The White Dress

as super sweet! I thought I knew what I wanted going into the appointment but ended up with something different that she pulled. She was super helpful explaining the options available to personalize the different dresses as well! I was nervous going into wedding dress shopping but they made me feel so comfortable and made the process fun! Would definitely recommend looking for your dress here!

bridal shop and they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to end my dress search on a great experience. They have so many beautiful dresses in their selection, and I'm so excited I was able to find my dress and veil!

he first one I tried on! Couldn’t rave about this shop and the staff enough!

p highly!!

was amazing. There was a trunk show going on so I was able to try on even more dresses than they typically had in the salon. I was very nervous for my appointment, but the owner and staff were amazing along with one of the designers employees that was there for the trunk show. They pulled amazing dresses for me, things that I would’ve never thought to have tried on and ultimately helped me find my dress. I honestly didn’t think I would be somebody that would cry when I found the dress, but I was. Thank you for such an amazing experience The White Dress and I can’t wait for my special day.

ident in the dress I picked. Katelyn was AMAZING!! She is the sweetest human being, she was so kind and made sure the day was about me! I cannot speak highly enough about her!

bridal stylist, Allie, was seriously the best! She started by just talking with me about the look I was going for, as well as taking my measurements. Every dress she pulled for me to try was exactly my style and she was the BEST hype woman!! If you are looking for a personalized, fun wedding dress shopping experience, definitely check out The White Dress!

ho were with me. My stylist, Allie, was the best I could have asked for! It felt like we were lifelong friends from the moment I met her. She helped me find the wedding dress (and veil) of my dreams, and I am forever grateful!!! I felt like I was treated like family, and not like a customer. There was no pressure throughout the appointment whatsoever. Allie helped me try on a variety of styles and materials of dresses so that I could figure out which direction I wanted to go in. My crew and I had such an amazing time!! I will never forget this day, and I never want to!

a reasonable price!! Thank you!!!

d not only do they have BEAUTIFUL options for dresses, they are extremely friendly and so helpful. Yet another place that made me feel like a friend rather than a customer. I will never not recommend this bridal shop. <3

n see all their dresses online and I was able to favorite some that I liked before my appointment. It was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses and I found my dream dress with the help of my amazing consultant, Allie! She was so sweet and patient and I felt like she really listened to what I did and didn’t like about the dresses I tried on. The whole staff here is amazing and they all made the entire experience wonderful for me and my family! Wish I could do it all over again! <3

really delivered. She had brought in several dresses and the funny thing is that the dress I chose at first I had said no to it. But once I tried it on just to see I fell in love. Everyone I had brought with me to try on dresses also knew as soon as I walked out that it was the dress. To add to everything though once I had picked my dress I found out 3 days later that I was pregnant and so I call TWD to see if they would be able to order my dress up a size and I was so thankful that they were in fact able to do it since I'd found so soon after. I also got my beautiful veil, earring and hair piece from them. Overall I would. 10/10 recommend TWD

with an open mind, and she expertly guided me through different styles, helping me find the perfect dress that made me feel beautiful. What I appreciated most was her commitment to staying within my budget—she never brought out a dress that exceeded my limit without my approval first. It made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and Narissa for anyone looking for a wonderful dress-shopping experience!

on process. She pushed me to try on dresses outside of my comfort zone and I ended up falling in love with a few dresses that I would have never even glanced at. When I returned for my second appointment, Emily assisted me in trying on a dress for a second time after I had some time to think. I said yes and cannot wait for my dress to come in! The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly, which made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Plus, the shop has an adorable dog that adds a special touch to the atmosphere. I highly recommend The White Dress to any bride-to-be!

ble, private space to try dresses on in. Every single dress I tried on was absolutely stunning. Katelyn did such an amazing job listening to what I liked/didn't like in a dress, and bringing back more options that were exactly what I was looking for - which ultimately led to me finding THE dress! I could not have asked for a better wedding dress shopping experience.

dress ended up being the ONE! Thank you guys!

ding TWD to future brides✨

and happy experience!!

your wish list made things SO easy once we were there! Katelyn brought me dresses from my wishlist, and also other ones she had in mind she thought I would like just from hearing my comments about dresses I was trying on. I even ended up saying yes to the dress (one not on my wishlist that Katelyn had picked out 🫶🏼)! Overall, The White Dress is such a cute place, and I feel like it’s impossible not to find your dress there. They have EVERYTHING!

