There aren't enough words we could use to possibly show our gratitude towards Willows at Ashcombe Mansion and their staff. They made our May wedding dreams into a reality, and we had the most beautiful, special day surrounded by the most caring, attentive staff! The food was incredible, the drinks were outstanding, and we're still hearing about it all from our guests 2 months later!
We worked very closely with Chloe who was truly our saving grace, answering any and all questions no matter the hour of the day and she worked so patiently with us to ensure that we had the most perfect wedding day! Everything was set up to perfection on the day of our wedding and Chloe & team were so diligent in making sure everything was to our liking.
The staff walks through the entire day with you ahead of time step by step to make sure everything runs smoothly, and they rarely say no to any requests that you may have - they truly care about executing your perfect day and we could not recommend them more to any couple looking to get married!

We truly cannot say enough good things about this venue and their incredible team. First, the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. There is nothing else like it. The transformation of the mansion is remarkable. Walking through the property feels like stepping into another world.
The service is just as impressive as the venue. From the moment we arrived for our tour, we were greeted by Allison with champagne and saw our names displayed throughout the venue on their TVs. It may seem like a small touch, but it immediately made us feel celebrated and gave us a glimpse of how special our wedding day would be. Their packages are thoughtfully designed with plenty of flexibility depending on what you're looking for. Since we live nearby, we chose their one-day wedding package, and it was perfect for us.
One of the things that sets Willows at Ashcombe apart is that they're open throughout the year for special events and happy hours. My husband and I loved being able to stop by in the months leading up to our wedding and show our friends and family where we'd be getting married. Every visit was met with the same outstanding hospitality. Even after our wedding, when we returned to pick up a few forgotten items, the staff remembered us by name and welcomed us back so warmly. That level of genuine hospitality is something you don't come across very often.
We worked with Chloe throughout the planning process on our menu, bar selections, and all of the day-of details. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, organized, responsive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way.
The wedding tasting was one of my favorite parts of our engagement. It's an intimate, private dining experience, and they include so many thoughtful, personalized details that make you even more excited for your wedding day.
And then there's the food and drinks… which deserve their own section. They were phenomenal. Our guests complimented the food all night long, and people are still talking about the appetizers months later. The culinary team creates menus that feel elevated, creative, and consistently delicious. This is not your typical wedding food. The bar program is equally impressive. We asked if they could recreate a custom cocktail from one of our favorite restaurants in Los Angeles, and somehow they made it even better than the original. If great food and drinks are important to you, you will not be disappointed.
On our wedding day, the service was flawless. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely seemed excited to be part of our celebration. They made everything feel effortless, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment.
Willows at Ashcombe is truly a hidden gem. If we could do our wedding over again, we would choose this venue every single time. We cannot recommend them enough. If you're looking for exceptional food, incredible drinks, unmatched hospitality, and a venue that will leave a lasting impression on both you and your guests, this is the place.

Your Wonderland awaits at The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion, the 1891 Victorian Mansion that is redefining the wedding world in South Central Pennsylvania. Seated on 22 lush acres of manicured and native gardens, Ashcombe Mansion is undergoing the restoration of a lifetime to make your once-in-a-lifetime event out of this world. Every detail you’ve dreamed of for your wedding day is coming to life—from elegant old stone facades to the warmth and prestige of original millwork, to winding Victorian-era staircases and stained glass windows, to meticulously restored Victorian mansion appointments and aesthetically coordinated modern amenities and conveniences.
Our Grand Sperry Reception Tent is available from Late April through Late November each year and holds up to 250 guests comfortably. In our off season months intimate or micro weddings may be held for up to 40 guests for a seated meal. We can accommodate up to 80 for a ceremony followed by a cocktail style reception.
We offer 5 luxurious overnight suites that can be included in your venue package if you choose to spend the night or the weekend. Venue packages are customized based on clients needs. Bring everything the day before your wedding, hold your rehearsal dinner right here on site, go to bed that night and wake up relaxed and ready to start hair and makeup !
Included in all venue packages are our two separate spacious primping and grooming suites. You and your wedding party can spend the day getting ready in style. The Fridges are stocked with bottled water and coffee makers are on each floor for your convenience.
We have multiple indoor and outdoor ceremony options for up to 250 so worrying about the rain is never an issue in Wonderland.
