and organized! Their updates and reminders helped us plan for what we wanted to capture on our special day while also getting us more and more excited for it to come! When we finally met Mark and Brittany in person at our destination wedding (yes, they do those!) we knew we had made the best choice in choosing them as our photography team! Not only do they have a great sense of creativity and wonderful eye to capture the most beautiful moments, they are also knowledgeable and invested in what they do, they take all the wedding worries of the day away. Getting ready as the Bride is stressful enough, but Brittany had everything covered and knew what was needed and when. You don't always think of every detail that is needed in the moment, but Brittany did and was an absolute gift on our wedding day. By the time we were taking group photos with the wedding party, it was like we were all best friends having known each other for years! They are great people with wonderful personalities and definitely captured our day in the most beautiful way possible. We cannot thank them enough for being a part of our day!

t work together so seamlessly and helped ensure that our day was running smoothly. From helping to get everyone where they needed to be to sneaking us around the property for our first look and private vows, we just truly can't say enough great things about them. Everyone in our wedding party has complimented how great they were and how they just made everyone feel so comfortable in front of the camera. While Mark was capturing everything with the camera, Britt got videos for us of all our special moments, which we truly would be lost without since none of us had our phones all day! My husband and I have been watching it all back and reliving our big day over and over again. Our sneak peek album was also delivered SO quick and is everything we could have ever dreamed of! If you are planning your wedding and looking for a true FULL PACKAGE photographer, we cannot recommend This Insane Idea Photography enough!!

understood our vision. We wanted natural, candid photos that truly captured the essence of our day—and Mark and his partner, Tom, absolutely delivered! Our wedding photos are stunning, and we couldn’t be happier. Mark’s wife, Brittany, was an absolute lifesaver. She was always two steps ahead, anticipating every need. Mark also introduced us to Kasey, who became our videographer and did an incredible job capturing all the special moments. We can’t thank this amazing team enough! They felt like family on our wedding day and made everything so seamless. If you’re looking for a team that truly goes above and beyond, they’re it!

not even seen my pictures yet and honestly i know they are gonna be absolutely perfect. But I think the way you feel so cared about from your photographers/videographers is truly amazing. They are an immaculate team. Mark and Brittany I’m so excited I get to know you and got to have you with me on the best day of my life. Brittany even wore a red Christmas bow for me. I will forever want to know you & I just appreciate you so much. Thank you so much ! I am gonna go leave you 5 star reviews everywhere I can ! ❤️ the best !

all the text, calls, and emails with updates. They made our day so special. The energy this team radiated made them feel like they were not working. The work they do makes me speechless. They captured the moments in real time with a smile on their face. Brittany day of was so helpful, she took charge and guided us wherever we needed to be. She knew what we needed before we did. She was hands on and so easy to work with. Tom, fit in like one of the guys, he eased the nerves of the groom especially, made the morning light and fun. He took the time to capture the small things in passing. Orlando, was so much fun, he explained how he would operate and never forced a camera on us. It was almost like you never noticed. His spirit and energy was amazing. Mark, is truly amazing. His passion and love for his work seeps out of him and he also always had a smile on his face. The entire team is just so special. My venue even commented on how awesome this team was. My guest also felt special and included because they took the time to capture their moments as well. They made our day everything we imagined and more. The sneak peeks were flawless and make me so excited to see the gallery. I can not reccomend another photographer. This insane idea is worth every penny and their team will capture your day and make it so special. Truly love them and will use them in the future! 10 out of 10 reccomend!

uly made our day so easy and helped bring some peace during all of the wedding chaos. The sneak peak photos came back within 2 days and they are TOO GOOD. They are actually making my job way too hard on picking photos to print and post lol. We cannot wait to see all of the photos and videos to come because we know they are going to be insane. Their editing and colors are absolutely top tier, so crisp and clean. I can go on and on about this team they truly are the best in the business!

ages to tell a compelling story. The proposal, set against one of my favorite buildings, became even more poignant through Mark's lens, highlighting the architectural beauty and outdoor sculptures surrounding the grounds. Mark's timely and reliable photo delivery adds to the appeal of this incredible service. I highly recommend This Insane Idea for crisp, artistically crafted photos with a storytelling touch.

