I set up an appointment time to go in for a tour to see the venue. Upon arrival, we discovered the person whom our tour was scheduled with had already left for the day. Another emp...
loyee called her and she "had to leave for an emergency and was so sorry" which would totally be understandable had someone reached out to us regarding the inconvenience. We were given the head sales rep's email to reschedule our tour, and I emailed her immediately. Granted there was a weekend in between now and then but it has now been days since we went it and no one has reached out to us. No email response, no message from the original rep, nothing. I find that very unprofessional. I'm more than understanding but communication needs to be there in order for that, and unfortunately in our case, it wasn't at all.
Lori was a saving grace. During the planning process the Radisson went through 3 different wedding coordinators, but they never notified us. We would find out weeks later after t...
hey’d stop returning our emails. This was very frustrating. Also things would fall through the cracks and they’d have to get repeat info from us. This made the planning process stressful. Luckily Lori was the final coordinator we worked with. She was very helpful and responsive and compensated us for our trouble with discounts or waiving fees altogether. The day of went great except for the hotel key cards had issues and after our long wedding day we couldn’t get into our room which was very frustrating. Also the day after our wedding, Lori wasn’t in and we didn’t get help we needed for the day after. The food also took a while to come out during the reception and the bread came out after the entrees which was annoying. All in all not the best but Lori helped out a lot.
The venue was beautiful, the staff were accommodating, and the food was delicious! We still receive compliments on how tasty the steak and chicken were at our reception. Lori came ...
in as our coordinator late in the planning process due to unforeseen circumstances out of anyone's control, but we couldn't be happier that we ended up having her help! She was wonderful to work with, professional, and very knowledgeable, and whole day was perfect. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a gorgeous venue to check the Radisson out!
I truly loves the service at Radisson hotel. There were a few th I vs that were not clearly explained to me that really hurt me but I dont think it's the fault of the caterer. She ...
did t meet u til almost 1 month before our special day. Laurie our new caterer was awesome. She helped us through everything we needed and was there with me every step of the way. She is very good at her job and would recommend any group to use Laurie and her facility to help there day go smoother!! Thank you Laurie.
Went through multiple contact people but ultimately ended up with Lori and she was so accommodating! She had sure everything was how I wanted it
I’m so glad I chose the Radisson for my venue. Madison was amazing to work with and always available to answer my questions. The venue included a lot and was beautiful the night of...
my wedding. The only complaint I would have is that my guests complained that the wait staff was trying to take food before people were even finished and clearing tables when people weren’t even done. I would still recommend having your wedding and ceremony at the Radisson. Also the bridal suite was amazing and you get free breakfast the next day.
Madison is AMAZING. She’s super responsive, understanding and knowledgeable. The day of our wedding, the staff were all wonderful - super pleasant, helpful and nice! The venue was ...
beautiful - our ceremony and reception ballrooms were like stepping into a magazine. They literally took my breath away - and Madison took care of everyring, so I wasn’t stressed or worried the day of.
Madison and the whole staff at the Radisson were wonderful!! Very attentive, professional, “on top” of everything from beginning to end. Our wedding and reception were both held in...
the beautiful Mahogany Ballroom and everything turned out perfect!! Wonderful food too! We would definitely recommend the Radisson to anyone looking for a wedding venue. Also the best pricing for high quality service, food, staff and Madison was a joy to work with!
Absolutely amazing service from the hotel, especially Madison Woodruff who was exceptional. I would recommend to anyone wanting a hassle free, customizable reception package.
Madison was absolutely fantastic! I would get married again just to deal with her. She's very professional, nice, quick at replying to emails, and just an overall joy to have help ...
plan my wedding. The staff was amazing, the food fantastic, the bridal suite was pretty cool too. Honestly I can't say enough nice things about the Radisson. If you're thinking about having a reception here, do it , I promise you won't regret it.
Madison at the Radisson was a great event coordinator for our wedding and reception. The cost per person for the package we chose included a cocktail hour with appetizers, dinner, ...
champagne toast, open bar, cake cutting service, and even our bridal suite. It was so nice to have nearly everything taken care of for us by one person. Madison even helped with last minute details on our wedding day. The food was great. The hotel was clean and the staff were all very friendly. I would use them again for an event without hesitation.
I am beyond ecstatic to have had our wedding at the Radisson. Madison was so helpful and made me feel like everything was perfect. Our food was amazing and guests loved it. The hal...
l was so wonderfully decorated. Also we had a last minute change of plans due to rain and Madison had everything set up for us to get married inside in a flash, it made my stress level go down so fast! I truly loved everything about our day and Madison was amazing!
This venue was perfect for our New Year Eve wedding!! It was very reasonably priced. Julie saw our vision and created the perfect reception. It was a lot of fun.
We had our reception in the grand ballroom of The Raddison at UTMC. Julie Meltzer was very attentive and always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Service was fast and...
the food was hot and delicious, even at the far tables. The venue was set up according to our specifications and it looked beautiful, we had uplighting behind our table and draping on the ceiling. Our tables were set exactly as we asked and looked awesome. The courtyard was open for the length of the reception and the area outside the ballroom was set up with the bar. We heard the bartenders were somewhat short with some of our guests, but other than that we had no complaints. Rooms were available for out of town guests and we even had guests book a room that night with the wedding rate. Rooms were available for early check-in and we had no problems with room service or room cleanliness! A great place to have a wedding!
From the moment Julie met with us she was amazing. She walked us through every aspect of our time there and what she provided. It was the biggest help I had received through my who...
