Willow Creek Barn owner and staff were absolutely phenomenal! From day one of booking the venue to a year and a half later for our wedding day they were on it! Jeremy (the owner) w...

as amazing, he answered every random question I had and at the random times throughout the process (I'm sure I asked things multiple times too!) The rest of the staff were amazing as well; they answered questions and were there the day of our wedding and took care of everything! I didn't have to worry about anything, from help unloading the pop from my car to tear down and our sparkler send off, they took care of it all. The venue was fully stocked and had everything needed down to decorations to make our day special. 1000% recommend The Willow Creek Barn to make your dreams become a reality! I can't say enough how amazing they all were at making my fairy tale wedding come true!

The Willow Creek Barn truly stands out as a remarkable wedding venue for several reasons. Nestled in a picturesque setting, it offers a unique blend of rustic charm and elegant sop...

histication, making it ideal for couples seeking a memorable backdrop for their special day. One of the most impressive aspects is how the venue's staff collaborates seamlessly to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their attention to detail is evident in how they set up the space according to your vision. Whether it’s floral arrangements, lighting, or table settings, they work tirelessly to create the atmosphere you desire. Marie, the coordinator, is a gem. Her expertise and calming presence make the often-stressful planning process feel effortless. She listens attentively to your ideas and concerns, providing valuable suggestions that enhance your wedding vision. Her ability to adapt to changes—like the sudden weather shift—speaks volumes about her professionalism and dedication. Macy is another incredible asset to the team. As the facilitator of all our needs and questions, she was always available to answer our calls and texts, putting our minds at ease. Her prompt responses ensured that any queries from our vendors were addressed quickly and effectively, further solidifying the venue's commitment to excellent service. Crystal, with her hands-on approach, is there to assist with any extra setups, ensuring everything is in place and ready for your guests. Her commitment to making your wedding day as stress-free as possible is truly commendable. The bar service deserves a shout-out as well. The mixologists are skilled at crafting personalized drinks that reflect your taste, and their ability to keep the drinks flowing and the energy high adds to the celebratory atmosphere. Plus, having your favorite wines on hand is a thoughtful touch that guests will appreciate. Additionally, the owners, Jeremy and Andrea, are fantastic! They bring a wealth of connections in the town, capable of providing add-on services that can elevate your wedding experience. Whether you're interested in transportation, hot air balloon rides, or even fireworks to cap off your celebration, they can help you arrange it all, making your dream wedding even more extraordinary. While it's important to note that The Willow Creek Barn can be costly, and much of the planning involves DIY work with your own vendors, we wholeheartedly believe it’s worth the investment if it fits within your budget. The end result is a stunning and personalized experience that you and your guests will cherish forever. Overall, The Willow Creek Barn provides not just a beautiful venue but also a supportive and enthusiastic team dedicated to making your wedding day everything you’ve dreamed of. With the combined efforts of Marie, Macy, Crystal, Jeremy, Andrea, and the entire staff, it’s a place where memories are made. We can’t recommend it highly enough to future couples looking for a magical wedding experience!

The reality is so many of our guests have told us: "This was the best wedding of all time!" Just facts :) And you know why? We got married on the most beautiful day in August, on...

the most gorgeous and secluded grounds in Indiana ... and we had a hot air balloon! Formula for happiness. Nothing this grand will go perfectly -- during the planning process and even on the same day -- and our wedding was no different. But we're so glad we found the Willow Creek Barn. The communication and assurance from Jeremy Corbin and his amazing staff (especially Marie Hendrickson) were top notch. Every bride needs people who truly care about her big day and I felt that every step along the way with the Willow Creek Barn.

tly what we envisioned. Communication was always easy, and the team consistently went above and beyond for us. What really sets this venue apart are the thoughtful, unique details you won’t find anywhere else. You can tell they’ve put so much heart into creating a space that’s not only beautiful but also functional and guest-friendly. Jeremy and his team were absolute rockstars—hardworking, fast, and genuinely amazing hosts. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how gorgeous and well-run everything was. If you’re looking for a place that actually listens, cares, and delivers on every level, this is it. We highly, highly recommend this venue!

nd beautiful. The barn was as so great at getting back to us quickly when we had questions or concerns. The Photo Booth option was so fun and allows for your guests to take silly, fun and cute photos, that they will later send to you! They offer the sparkler send off(though you do need to provide the sparklers yourself!) The bridal suite is so cute and the grooms suite seems perfect for your groom! I’d recommend it to anyone look for an authentic barn wedding!

We had our wedding on 8/27/23, and our experience with Willow Creek Barn was great. The venue is beautiful and the staff is both experienced and helpful. It is very reasonably pric...

ed, with a large selection of décor that you have free access to for your wedding. The only nitpick we have is that the getting ready rooms for groom + bride + bridal party were on the smaller side, which can only be a problem if you have large families and/or bridal parties. Bringing vanity mirrors for the bride and the bridesmaids is a recommendation. Overall a wonderful experience for us from the first time we toured until the time we left on the wedding day! Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a barn wedding.

ere was lots of workers to help out and made the day a smooth sailing. Jeremy and Andrea were great with communication as well as their coordinators. Would totally recommend booking with them! The downside to the venue are the bathrooms and that the handicap bathrooms are a port-a -potty. Other than that it is a beautiful site.

amazing job keeping me calm and getting the situation worked out. They did an awesome job keeping the barn cool even on a warm September evening. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to use Willow Creek as our reception venue and highly encourage you to as well!

The people of Willow Creek wedding Barn are amazing. They made every part of this process easy and with excellent execution. As Father of the Bride, I was focused on all the detail...

s that could make this event smooth or rough. The WCB process ensured that nothing was missed and the day was excellent. Amber was our coordinator and was the model of easiness under pressure. She was a pro and handled every question and request with poise and calm. She delivered on everything we asked for and even some last-minute changes. Always with a smile and occasional laughs. Jeremy was great in that he checked on us a few times in the process to ensure we were pleased and at the end of the event available for any feedback. The most telling aspect was the from the guests. I received numerous comments about how lovely the venue was and how much everyone enjoyed the look/feel and overall impressions of the event. People were milling about the grounds, playing games, and not wanting to leave. The Willow Creek wedding Barn is a must for anyone wanting the country wedding theme. They do it right.

The barn was exactly what we were looking for, they had decor options available, a staff that assists with the vendors and any other way they could. The bar manager, Kathy, was fan...

tastic to work with and was very responsive! Overall very pleased with the barn and staff. I do think they are having some growing pains as communication leading up to the wedding wasn’t great until following up and they are working through updating their questionnaire that you complete prior to the wedding day to better help. Jeremy and his family live on-site so he was able to jump in and assist when it was needed leading up to the reception and throughout the night. Another HUGE plus is you can use any vendors vs a set list they have. This allowed for me to do research and find what would best fit our vision and budget.

ave to worry about a thing! The venue also exceeded our expectations by providing a day of coordinator, security, etc. Jeremy, the owner, went above and beyond for us, too. We requested a baby bottle warmer for our daughter and super glue and he got us both :-) All of our guests were impressed with the yard games, bonfire, etc. that the venue also provided! HIGHLY recommend.

y allow you to use their decorations we saved a ton of money! When my cake was sliding and I had no clue, Amber, our day of coordinator talked to each vendor before asking me if we could cut the cake ahead of schedule so that we could get our pictures! Amber was a joy to work with the day of and did everything in her power to make my day go as perfect as possible! Jeremy, the barn owner, checked on us several times and made sure everything was going how it was supposed to! The onsite staff worked with each of my vendors so I did not have to worry about anything on my big day! I would highly recommend this beautiful venue, time and time again!
