Stephanie was amazing, and so was her food! We had bourbon meatballs for appetizers, two different chicken entrees, cheesy scalloped potatoes, and roasted vegetables. We received s...
o many compliments on the food throughout the night, especially the bourbon meatballs!
One of the best parts was that we asked Stephanie if she would be open to making flan, which wasn’t specifically on her menu, and she happily agreed. It was absolutely amazing and such a hit with our guests! The flan was also beautifully and delicately displayed and plated.
Stephanie was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire planning process and worked so seamlessly with our coordinator on the wedding day. She made everything feel easy and was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
She truly is a treat, and we would absolutely reach out to her again if we ever need catering for another event!
Thyme for Seasoning was phenomenal for our wedding. Super easy to communicate with and add people and food to the growing list. Everyone at the wedding raved about the food! Price ...
for the food is beyond fair, and the team was on time for service and even cut our cake for our guests!!
Could not be more thrilled that we chose them for our catering!

mpt, thoughtful, and incredibly kind. Throughout the planning process, she made everything feel seamless. Her warmth and passion for what she does was one of the first things that drew us to her, and we’re so thankful we trusted our instincts.
The food? Absolutely phenomenal. During our tasting, we were blown away, but somehow it was even better on our wedding day. Guests couldn’t stop raving about the herb-encrusted chicken—it was so good that we saw guests stacking it high on their plates (and honestly, we don’t blame them!). The compliments about the food kept coming all night long, and we know they’ll continue long after.
One of the things that truly sealed the deal for us, though, was Stephanie’s heart. She shared that any leftovers would be donated to a local women’s shelter, and that act of kindness spoke volumes about the kind of person she is. We felt proud to support someone who not only creates incredible food but also cares deeply for her community.
Stephanie was also a rockstar on the wedding day—gracefully managing her team and ensuring everything flowed perfectly. Her energy and calm presence behind the scenes gave us so much peace of mind.
And we can’t forget to shout out the bartenders from TFS! We completely dropped the ball on sending over our signature drink recipes the week of the wedding, but they didn’t miss a beat. They created the drinks beautifully and nailed it. Before walking down the aisle, I (the bride) was incredibly nervous and ended up near the bar as the processional began. One of the bartenders gave me a sweet compliment and offered me a drink—it was such a small gesture, but it meant the world in that moment and helped ease my nerves.
If you’re considering booking Thyme for Seasoning, don’t hesitate. Stephanie and her team are talented, kind, professional, and just all-around wonderful humans. We’re beyond grateful they were a part of our day, and we will be singing their praises for years to come!
Loved Stephanie! Absolutely delicious food, impeccable timing and communication.

The number of complements we received in our food was crazy! We did a buffet style with 2 entrees (lemon and herb chicken and smoked pork loin) with 2 sides (seasoned green beans a...
nd scalloped potatoes) as well as the house salad. The scalloped potatoes are the best I’ve ever had and people continually just raves about them. We also used them for our bar tending services. The owner, Stephanie, was a pleasure to work with the day of and leading up to it and I couldn’t be happier with the services we received!

d! She had asked me throughout the night if there was anything I needed, and even made my plate for me and brought it to the head table when I had to step out for a minute to fix my dress. She cut one of our cakes that we were supposed to have pre cut already when we were running behind without even being asked and plated and served it. The food was SOOOO delicious and I had so many of my guests comment on how good dinner was! We highly recommend the stuffed chicken and herb smoked pork loin!! So so good and I couldn’t be any happier with our choice to go with Thyme for Seasoning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