throughout the entire process. When we received our engagement photos, we loved them. Mark not only made my wife look beautiful, but he also captured the scenic location around us. One year later, Mark and Tom photographed our wedding. Once again, we had a great time with Mark and Tom. Our bridal parties had fun with both guys, and their direction made it easy to take photos before our wedding. Mark kept us on schedule, but we never felt rushed or frantic as we took photos with our friends and family. My wife and I were particularly happy with the location of our first look. Despite the rain, Mark and his team set up the location perfectly, and it was a special moment that we’ll never forget. During our ceremony, Mark and Tom flawlessly captured the look we desired. Their photos were intimate without being intrusive. My wife and I were able to enjoy the moment, and we felt confident that their team would preserve anything we missed. We particularly loved how Mark shot our first look of our reception room and our cake-cutting. Again, Mark took photos in a way that captured the elegance of our decor. Our cake-cutting photos were particularly beautiful, and now we have photos that remind us of the perfection of that private moment. Once the party got started, Mark and Tom were on the dance floor the entire time with our guests, and our band and DJ. Their photos let us see how much our guests enjoyed our wedding and confirmed our decision to hire This Insane Idea Photography. If you hire Mark and Tom, know that you’re getting two professionals who not only will perfectly photograph your wedding, but do it in a way that allows you to thoroughly enjoy your special day.

ll important moments. We had a large bridal party & the team did an excellent job of making sure the process ran smoothly for all photos. We highly recommend Mark, he was the best!!

dding in the future. Fast forward 2 years later he was the second vendor we booked after our wedding venue. Mark and Brittany are just truly the best there is. Their attention to detail and energy is everything you need on your wedding day. Mark hits all the angels, gets the best lighting and knows how to get the perfect shot, and Brittany knows what you need before you even know what you need. I couldn't stop crying while getting ready and she was there for me with a shot of tequila!! They kept me calm the entire day. Mark, Brittany, Tom, and Alvin work together so seamlessly. They are truly the best at their craft and the best in the industry. They were there for us every step of the wedding planning process - answered all of my questions, made sure we were prepared for everything and anything. The day off, they made our entire family and wedding party feel comfortable with taking pictures. Mark, Brittany, Tom, and Alvin, we are forever thankful for you all!!!! This Insane Idea is everything you need on your wedding day!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

hotograph my big day. He is professional, hilarious, talented and just the best. He truly cares about the small details which is so important because the bride and groom are so busy all day. Mark works along side his wife Brittany who is the best. She is there to help you with WHATEVER you need. Words can not express how amazing it was to work with these people. Thank you both for making our big day amazing. It would not have been the same without you.

ound anyone offering the style and quality we wanted in our price range. When we looked through Mark’s website, we knew “that’s exactly what we want”. We made our interest known and had a quick initial chat with Mark - his charisma and openness were abundantly clear and made us comfortable being ourselves (important for candid photos!). He answered all of our questions, including his strategy for capturing our diverse crowd of guests coming to our wedding. A few months prior to our wedding, we had an engagement shoot with Mark on Princeton’s campus. He made us feel comfortable and close and had a constant stream of suggestions for poses and shots to take. We loved our Hogwarts vibes engagement shoot and getting to know Mark. On our wedding day, This Insane Idea showed up in full force with Mark, Brittany, and Tom. They were on time and high energy and knew exactly what they needed to do. We weren’t expecting to get close to our photographers, but they are simply great people and we felt like friends by the end of the day. The photos are gorgeous, candid, and true to life. We keep reviewing them to relive our wedding from a million perspectives we didn’t get to see on the day of. It’s been a joy to zoom in on the photos and appreciate the details of the day, and the expressions on our guests' faces. We will treasure these photos and the experience forever. We can’t recommend This Insane Idea highly enough, do it!

graphers- our goal was to have natural moments and emotions captured throughout our day and every time we look at the photos we still have our breath taken away as they did just that. We cannot wait to hire Mark for all future events- he is absolute necessity for your wedding day!

d the magic and emotion of our special day. From our first conversation, I was impressed by his attention to detail and their dedication to creating a personalized and unique experience for us. On the day of the wedding, Mark was a calming and reassuring presence, seamlessly capturing every moment without being obtrusive or interrupting the flow of the day. He made us feel comfortable and at ease, and the resulting photos were absolutely stunning. His ability to capture the little moments and the big emotions was truly impressive, and we are so grateful to have these memories to cherish for a lifetime. His turnaround time for delivering the photos was also incredibly fast! Overall, I cannot recommend Mark - This Insane Idea Photography enough. If you want a photographer who is professional, creative, and dedicated to making your wedding day unforgettable, he is the one to choose! Thank you again for the incredible photos and for being such an important part of our special day.

