About this vendor
Hi there and congratulations on your engagement! We are Leon and Bozena, best friends and the founders of Thyme and Date, a Dallas based catering company specializing in luxury charcuterie and grazing table experiences for weddings and celebrations across DFW and North Texas.
What started as a shared love for food, design, and hospitality has grown into a full service catering collective known for beautifully curated grazing tables, elevated charcuterie boards, and thoughtfully styled spreads that are as delicious as they are visually stunning. With over two years of experience in the wedding industry, we have had the joy of serving couples during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives.
Our team is proud to have been recognized as DFW’s Best Caterer by the Dallas Morning News and named North Texas Best Charcuterie Vendor by the Global Wedding Awards in both 2021 and 2022. These honors reflect our commitment to exceptional service, high quality ingredients, and seamless execution from start to finish.
At Thyme and Date, we specialize in custom charcuterie grazing tables, cocktail hour spreads, brunch boxes, charcuterie cups, and curated boards for weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, welcome events, and intimate celebrations. Every menu is thoughtfully designed in collaboration with our clients to reflect their vision, preferences, and event style, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for every guest.
Whether you are planning an intimate gathering or a large scale wedding celebration, our team handles everything from delivery to styling so you can relax and enjoy your day. We would be truly honored to be a part of your next event and would love to create something beautiful together.

10/10 Recommend. I did A LOT of research with charcuterie options in the area and not only were they decently priced but they communicated quickly and delivered seamlessly. I order...
ed the cups for my Baby Shower and the guests, and myself, could not rave about them enough. Not only were they BEAUTIFUL but tasted amazing. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!
12/10! Can't Recommend Thyme & Date Enough!!
Thyme & Date not only exceeded my expectations at our wedding last January, but they have since become my go-to caterer for all of my ...
parties and even corporate events now. Gorgeous presentation, high-quality ingredients, ready on time, easy access, friendly, charming, responsive folks, the list goes on. They really think of everything and always have me and my guests delighted. Worth every penny!
Leon was WONDERFUL to work with. Instead of appetizers, we decided to go with charcuterie boards and not only did they do a beautiful job with the display but our friends loved the...
variety. We also had a few vegans/peeps with allergies and Leon was great about making sure our friends could enjoy the food safely. Definitely recommend for any event but 100% recommend for a wedding...best way to treat your guests to something delicious and easy to enjoy.
