On the actual wedding day, everything went off without a hitch — perfectly smooth and beautifully executed. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team. ore our wedding. While heading to our scheduled rehearsal we were called and asked if we had a rehearsal scheduled. I said yes and they said oh it was not on the schedule but we have someone coming and you will still have your hour to do the rehearsal. Our rehearsal started around 4:30p (30 mins late). Another group arrived promptly at 5p and we were informed they had a rehearsal and we needed to leave the chapel. In addition to all of this we learned Sara was no longer with the company and we would have a new person (Kirby) assisting us. Sara apparently left 2 weeks prior. Note- this would have been beneficial information to know so that we could have had time to discuss/review our wedding vision and plans with the new assistant to make sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was on the same page. So we were rushed for our rehearsal. The morning of I called Kirby and spoke with her. Informed her of all that Sara and I had discussed and our vision for that day. NONE of that happened. Kirby was very rude to our guests. Multiple of guests felt she was rude, she seemed as if she was irritated and it clearly showed. Professionalism was thrown out of the window. Some guests felt they were racially discriminated against as well. Once the wedding was over I contacted the facility in hopes to speak with the owner regarding our concerns on how everything went. We received an email from the manager David and we spoke with him about our concerns. The only resolution was that we received a refund for the vegan specialty meals bc our guests never received them. We felt due to all of the issues, poor communication, some type of resolution should be on their end. Instead we were asked what did ‘we’ want to be done. We still insisted to speak to the owners. David stated, ‘as previously mentioned, the owners are not directly involved with the day-to-day operations for the venue and catering, however they have been made aware of your request to speak with them. You mentioned in your email you would like “something to be done” about “clear mismanagement”. Please provide me with a specific request I can forward to them, otherwise they consider the matter closed. This place which is minority owned one would think would be more sensitive to how their paying guests are being treated. They clearly do not care. If you want to spend over 15K and be disrespected then this is the place for you. If not go somewhere else because they do not care.

has been such a positive experience; Sara was outstanding from beginning to end, a true gem, and her customer service is stellar. I had such a fun time planning the party with her. I will be referring to all my friends and family, and I look forward to working with you all again. The party was such a hit I plan on having one every 5-year milestone going forward!

Our guests raved about everything from the beautiful venue (on its own w/o decor) to the food from CN Catering - we chose the Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken and everyone is still letting us know how great the food was! We also had a signature drink, the prickly-pear margarita with the dry-ice element that our guests loved! Do not hesitate to add it to your bar service. Everyone is very friendly, from the wait staff to the bartenders who served our guests with a big smile. We had the best night of our lives and are so glad we chose The Windsor at Hebron Park!

The venue itself is also just a gorgeous space. We wanted an all-in-one venue and we really got that here. In addition to everything being on site (including the rooms to get ready in, which we loved!), CN Catering really did an amazing job with the food, our guests could not stop talking about how good everything was! We would absolutely recommend this venue and its staff to anyone looking for a spot to host their event.

CN Catering and we loved that we had the opportunity to go to a tasting event that provided so many different types of food. We had so much fun at this event and their staff was super helpful with answering questions regarding the food, rentals, etc. Not to mention that everything we tried was DELICIOUS!! We also really liked that had the flexibility to bring in our own alcohol (this is a huge plus). On our wedding day, we couldn’t have asked for better food or service! Everything that was served was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious! If you're looking for specific food to serve, the prosciutto stuffed chicken and short rib are amazing. Also, you have to get the mac and cheese bites for an appetizer option! We got so many compliments from our guest on all of the food that was served. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day thanks to Annabelle and her team at The Windsor!

He answered every annoying text message that I would send him no matter the time of night. He also handled my Momzilla, which was a challenge in itself. All of my guests said that the food was awesome and his wait staff was great, from cleaning the plates off the table cutting the cake and serving it, handing out champagne for the toast and breaking down the venue. The money you pay is well worth it. If you’re on a tight budget like myself, and want to choose a venue that will “work with you” and not against you, but treat you like a million bucks, definitely choose this one.

They worked with us to fulfill our beautiful wedding dream once it was safe to do so. Our meetings with Doug were always lively, entertaining and efficient. He and the Windsor staff did great at communicating with myself and event coordinator. It is like they never skipped a beat even while dealing with a global pandemic. We also fell in love with CN Catering, they host mini wedding receptions where they show some of the dishes that are available as well as other vendors they work closely with. All of our guests have mentioned how the food was one of the best from weddings they have attended. So yes, go ahead and sign up and pay for the food. You will not regret it! A week after our wedding, I asked my husband if we could have another event and have it at the Windsor, that is how much I would recommend having your wedding or another event here. Thank you Doug, The Windsor staff and CN Catering for delivering on the most magical day that I have lived.

The ivy draped brick building is beautiful, along with the chapel and reception space. CN Catering (in-house) served an incredible, five-star meal, leaving our guests happy and full. ugh positive things about them. From the beginning, Doug was helpful and honest and worked with us to stay in our budget. We got a discount for having our wedding on a Sunday. Doug and his team are very responsive. Doug assured us of all their Covid protocols and as far as I can tell, his staff wore masks the entire time.

The food was amazing; we had some Indian appetizers to accommodate some cultural elements and all our guests enjoyed all of the food. Doug and the whole crew were so helpful to plan the all the details, give advices and on the day of coordination. Doug also coordinates the wedding and helps out with details such as for the processional, etc. My fiancé and I had an absolute blast and everything was just perfect the day of, we would recommend Windsor at Hebron Park to anyone in a breath!

d larger than where we currently live. To be honest, I had to convince my husband to tour the venue because the pictures did not have the same affect on him. Once we saw it in person, we were wowed by it! Before we even really got out of the door, my husband was ready to book and we still had other tours schedule that day. The amenities were so amazing and it made for a gorgeous event. I will be gushing over it all for years to come. There are so many locations to take some of the most beautiful photos. They can accommodate for a big or small wedding and reception. I loved how Doug and the team worked with us through everything...even when we were close to a last minute cancellation beyond our control. Needless to say, our wedding went off without a hitch (if you ask me). The staff were so warm and friendly and were patient with us as we slowly worked through our meal. It is so easy to feel like a million bucks at this location! I would absolutely tell anyone looking for a venue in the area to take the tour and see the amazement for yourself!

ilding. The sound system inside the chapel has a great surround sound. Doug is an exceptional and patient manager who helped us with for our ceremony at this hidden beauty of a gem! We plan to have our reception there next year! If you’re looking for a place “all in one” this is the venue place you and your significant other! It has the chapel, bridal suite, groom suite, bar area, beautiful staircase, and a huge reception ball room.