detail. We got our pictures and videos on time, and I couldn't be happier. I am incredibly grateful to Mark and his team for making the day as seamless as possible regarding the pictures and videos and for bringing out the joy in that day to life within our photographs. My family and I will be sticking with this group, and a big THANK YOU to Mark and his team

d we are so grateful to have found this photographer. Would definitely recommend him!!

nitially over Zoom, it was clear that he was on the same page (and seemed genuinely excited to learn more about us as a couple and what we were planning). And after our engagement photos, we knew for sure that we had found the perfect person to make us feel comfortable throughout our big day and keep things light and fun. When we had colder than normal temperatures on our wedding day, Mark and Tom were so great about keeping things moving and staying flexible so that we could still get all of the shots we wanted…just a little more quickly. They did such a great job of catching the unexpected and more candid shots that couples really want…not only of themselves but their friends and family having fun. Highly recommend!

we seem to spin in circles as the wedding day flew by. They got us to breathe just long enough to capture the magic as it happened. Highly highly recommend. Mother of the Bride Gingerhayes

responded quickly. The day of the wedding as soon as they arrived they got to work. We got our pictures back super fast and I AM IN LOVE !!! They captured the whole day perfectly exactly how I wanted them to. From getting ready to first looks, ceremony, reception, bridal portraits they did an amazing job. There was so many surprises that I wanted captured throughout the day and they caught them all. I 1000% recommend them and their team. Thank you so much Mark & Tom everything was Perfect!!

ver again, I would 1000% hire Mark again. He was absolutely amazing, beyond words. They helped bring my visions for our wedding day come to life and even more. From the minute they came in during the hectic morning, Mark and his second photographer, Tom, made my morning feel so organized and stress-free. They've capture everything from the small details, to the special moments, and to everything in between. I can't express how grateful I am for such an amazing team beside me and my husband on our special day. We can't say thank you enough. We will cherish our photos forever. We highly recommend This Insane Idea!!

shooting with them and the pictures look great. Mark also edited the pictures and sent our album in record time! Definitely recommended!

band and I feel so at ease and comfortable, despite us being the type that don’t love being photographed. He remembered us and our story, laughed and joked with us, and made sure to capture us at our core. Now for the photos! His style is exactly what we were looking for - he immediately got our style and listened to/remembered the things I did and didn’t want. Our engagement photos felt so much like us but at the same time he made us look so much better than we could have ever imagined. I will recommend Mark to literally anyone that needs a photographer for anything - and I hope to hire him again for more special occasions! Thank you, Mark!!

e had a great time. His lovely wife was there with us and was such a help. This photographer duo felt like family on our special day and rather than be intrusive they felt like part of our team. Not only was the wedding day awesome but the photos came back stupendous! Couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with, we loved every moment. Thanks Mark!

n amazing photographer. He captured every single moment of our day and guided us through taking shots we didn’t even know we needed. He went above and beyond to not miss a thing and we are forever grateful he was there that day. I can’t recommend or thank Mark enough. These pictures are everything.

true love for love shines through each and every photo he takes. Plus, his energy is unmatched! His brand of fun, professional, and genuine made him feel more like a friend than a vendor and I didn’t realize how important that would be until the day of the wedding. He laughed with us, cried with us, and brought all of my (insane) ideas to life in a way that exceeded every expectation I had. His portfolio is absolutely stunning and I cannot recommend This Insane Idea highly enough!! Mark is the photographer (and friend) every bride needs! Thank you for capturing our love so beautifully!

