I would recommend Tie the Knot a million times over. They made my dress shopping experience so special and warm. From the moment we walked in the door, you could tell that everyone...
wanted to make you feel welcome. They make it such a personal experience and really make you feel like it is your day! I worked with Bekah and she was AMAZING! She helped me find my dream dress and knew exactly what to look for based on dresses I’d tried on previously. If you are looking for a wedding dress, I highly recommend Tie the Knot in Green Bay!
Found all of our dresses at Tie the Knot Off the Rack (bridal, bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and mother of the groom). All were beautiful and found a style we all liked, and re...

Everyone at TTK-OTR (Off The Rack) was amazing from the start. From Feb 2024 when I had 7 guests watching me say "YES", to Feb 2025 when I had 1 guest watching me (secretly) say "Y...
ES" to dress #2! I even became friends with a few of the TTK ladies, and two were able to come to my wedding reception! It was more than just a bride buying a dress. It was a huge part of my entire wedding planning process and one of my best memories!
I had such a great experience at Tie the Knot! Jack, my consultant, made my time there absolutely phenomenal. I cannot recommend this boutique enough! If you are looking for that s...

Tie the Knot- where do I begin? I have been following their store for many years and have always loved their inclusive fashion for brides of all sizes, as mine has boomeranged mul...
tiple times over the years. Additionally, they have a large collection of dresses that span seemingly every bridal look- which is fantastic when you start out shopping with a bit of an open-ended goal; the world is your oyster- and it's all SO beautiful! Once I was engaged, I immediately booked an appointment. Working with Jess, the owner, as my stylist, was an incredible experience. Walking in the door I, along with my friends and family, were greeted with Champagne and a chic dressing suite. I felt incredibly confident and excited- their store is not only absolutely stunning and so incredibly designed, but their dresses on display were in a variety of sizes, and I immediately felt comfortable. Jess took time to understand my vision, reservations, likes, dislikes, etc.-clarifying multiple times when I left descriptions open ended, or when she wanted to dig a bit deeper on specifics. When we went to the racks to start looking at dresses, she held the perfect balance of letting me explore everything that looked interesting, while being tastefully honest about dresses that would highlight elements I had noted in my 'no' / 'dislike' pile. However, she always left the choice wide-open to try everything on and I never felt an ounce of judgement towards anything I pulled. She also encouraged me to try a few things outside of my comfort zone (which were all fantastic- just not ultimately 'the one') as well, and used her professional eye to pull a number of dresses I would not have originally thought aligned, but were spot on. It was like shopping with the ultimate bridal guru. I did find 'the one' (an Essence of Australia dress) as well as a second reception dress with Jess (not the original plan, but not one single ounce of regret!). After my initial appointment, Tie the Knot was absolutely fantastic with communication regarding my order, arrivals, seamstress recommendations, and assisting me with accessories. During the year there were multiple times I reached out for their opinion on items such as shoes, veils, etc.- they were beyond helpful and provided constructive, tasteful feedback. They kept my vision in their focus, while encouraged me to step occasionally outside my comfort zone and choose elements that elevated my entire look. I cannot thank this entire team, especially Jess, enough. I frequently joke ' can I get married again?' as I will quite honestly miss working with them all. Tie the Knot is the absolute Best. The BEST. Make the appointment, and if need be, make the long trip- they're worth it.
Tie the Knot was the best experience. I absolutely loved working with Ashley and team to find my dream dress. Such an incredile place to find your dream dress. Definitely recommend...