nding the perfect dress. She was attentive and made me feel comfortable immediately. She truly felt like someone I had known for years. The moment that I tried on my dress for the first time was unreal. I knew immediately that it was the one. Paige stood with me in the dressing room as happy tears rolled down my cheeks before I walked out to show my mom, mother-in-law and MOHs. It is something I will never forget. I also have to note that the communication from The White Dress is unmatched. They responded quickly to questions and kept me up to date when my dress and veil arrived. Paige also followed up through text and with a handwritten thank you card to congratulate me on finding my dream dress. Seriously, I’d give more stars if I could. I can’t thank The White Dress enough for the beautiful experience that I had at their store. I will forever recommend them to every new bride.

ome in probably too many times to try them on and feel completely comfortable with my decision. Could not recommend them enough!

recommend this place. Amazing dress selection, staff, and overal the best experience

o very clearly care about their customers -- They had clearly prepared in advance for my visit, knew exactly what type of dress I was looking for, and even knew my exact wedding date! This was such a difference experience from some of the other bridal stores I've gone to recently. They really know what they're doing here, as well as how to make their customers feel taken care of and special. They went absolutely above and beyond to make my experience memorable and special, and I am so beyond grateful to have found this store! I purchased the most beautiful gown, and I am absolutely over the moon! THANK YOU, The White Dress!

so many dresses to try on. Wonderful experience!

member were the nicest and accommodating individuals. Being able to price filter and favorite dresses on their site before my first appointment was a game changer. I walked through the doors and my dress consultant already knew my vision and helped me find THE ONE on only the fourth dress (but don’t get me wrong I still tried on many after that). As I went home without purchasing that day, I felt no pressure from their staff to make a decision or buy that day. When I scheduled a second appointment to order my dress, I got the same excitement from staff as I did my first appointment. They gave us complimentary champagne, walked me through the ordering process, and explained the purchasing contract in full. I never once felt like just another purchase to them. I sincerely look forward to continuing to work with the TWD team as my wedding date approaches.

f the beautiful gowns on display. Through the years as they changed out the display dresses I imagined myself in every single one, dreaming of and hoping for the day I could become a TWD bride. Well the day finally came! The day of my first appointment at The White Dress I gathered my maids of honor, bridesmaids, and my mother and with the help of our associate, Katelyn (who knew my style better than even I did), we found the most perfect dress! At the time of my first appointment we didn’t exactly know when our wedding would be, but due to some unforeseen family reasons, we had to choose a date that was much faster than originally planned. The ladies at The White Dress pulled more strings and made more accommodations for us than I ever believed possible. They got me into my dream dress and not only treated me like a VIP client but like family they truly cared for. I cannot say enough about how professional, kind, and talented all of these ladies are. The shop was beautiful and my experience was everything I ever dreamed it would be and more! I will forever sing the praises of Kristy and her crew and cannot thank them enough for helping me truly feel like a beautiful bride. If you are looking for a wedding dress, you will not find a better shop than The White Dress!

ouldn't stop thinking about a beautiful dress I tried on at the first appointment!) and she was so sweet and helpful. She helped pick out the perfect hair accessories and veil that I would have never found on my own. Kristy, the owner, stopped in during both appointments to chat and get to know me and it was such a wonderful bridal experience. I am so happy I found my dream dress through The White Dress. The experience was so fun and easy, I highly recommend!

ly and efficiently. They truly listened to my vision and helped hand pick several options. They also made the actual experience of trying on the dresses comfortable and easy (which I appreciate after some prior experiences). The shop has a great selection of dresses and accessories of different styles. I'd recommend any bride to stop in!

found my wedding dress with the help of the BEST consultant Brittany. She was so lovely, very patient and made the experience super fun for me and my family. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

5 years ago so this wedding has me feeling sad that she won't be here. I booked a private appointment with my friends and family, and Brittany took care of me. When I tell you she is a rockstar and is soamazing at her job, I mean it!!! I had the best time, tried on numerous dresses that flattered, and found THE ONE! I couldn't recommend The White Dress enough! Beautiful store, friendly and helpful staff, just perfect!!

me find the perfect dress. The fitting rooms were spacious, and they gave many amazing recommendations. A heartfelt thank you for making my wedding dress journey memorable!

to others!!

