The honesty, communication, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. Every question was answered, every promise was kept, and every commitment was followed through exactly as promised. We always felt heard, valued, and confident that our special day was in the best hands. The presentation of the venue was absolutely beautiful, and the care and effort that went into every detail did not go unnoticed. What stood out most was the genuine dedication to making our wedding everything we dreamed of and more. They didn’t just meet our expectations; they went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. It was clear that they truly cared about making our day special, and that made all the difference. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but having a team you can trust makes the entire process so much easier. Their honesty and transparency gave us peace of mind, their communication kept us informed every step of the way, and their commitment to delivering what they promised never wavered. We are beyond grateful for the role they played in making our wedding day so memorable. We would recommend this venue wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares, delivers on its promises, and goes the extra mile to create an unforgettable experience. If we could do it all over again, we would choose them without hesitation! They helped make one of the most important days of our lives everything we hoped for and so much more.

hey did undergo an owner change, which we were told about before booking. We were told the Coordinator would stay with the transition, but she was suddenly gone. We were a little panicked, but the new Coordinator, Kimberly, made us feel comfortable. We actually ended up being grandfathered in to a lot of perks like an upgraded menu (we had chosen a steak OR chicken option, and they gave us a duet plate that came with both on it), a prelude package where they provided breakfast, lunch, and free drinks for our wedding party while they got ready, etc. While we were encouraged to switch to a hosted bar, they did honor our original wishes to buy kegs, instead. Convenience: They let us have the bakery bring desserts the day before and store them in the fridge. They let us bring decorations to store there the day before. They let us have the rehearsal the day before the wedding. They helped us set up and take down our own decorations (I even heard our flowers kept tipping off of our tall pillars and Kimberly got some command strips to hold them on!). They rinsed our chargers for us. They let us leave whatever flowers we didn't want there. They said we could return the next day to finish taking down/collecting decorations. It should be noted that most of these things depend on if they have a tournament or something going on that weekend, and they may not know until somewhat close to the wedding. All of the staff were super friendly to us and our guests, even at the end of the night close to their time to go home. They even gave the head table a free champagne toast! They comp'd us a free round of golf. We would recommend The Wilds to anyone looking for an event venue. We really felt like they made sure we didn't have a worry in the world about things going well!

p to the wedding, and the wedding day itself, Kim and the entire Wilds staff were absolutely amazing. Kim was our main wedding coordinator, and she was incredibly responsive, accommodating, organized, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure we felt fully prepared going into our wedding day and was always willing to answer questions and help us work through the details. By the time our wedding day arrived, we genuinely felt like we could just show up and enjoy it because we knew Kim and her team had everything handled. One of the things we appreciated most was how much The Wilds took off our plate when it came to setup and cleanup. We were able to bring all of our decorations to the venue the day before, and Kim and her team set everything up for us exactly as planned. At the end of the wedding, their staff packed everything back up so we could simply pick it up the following day. We didn't have to worry about cleaning up or assigning friends and family to take decorations home at the end of the night. Instead, we were able to enjoy every minute of our dance and leave for the hotel with our friends and family without worrying about a thing. That alone took so much stress out of the day. The level of service on our wedding day was incredible. The entire staff was so kind, thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were taken care of. We joked that they made us feel like royalty! The breakfast and lunch included in the wedding package made getting ready so easy. They brought food right to our getting-ready spaces and continually checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was mimosas, beer, Gatorade, or anything else we wanted throughout the day, someone was always there making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Most importantly, our wedding day felt incredibly stress-free, and so much of that was because of Kim and the Wilds staff. We never felt like we needed to check on whether something had been set up correctly or worry about what was supposed to happen next. They put so much work into making sure everything went smoothly behind the scenes, which allowed us to be completely present and actually enjoy our wedding day. We are so grateful to Kim and the entire team at The Wilds for everything they did for us. Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be, and we would absolutely recommend The Wilds to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with an amazing team that truly takes care of you from beginning to end!