ur consultation when they confirmed the time and asked me to send some inspo dresses their way to be prepared. From the moment you walk in their doors, you feel like a QUEEN! Their friendly staff is waiting for you (I was lucky to have my consultant be Sydney who was AMAZING) and greets you with champagne or drink of choice. Sydney thoroughly went through the process and helped keep me within the budget while we all were browsing for the perfect dress. Sydney even pulled a dress that I passed by because she noticed some details in it from one of my inspiration photos (spoiler: it ended up to be THE dress)!! Just from our short time together, her bridal expertise and eye for details that I was looking for in a dress was exceptional! I loved that each bride-to-be had their own area with their family/friends that had plenty of space to really soak in the experience together.
I wasn’t expecting to walk out of the appointment with “the one” being so indecisive normally but Tie the Knot made the process so seamless and easy with the most beautiful assortment of dresses and knowledgeable consultants to assist. They even make the post-wedding dress process easy for brides by offering an affordable option for preservation of your gown option at check out. To add to it, a few short days after my appointment, I received a thoughtful thank you card from Sydney. Truly an incredible customer service experience all around!!
I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience there with them! Thank you, Sydney and the Tie the Knot team for making all my wedding dress dreams come true! 🤍

best on my body. Bekah was incredibly kind and patient as we worked through a few different styles. After finally settling on what I thought was “my dress” she really sealed the deal by going above and beyond. The sample dress was a different color than I was looking for. Bekah found an extra piece of fabric in the color I was looking for so I could actually see what MY dress would look like! Tie the Knot also offered so many great extra services like holding my dress until I was ready to take it in for alterations as well as offering a package to get my dress cleaned and preserved after my wedding day. I would highly recommend Tie the Knot to any bride looking for their perfect dress!

ed me find a color for my bridesmaids as I found it in a picture on Pinterest and could not for the life of me figure out what color or designer it came from. We found the steel blue color and all the girls looked stunning in their dresses. Highly recommend working with Tess – she was amazing and remembered both my sister (who also got her dress from here) every time we walked in the store.

de great service when picking out your dress, it doesn't stop there! They are always available with you questions, they will hang onto you dress until ready for alterations, and they even offer dress preservation after your wedding. I'm very happy I was able to find my dress as their shop!

wn choices. I still wasn't 100% set on one and she threw in one last dress that combined what I was saying about the others. This was it!!! I came in again to see accessories before making a purchase, she really cares about putting together something you'll love. I'm very visual and she took the time to walk me through different styles to make everything come together for me. I seriously cannot wait to wear this dress and I'm so appreciative of their help!

of styled shoots as well. When it came to purchasing my own wedding dress, there was no question in my mind of where I would get it from. The team at Tie the Knot is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. The trying-on process was so easy, and my consultant, Ashley, was a dream to work with. She took a look at some of my inspiration images, and picked which dress I should try on first. Lo-and-behold, that first dress was the dress I fell in love with and ended up buying after trying on a handful of other dresses to ensure that was "The One". The selection is amazing, across all budgets, and the styles are incredible. Highly recommend working with Tie the Knot!
Ashley was amazing to work with! She called me personally a few days before my appointment to chat about budget, styles, and some other info. I was able to email them my Pinterest ...
dresses I liked and some from their store and she had them for me in my personal dressing room when I arrived. I had my own room, mirrors, and pedestal when I tried on gowns. My guests came into my room to see the gowns, instead of me coming out and showing the whole store! Wearing a mask was not a problem at the store. I was also gifted a complementary bottle of wine and socks for my groom!

irst dress I tried on looked familiar to me, and it was actually the Stella York dress I had sent them. It was honestly stunning, and as I went to try on at least 15 more dresses, I kept putting that one back on. It was perfect! The fact that Tess knew right away what I was going to like was amazing. But she still made me try on every different style of dress to make sure I didn’t regret my decision, which was awesome because I then knew with all my heart that that dress was my dress! If that wasn’t enough, she was very aware of my budget when showing me all of the dresses and the accessories.
I can’t say enough good things about all the help I got from these ladies. They helped me coordinate my “look” and put colors together after showing them my vision. I had to go int...
o the store on mult occasions to get the visual of the colors and line up dresses, I know crazy, but each and every time they knew right when I walked in what colors needed to be pulled. They were patient and friendly. Helped answer all my questions. Definitely recommend them 100%.
Large selection of dresses to choose from. Bit on the pricey side but worth the money.