before I was really open to trying different styles. Jillian was amazing and took what I was liking and not liking into consideration. She ended up pulling what would be THE dress! We all had the moment with tears and all the feels. I had appointments the next day so I wanted to see what those would bring. Needless to say, I came back and said yes to my dress! They were patient and listened to what I wanted and not pressuring at all! Couldn't recommend this Salon enough! ❤️

change of wedding plans (moving the wedding closer) they allowed me to purchase the dress on the floor and provided a 10% discount for it. It was in my size too. Their recommendations for alterations were perfect too.

one of 20 brides. My ladies and I were immediately taken back to our private room at my appointment time and my stylist was all around fantastic!! She brought me tons of dresses to try on, I didn't know exactly what I wanted and she listened to what I said I liked and brought me exactly that along with some outside the box styles because you never know! Once I found my dress, she still continued to offer other dresses to make sure I was certain. Obviously I know bridal shops are super busy and have scheduled appointments on the weekend - they NEVER made me feel like I was close on time being up etc. once I said yes to the dress - they brought my group and I a glass of champagne and let us enjoy the moment. It was truly one of the most special days in my life and I cannot wait to walk down the aisle in my dress from TWD. Thank you!!!!

had a PAID appointment for both visits and they were around 40 minutes late to each appointment. This left me and all my guests wandering around the lobby, even though we had a scheduled appt time. Not even a water or apology was offered in regards to their tardiness. The 2nd appt, I was told to come an hour early so I did. They ended up being 40 minutes late leaving me wondering why they even told me to come in early. On top of that, I finally got in the dressing room just for them to tell me that they didn’t have the dress that I ordered and paid for specifically for that appointment. So basically they made me come in an hour early and made me wait in the lobby for an hour just for them to not even have the dress that I came there to try on. This is very frustrating, especially when I had to plan this appointment and find friends/family to come along with me. We all took time out of our days to drive an hour there and it was just completely disregarded by TWD team. They apologized and said that they could re order the dress for me. I declined and requested a refund as I will not be wasting any more time here. They are not reliable and not respectful of peoples time. Not sure if it was just me, but I felt like other brides were being prioritized over me both times. I just expected more from them especially when I’m expected to pay over $1k for a wedding dress. Sad.

before my wedding, long before I even booked a venue or even picked a date Marissa helped me find my perfect dress. She was incredibly attentive to me and my crowded dressing room, always picked dresses I had an interest in, and was so fun to work with. I love that my 12 year old self was right about this shop, it is magical!

e satin dress. They did say they were receiving more satin dresses in a few months. Everything seemed very heavily beaded or with lace. So not much of a selection of the style I am aiming for. Also, we went to the wedding shoppe after and we were offered snacks and some water. I think this could enhance the customers experience here.

d they all had come with dresses they wanted me to try too. We were paired with Kristy for my appointment and she came ready to go. After asking questions here and there, continuing to bring in more dresses with different styles, and having me keep an open mind, we found the dress!!! Kristy made this experience really fun and involved for me and all my attendees. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate of everyone’s opinions and I could not have done it without her!! The rest of her team were wonderful to work with as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this bridal shop for future brides looking for their dress!

street size) but had no problem finding a few dresses at Diana's that were an 18 or 22. The pros: My stylist was so kind and personable - I was there on a weekday and we were probably the only two people in the shop. She pulled multiple styles and shapes for me to see what I preferred, and also let me look around and select things that caught my eye. After each silhouette and style, we talked about what I liked and disliked and she would take that into account with the next few selections. Here's the negative: I did not feel pretty in a single gown that I tried on, out of probably 9-10 gowns... I left feeling really discouraged. After going on to shop at two more stores where I felt absolutely gorgeous in every gown I tried, I can't help but wonder what went so wrong at The White Dress?? Was it the lighting, the dress selection, the clipping? Whatever it was, for that reason I'm knocking off a star as starting my search here actually gave me anxiety that I was not going to look good in anything...

l organized, including the way they have their dresses sorted in the shop, and made trying on dresses a fun and seamless process. Paige was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I never felt pressured and they were communicative from dress purchase to pick up day. We got our bridesmaid dresses from here as well, they offer a great variety of styles and the color palette looked so good! The entire staff is sweet and accommodating, if you're looking for a top-notch wedding dress shop, do not think twice about The White Dress!
