l, and then covid happened. At first Tiffaney was flexible when we had to change our date/venue a few times due to covid-19. But then we got to see her true colors. Tiffaney had changed her package to be a lower cost for any new client, but we were still held to the original outrageous price even though covid caused us to have a smaller and shorter wedding. We had requested fewer hours because we were having a small and short covid wedding. Tiffaney said, “just because it’s smaller doesn’t mean I don’t need to do the same amount of work”. All other photographers were offering covid friendly packages. The icing on the cake was when Tiffaney moved to Florida 3 weeks before my wedding. Florida is one of the at risk states for travel and anyone coming or going from Florida to Chicago was required to self quarantine for 14 days. Tiffaney confirmed that she was not able to self quarantine before my event and could send an associate photographer instead for the same price. This was not what we signed up for. Tiffaney would not give our money back and would not provide any services. She kept $2,300 for doing nothing, and delivering no service. We said we would pay $800 for the engagement photos and would like the rest back. She refused, and said, “that’s business”. We don’t understand how someone could steal $2,300 from someone trying to get married. We are just extremely disappointed with this vendor and would never enter into business with someone as ruthless as her. I have all of this in writing from email exchanges with Tiffaney.

so genuine! We had a thorough consult with Tiffaney prior to our wedding day. She was directive and super efficient day-of and got along so well with our entire bridal party and family. From getting ready, to my bridal details, to the most special memories with our parents, my grandma and siblings, to rich traditional moments in church, and all the fun at our reception - we will cherish our photos forever! e perfectly captured our day. The day of our wedding, Tiffaney was a Rockstar. She helped with so many things - beyond the photos. She coordinated with some of our other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, she helped us get back on track after the weather delayed us, she made sure that we got all of the photos that we said we wanted - she even taught us how to cut our cake! She made my husband and I SO comfortable, which allowed us to have the most natural, storytelling pictures possible. If you’re looking for romantic, soft, timeless pictures, Tiffaney is your girl.
