me on track for with all the tasks that needed to get done. I will recommend her and her team to anyone that ever needs a wedding planner AMAZING team.

what we’d be working on together and the role each party would play in making our special day a reality. Our venue team wasn’t the easiest to work with but Tiffany managed conversations and tasks seamlessly taking so much stress off our shoulders. On the day of our wedding we felt at ease being present in the moment knowing everything behind the scenes was being handled by the pros. Aside from a little rainfall, our day was perfect and it was all thanks Tiffany’s organizational skills and attention to detail. Although we’re no longer clients, we will forever see Tiffany as a dear friend. ❤️

ecution. I cannot emphasize enough how much the team helped before and during the event on the day of. Their professionalism and positive attitudes made us feel confident that we along with our guests could enjoy our day worry-free. If we were to do it again we’d hire her to plan the entire wedding. Tiffany was also very fun to work with in our planning meetings. Special thank you to Tiffany and Jamie for day of coordination!

ed to do to make sure we could execute the wedding of a lifetime in just 6 months! (The wife was stressin hard until we decided to bring Tiffany and her team onboard) She guided us through every step, made sure we checked all the boxes and did not miss a beat. Mission accomplished, our wedding was a huge success and the memories will last a lifetime. Thank you Tiffany and your team for making it all happen!

many questions with patience and detail. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but their team made it easier. We really appreciated the weekly calls which kept us organized and on track for the big day, making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. They even let us borrow some items, which was such a nice and unexpected bonus. On rehearsal day, they walked us through everything, making sure we felt fully prepared. Their guidance made a huge difference, so by the time our wedding day came, we knew exactly what to expect. On the big day, they were absolute pros. All of our decor was set up perfectly, the timeline was followed, and they kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Thanks to their hard work, we were able to enjoy our day without worrying about anything. Their friendliness and dedication made the whole experience even better. We cannot recommend TKE enough—if you're looking for a team that is responsive, organized, and full of great energy, look no further!

he day of and then not being able to enjoy our wedding. So when one of the groomsmen told me his sister recently hired Tiffany's team, we contacted her right away. She started meeting up with us six weeks before the wedding in weekly intervals and gave us a very detailed timeline that we all worked on together leading up to the wedding. There were many details we didn't know about that she pointed out to us which was very much appreciated. Her communication was great, she was always prompt in responding to us. The day of, we didn't need to think about anything and she guided us throughout the schedule. Our guests said the wedding was great!

iffany helped us assemble what felt like The Avengers of vendor teams and coordinated with them to give us the best day of our lives. She was a joy to work with, was extremely responsive and helped us dream even bigger than we thought we could. We chose to have our wedding in my wife's childhood backyard, and have the theme Studio 54/Surreal Disco. This required a lot of out of the box thinking and Tiffany was the ideal person to be put in charge of our unique event. Not only did she come up with great disco decor ideas but helped the maid of honor coordinate a dance number with both our mom's in ABBA costumes. We were shocked because we were invested in every little detail of our wedding, but she was able to sneak the dance past us! We loved working with Tiffany during the planning process, the real joy was the day of the Wedding. Tiffany had everything so under control that we didn't worry about a thing! Thank you so much to Tiffany and the whole TKE team!!!! We had such an amazing time at our wedding and we'll never forget how great it was to work with you : )

and enjoy my wedding to the fullest. Being a corporate Event Planner myself, it's hard for me to let go or turn off that part of my brain but Tiffany made it easy and I trusted her completely. Leading up to our big day, Tiffany had weekly meetings with us to review our timeline, to-do's, and offered her expertise with questions that came up. She was honest and professional but also gave us a preview of her fun and adaptive personality which put us at ease. (Having fun was a BIG requirement for us) On rehearsal day, she let our church coordinator lead and explain the ceremony process but paid close attention and made notes quietly. She also took the pew decorations and church ceremony items with her at the end of the night so that we wouldn't have to worry about bringing it back the next morning. She even helped the wedding party put on their boutonnières! On the day of, I can't say for certain what went on behind the scenes or if there were any hiccups at all because Tiffany did such a fantastic job handling EVERYTHING that the entire day was absolutely seamless. Our decorations were taken care of before we even knew it, the guests were all accommodated & guided, the vendors all set-up, gratuities distributed accordingly... etc. She followed our instructions beautifully and pivoted plans when necessary. At the end of the night, she and her team also quickly gathered any items we noted we wanted to take home and got them into the right hands (without bothering my husband and I). Once again, LOVED not needing to direct traffic as that is typically what I have to do in my day job. I cannot express how happy & relieved I was to have Tiffany and her team on my wedding day because it allowed me to enjoy the day without ANY worries and it was the best day of my life thus far. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend TKE!