tographer. Your wedding is a one day rent that goes by in the blink of an eye, but pictures are forever!!! When I saw Mark’s portfolio, something told me he was the one, and boy was I right. When Mark and I had our first phone call meeting together, I could instantly feel his joyous and contagious energy through the phone. His personality alone made me feel like I was talking to a friend that I’ve known for my entire life! He gave me a run down of how things would go the day of the wedding, he asked me questions about my husband and I to get to know us on a more personal level, he asked what ideas I had myself, and he answered all of my questions with ease. On the day of the wedding, Mark brought that same contagious and joyous energy from our phone call, straight to taking his shots. My entire bridal party loved Mark so much. He made the picture taking process a breeze. He lead us into poses, made sure lighting was good wherever we went, took the most AMAZING candids, and went ABOVE and BEYOND in every way possible. He even went to the extent to run up to me and my husband during the middle of the reception to tell us that random fireworks were going off in the woods behind our venue, and asked if we wanted to get some cool firework shots. We all agreed and ran to the back of the venue, where Mark guided us through poses an unexpected moment during our wedding, a wonderful one. My family members raves about Mark for days after the wedding. They all couldn’t believe what an amazing photographer he was. So to end this review, let’s just say we’ve found our photographer for life. I cannot wait to use Mark again for all of my husband and I’s future milestones. He certainly IS the photographer of our dreams!

ng photos done) and he was the ring leader on where to go and what goes next. He was beyond comfortable to work with. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone. My parents are still taking about how smooth it all went and how absolutely beautiful the photos came out. He was on his A game, the entire wedding. Great guy to have at your special event. 11/10.

nd beyond” standard. Prior to booking this company and Mark for our wedding. We had some conversations leading up to our day that were so joyous and positive assuring us that everything will workout perfectly. Assisting us with our wedding day timeline, and what options would work for us and what we wanted to accomplish on our wonderful day. To fast forward to our wedding day, my wife was getting ready for a few hours prior to me and my groomsmen. When I arrived at our meeting spot, I walked into my in-laws residence and I immediately saw a bright smile on Marks face and a warm welcome as he knew I was so happy for this moment. He gave me a brief rundown on how things would go, and right away got to work snapping photos left and right, moving me and my guys to great lighting locations for the perfect shot. Not to mention, while doing this as professional as possible. He made himself part of my family. Joking and fitting right in with everyone on site from my grandmother to my 1 year old niece who was crying just like a 1 year old should. Shortly after, Mark and Josh (videographer) captured everything we needed to prior to our ceremony. And let’s not leave out the amazing, and I mean AMAZING chance to partake in a first look. Some may not know what this opportunity is, and I really had only seen it once prior to actually doing it. However, as I was standing facing away from my soon to be wife, Mark was asking me questions about our relationship which made this moment so much more special. As you’re thinking about what your beautiful wife is going to look like when you turn around Mark is reminding you about some very key moments when you first met your wife. At the reception, Mark continued his amazing work. Walking around, laughing and smiling with family and friends and creating a memory I’ll never forever. To this day, and upon receiving my photographs I can tell you that these photos are impeccable, stunning and all around amazing. My family and friends have asked about who my photographer was, his contagious joy and his fantastic photography skills. Mark answers questions via text and email quickly and efficiently and sticks to what matters most, great service and excellent work ethic. In conclusion, my wife and I have gained a new friend. Someone we will most certainly go out to dinner with and keep in touch. And I can assure you, that Mark is my go to photographer for my families future needs. And I’ll be sure to spread around his name and business whenever the opportunity presents itself. There’s only 5 stars above. Mark and his team deserve 10 stars. Excellent job Mark! Much love, Mat & Tori

rtable in front of the camera! We plan on hiring him for any and every event in the future when we need it captured! It would be a mistake to not hire him! Thanks Mark!!!

s photos are so beautiful and they truly capture the emotions of every moment. But beyond the tangible, what made Mark the perfect photographer for our wedding was his energy. From sharing in my excitement about photographing my dress, to laughing with me and my husband throughout the day and night, he really made taking our wedding photos a fun process. As a couple that is not typically comfortable being photographed, Mark made it so fun and effortless. Exactly what we needed on our wedding day! So please, let me save you the hours of searching that I did, and just book him!

ful. We managed to get mark through Enchanted Celebrations last minute and he saved our photographer nightmares. Do not work with enchanted celebrations! Mark is professional throughout the entire planning phase, knows all the right questions to ask, and dedicates her time to capturing all the amazing moments of us and our guests. When you work with someone who makes you feel relaxed and has a fun personality the rest is a natural process. I was careful to choose someone who could clearly execute great photography in all different settings (indoor, outdoor, and at night). I certainly was pleased and hope that if you’re someone with good vibes then you will reach out to her for your needs. Thanks again Mark and we will only be using mark for future events for photography!

beautifully! We got so many compliments. He was very personable and made us feel very natural while taking our pictures. We cannot say enough about Mark and would highly recommend him!!