ked for a better experience! Debbie truly celebrated with me and was incredibly helpful. I would definitely ask for her if you decide to visit Tie The Knot Boutique.
Very disappointed. We showed up about 10-15 minutes early and were still waiting on a few more people, including the brides mother. The consultant wanted to get started right away ...
but I wasn’t comfortable starting without everyone. Throughout the appointment and the days leading up to it, there was no mention of the appointment lasting an hour and a half. It wasn’t until 10 minutes left that our consultant then told us we needed to “wrap it up” during the appointment, she was not very personable and became frustrated when the bridesmaids were picking out dresses and told them “you need to start picking dresses that are her size” even though at the beginning of the appointment she told us we would make whichever size work. While the bridesmaids waited for the bride to change, the staff wasn’t very welcoming. When asked if they had any water, the response was they didn’t think they had cups. Overall, just a very disappointing experience.
Tie the knot was very accommodating. My bridesmaids had no issues-with one out of state. They were so helpful when it came to picking out my dress! Not to mention they’re alteratio...

, she eased me into the process and made me feel so comfortable. She has a great personality and was extremely easy to work with. She let me have freedom to choose dresses I loved while also guiding me toward dresses that she thought I might also be interested in. I did not end up purchasing my dress from Tie the Knot, but I had such a great experience that I wanted to make sure to write a review on the boutique and Melissa. If you are looking for unique dresses and super friendly staff, I highly encourage you to check out this boutique! You won't be disappointed.

She even called with the dress company of my bridal gown to make sure that it could come in a custom color, and it was a done deal! All the staff there was very friendly. e and made me feel like it was truly my special moment. She also gave us her full attention and offered many helpful suggestions. Not only does the boutique have a great selection of dresses but they are the most unique dresses out of everywhere I searched. I really appreciated the different payment options, storing my dress until alterations, the photo-op after I said "yes" to the dress, and the complimentary bottle of wine! I'm so glad I found my dress at Tie the Knot because they made my once-in-a-lifetime "this is the dress" bridal moment so very special. Thank you!

iness. I was falsely sold a wedding gown, and told "too bad you signed a contract". When trying to clear up the issue I was treated extremely poorly. As a bride, getting married is extremely stressful. The very last thing that a bride should have to endure is wedding dress drama. Instead of working towards making the situation better, they chose to be defensive and rude. I would not recommend this place to any bride looking for a good experience.
Staff is extremely helpful and kind, very spacious rooms, wide variety of dresses. Extremely detail oriented and well educated on their products, as soon as I walked in they paid a...
ttention to me and made the entire appointment special. They also have two seamstresses who can do all alterations and they said they would keep my dress stored for me in the meantime! Reasonably priced too! Very excited for my wedding party to order their dresses from them! DuBois also helped put the entire picture together by bringing over tux options next to the bridesmaids dresses and bridal gown! Thank you Tie the Knot! You guys truly are the best!

not pressure me at all and she was really helpful in my decision on what size to order from the manufacturer.
I also had my dress altered here and worked with an independent seamstress, Jackie from Sew Jackie. She is the BEST. Her years of experience showed at every fitting I had (3 of them). I was SO happy with the quality of her work and pricing.
Highly recommend
I was very pleased with my dress and the service I received. I planned a wedding in 3-4 months so I bought off the rack at TTK. The ladies were very helpful and patient. I did get ...
a discount for buying the "sample" dress that had been there for a year--however, I later found out that in November/December they had a sale that marked the dress down to half price! No one bought it so my discount in January was only about $200 total. Jackie was AWESOME with alterations and recommendations when it came time to fit/alter the dress.
I went to 3 different dress shops and tried all different kinds of styles. Tie the Knot had the exact dress I had in my mind from my magazine research! When I saw the dress hangi...

I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from Tie the Knot and it was a complete disaster from day one. NONE of the dresses fit the girls. They were all huge in the bust area and all 7 of ...
them had to get it altered. There was no communication on the end of their employees and each individual said a different thing when you would call to speak to them. They were disrespectful. I honestly have nothing positive to say about them. For the price that is paid for the dresses, they should have better customer service. Very disappointing
