The White Magnolia Bridal Collection

awkward for asking to take additional pictures when I said yes. The only reason this shop got my business was because the dress itself was my dream dress and I was afraid of missing out. After purchasing the dress, the attitude completely changed. Because they do not have an in-house seamstress, it felt like once the sale was made, I was no longer worth their time. I genuinely felt like a waste of their time. Picking up my dress was the worst part. I arrived at 9:22 a.m. for my 9:30 appointment and was told to wait because I “still had 10 minutes,” despite the shop having two fitting rooms with only one occupied and at least three staff members available. When I finally tried on my dress, it was extremely wrinkled as if having come straight out of a vacune sealed bag, which was incredibly disappointing to see for the first time. On top of that, the dress was ordered far too large. I was measured four months earlier and had only lost about 10–15 pounds. A professional seamstress later confirmed the dress was ordered three sizes too big, and my weight loss would not explain the issue. Because of how oversized and wrinkled the dress was I couldn’t even properly see or enjoy my wedding dress and felt robbed of this once in a life time experience. The cost to fix it is nearly as much as the dress itself, meaning I am now paying almost double due to their mistake. Care instructions and questions at pickup felt rushed, like being in a drive-through — I was repeatedly asked “anything else?” The garment bag also broke the first time I took the dress out, which only added to the frustration. Finding my dress here after visiting over six bridal shops was the only positive. Unfortunately, the poor service, lack of care, and expensive errors completely overshadow that. I would not recommend this bridal shop. Brides deserve to feel supported and cared for throughout the entire process — not dismissed once payment is made.