e looking for! Throughout the weeks leading up to the big day, Tiffany met with us weekly to ensure we were on schedule with all the activities and decor we had planned. She anticipated and answered the millions of questions we threw at her with grace and enthusiasm, keeping us on track (as well as she could) to bring the wedding we’ve always dreamed of to life. She made herself available as much as possible even in the midst of peak wedding season which we truly appreciated. Sometimes even a response saying when she’ll get back to us went a long ways to creating a great business relationship, Tiffany did this in spades. During the wedding day, Tiffany and her team flawlessly set up all the decor, in fact, made our Welcome table set up even better (we told her we struggled in this department)! The itinerary timeline was nearly on-time (as most weddings never are) and they did a fantastic job making sure everything was setup and ready to go. She would often check in with us, remind us to take it in, and/or fend off guests (if we needed to eat) with ease, ensuring our guests and ourselves were getting the best experience possible out of the day. Every little detail was accounted for and executed, while still keeping if fun and light, something I would have to be a near impossible task for such big event and important milestone. I highly recommend Tiffany and her team to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator for her attention to detail, organization, positive attitude and efficiency.

onth before our wedding. Luckily, Tiffany was available for our day and she truly saved our wedding. Her and her team are so organized and were very helpful every step of the way. They are well experienced and know just what needs to be done to make your day the best it can be. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Tiffany!!!

rate. This is a very detail oriented company that operates on a high level of professionalism. I can’t wait to work with them again. Hire them for your event immediately!

ding thinking I could do it all on my own with help from family and friends the day of the wedding. I was wrong! Looking back on my wedding day there are two things I’ve learned: 1) Regardless the size of the party, details matter! 2) Family and friends are there to enjoy the wedding (especially if alcohol is involved!) so you cannot count on them to work on your wedding day. Thankfully, I decided to hire Tiffany and her team which was the best wedding decision I ever made!!! I had the pleasure to work with Tiffany and her staff Allison and Diane who were all so sweet and professional at all times. Tiffany helped me throughout the planning process by joining me during meetings with the many different vendors and she brought up the littlest details that I would not even think to ask about if I did it all on my own. These little details were actually very important in the planning process that made my wedding day so seamless! During the planning process, Tiffany was always available when I had questions or needed feedback and most importantly, she kept my wedding plans/details very organized and made sure I stayed on top of everything. The wedding day was seriously the best day of my life and my husband and I talk about our wedding every single day and how PERFECT it was!!! I have to give full credit to Tiffany and her team Allison and Diane. From dealing with my guests and the many different vendors to setting up and taking down the decorations/signage I had provided them. Everything I discussed regarding my vision for the wedding, they delivered. My wedding day turned out better than I ever imagined! Allison and Diane were readily available any time I had a question and they kept my wedding day timeline on track! I seriously did not have to worry about a single thing!!! If I had to do this all over again, hiring Tiffany and her team Allison and Diane would be the first thing on my list!!! I highly recommend TiffanyKayEvents!

e simple "to do" lists - found my awesome photographer, hair/makeup team, DJ, and other items needed for the reception, and so much more. I can't say enough amazing things about how she handled family dynamics, guests' needs, and worked amazingly with all my chosen vendors - she even responded to my random text message questions between our meetings because I was totally clueless about how to make things come together. Tiffany isn't just my wedding planner/coordinator, but she's become a new "best friend" by showing me how much she truly cared about making all my wishes come true - even the ones I didn't know I had! Smile. If you want the wedding/reception that will keep your guests talking (in the best kind of way) for weeks/months/years after your event, definitely choose Tiffany Kay Events By Design.

lear on everything. She communicates with you right away when you need her and is genuinely there for you. She is open to everything that you propose, but gives helpful advice and feedback about certain things, which we found to be very helpful. She’s one of your biggest cheerleaders and you’ll feel like you’re friends with her by the time the process is done. My favorite part about her was that how organized and on top of things she is. She made it so that I didn’t feel worried about anything on my wedding day knowing that she’d be there to support us. Thank you Tiffany!

only for the month she went above and beyond and went to our venue meetings months before and asked the questions we didn't even think of. She was very organized, detail oriented and on point for everything we wanted. Such an amazing job and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a planner/Coordinator. Thank you again!

ffany in action at my sister’s wedding a few years ago and doing an initial interview with her when I became engaged, I knew she would be a good fit. She was excited to hear our plans and wanted to help it come to life. During the planning process, Tiffany was very detail oriented, asking about logistics we had overlooked and providing recommendations to help with flow. We were having delivery issues the week of the wedding and Tiffany stayed on top of it until everything arrived safely. The day before and morning of our wedding, Tiffany and her team did a great job setting up all the decor the way we envisioned. Everything moved along seamlessly, even when there had to be some schedule adjustments (as there tend to be during ANY event). If there were any issues, my husband and I didn’t hear about them - which is definitely what you want when you should only be focused on enjoying your special day with your loved ones. Many thanks to Tiffany and her team for all their hard work in executing the music festival inspired wedding of our dreams. If you are looking for a planner or coordinator who will listen to your vision, gets sh*t done (in a professional yet friendly manner) look no further.

that you asked. She's organized and very knowledgeable about her craft. You will feel confident and relaxed when you leave all your plans in her capable hands!

invited almost 180 guests. I was literally crying because I felt like I had so much stuff to do. We were 7 mos away to meet our day of coordinator and I felt helpless plus the fact that my entourage are all busy working. I was browsing my IG story one night and saw Tiffany's reel about the difference between a Wedding Coordinator and the day of Coordinator. (mind you, I wasn't planning to get a WC and Tiff and I weren't friends on IG) I checked her IG profile and learned a lot! I think I messaged her or sent her an email pretty late at night the same day and still managed to respond quickly. Tiffany will not pressure you to change anything in your vision. She does it in a way where she bases it from her experience. it's not just an opinion but the reality. Tiffany helped me a lot as a bride to get my courage out to tell the vendors what I truly feel and be direct to them because we hired the vendors for a reason. She bolstered my confidence whenever I feel off with something. I don't think I would have the most beautiful flowers if Tiff didn't guide me how to talk to my florist and say what I want. I created a seat chart on wine bottles and bought some aesthetics and my husband and I just dont know how to put them all together. So this part is for her assistant Diane. Albert and I fell in love with what you did to the Welcome table and seat chart.. Your creativity just touched our hearts because Tiffany knows how important to us those are. The Elephant and the Coffee Grinder were showcased. Thank you Diane! Tiffany also went above and beyond when I realized I don't have the garter on the day of the wedding. Rushed to party city without hesitation and got our garter.. She knew that I've been bragging about our dessert, and I was so upset when I didn't get to try it until we went back to hotel and found out she prepared a to go box for us! The flow of our wedding went smoothly. And when I said smoothly, it meant nothing stressed me out. It just went by really fast and fun. I was not interrupted neither my husband al lthroughout the wedding. I was a Bridechilla the whole time And I know it's because of her sense of urgency and communication with other vendors. She made sure I enjoyed my wedding. I mean our wedding. From day 1, shes been organized and during our meetings she made sure she goes over our timeline and vendors. These are just few things to prove that Tiffany is a very detail oriented coordinator. She remembers everything. She will assure you that your wedding will be beautiful. Calms you down when you're stressing out. Supports you in your wedding vision. Teaches you how to just say what you want and if you still can't, she will always be there to jump in and ready to be your voice. I'm going to miss planning with Tiffany for sure.

o the day of. She managed all of our vendors and made sure everything was perfect to the T. She also made sure I was not stressed or disturbed on the day of which was a nice relief to have. To know that everything went well and we truly enjoyed the day of was more than what we could ask for. Thank you for everything, Tiffany and team!

viewed several other wedding planners ( being an event planner myself, I was rather picky) and knew right away, Tiffany was my gal. She is SO easy to work with and attentive to my ever ridiculous request, even just helping me make a decision ( brides you know what I mean). From our bi- weekly meetings leading to weekly meetings she was there every step of the way to make my vision come to life. We had many hiccups/disasters along the way with vendors and she always remained calm, cool, collected, and ready to get the job done no matter what. When it came time for the big day, I didn’t worry about anything because EVERYTHING, and I mean everything down to the tiniest detail, was already taken care of. She consistently checked in with me making sure I was doing well and had what I needed. She worked flawlessly with our many vendors to make sure our timeline was being followed. By the time our wedding was over I looked at my new husband and said “ Nothing when wrong!? Something always goes wrong at events. This is a miracle!”. But it wasn’t a miracle, it was Tiffany and her team. I could ramble for days about Tiff+team but I’ll leave you with this- if you’re reading this, you’ve found your gal! Love you Tiffany!

ly zoom meetings up until the day of the wedding. Tiffany and Chris jumped into action as some decorations and another reception related items were not completed by day of to ensure all was taken cared of and ready by the reception. With TKE team backing myself, my husband and the rest of our bridal party, the wedding and reception was perfect. We still continue to receive compliments almost a week after.

d hit the world which pushed our plans back. We decided to have a small Backyard wedding and have a larger event the following year. Tiffany was incredibly understanding of all these changes. She allowed us to work with her through the following 2.5 years until we finally had our large event in December 2021. Everything went incredibly smooth. We have no idea how we wouldve gotten through all events, especially our Reception, without her. She was always on top of contacting the vendors, She was always there on time. The only downfall I would be able to point out is having to leave meetings early at times, which is completely understandable as kids should always be one's #1 priority. Within these 3 years of planning with Tiffany, not only did she help us have a wonderful, fairytail wedding, but my husband and I also gained a dear friend.
