It was the perfect setting for Emma and Aidan’s wedding, and the beauty of the property truly speaks for itself. From the gorgeous surroundings to the overall atmosphere, everything came together so beautifully for such a special weekend. A special thank you to Alicia, the venue manager, who was absolutely wonderful to work with! She is incredibly organized, thoughtful, and always timely with her communication. Throughout the planning process, she made sure everything we needed was available and that the venue was prepared for all of our wedding events. Her attention to detail and professionalism made such a difference. We also want to recognize her amazing team, who worked so hard behind the scenes with setup and takedown. Their efforts did not go unnoticed and were truly appreciated! We also took advantage of the newly renovated home on the property, and what a beautiful addition to the wedding experience! Every space in the home was so thoughtfully designed, with attention to detail throughout. It was the perfect place to spend time together, get ready, and capture some absolutely stunning wedding photos. Every corner seemed to offer another beautiful backdrop! The White Barn is truly a special place, and we couldn't have imagined a more beautiful setting for Emma and Aidan’s wedding. We are so grateful to Alicia and her entire team for helping make the weekend so memorable. We had the pleasure of hosting our clients' rehearsal dinner on Friday evening, followed by their wedding on Saturday, and the entire experience was wonderful. The White Barn staff was incredibly helpful every step of the way, going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly throughout the weekend.
Alicia, the venue manager, is truly a dream to work with. She is incredibly organized, responsive, and makes the planning process so easy. Everything is clearly communicated, and everyone's responsibilities are laid out from the beginning, which makes such a difference from a planner's perspective.
Our clients absolutely loved their experience! The gorgeous new home on the property is also such a wonderful addition. It's beautifully done and provides the perfect space to get ready, relax, and enjoy the morning of the wedding.

biggest choice to book the White Barn was easier than I ever expected and exceeded all expectations.
My husband and I wanted to find a barn venue that work with both our personalities, a little rustic with a little glam. White Barn was the perfect fit. The landscaping is just GORGEOUS!! The facilities are easy to navigate and very ADA friendly. The new upgrades inside the barn give it the elegance without losing the rustic feel. Everyone one of our guests commented on the venue and how beautiful it was. SO much parking!! and logistically just the best venue. There are so many options for Ceremony, Cocktail and Dinner that you can really make it your own. Both my husband and I being in hospitality really feel in love with the care they operations team put into the back of house as well. They kitchen is immaculate and is sure to provide the best environment for any caterer to successfully execute your event.
Now the venue speaks for itself with how beautiful it is, but the TEAM is what made all the difference. The moment we met Alicia, I knew I was going to book with her. She is not only a pleasure to be around but knows her stuff. She is an operations magician and will help you with whatever you need. We ended up booking the houses on property as well and it truly made for the BEST WEDDING WEEKEND!!! I never wanted to leave.

bsolutely love working there - The Venue Manager, Alicia is fantastic (super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and hands-on), the grounds are BEAUTIFUL and always well-maintained, there's plenty of access to power, they have spacious and clean restrooms, there's so many different locations to serve various layouts, they have a large indoor space for colder/rainy seasons, an expansive parking lot on site, accommodations on site, and the entire property is laid out super well, in a very functional manner that lends itself to an excellent flow on wedding days. Absolutely no complaints. We would recommend this venue 100% and can't wait to work there again soon! :)

n. Outdoor spaces for ceremony and cocktail hour are so picturesque, with lovely landscaping and views of the mountains, and the barn itself is seriously stylish. It's such an elevated vibe for couples who want a rustic or garden-style barn-type venue, but are also looking for chic sophistication. It's also incredibly convenient to have space on the property to stay overnight and prep before the wedding -- the rooms are so comfortable and well-designed, and ideal for the bride and bridesmaids to have their makeup and hair done in the morning. There are also such pretty trees and backdrops for wedding party photos or even for the couple to do their first look before the ceremony.
We really adore White Barn. It's a refreshing take on the rustic barn venue and is a stunning backdrop for a wedding weekend on the central California coast.

From the day we inquired about checking out the venue, Alicia Cocks (Director of Events) was warm, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to work with. We felt we could go to Alicia with any question or ask her for help and she was always happy to assist. Working with her and her team truly made our planning process smooth and enjoyable. icult task, until, I stumbled upon The White Barn. After completing my venue tour with Alicia, I knew The White Barn was where I wanted to get married. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Alicia and her team, they truly go above and beyond for their clients. They never give NO as an answer, they always work overtime to make sure the bride dreams become a reality. I think my wedding at The White Barn in September 2022 will be a wedding every vendor, guest, and bridal party member will remember forever as it was the first wedding at The White Barn where it rained. Yes, you read that correctly, we got married under blue skies on the grass area at 2pm and by 4pm when reception doors opened, it was pouring down rain. One would think as the bride, I would be freaking out, however, I truly embraced the moment. Alicia and team had everything under control and made my day absolutely AMAZING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WHITE BARN TO EVERYONE!:)

nuary 2021, the team was incredible. Alicia was always so helpful and responsive when we had any questions about the venue or needed a second opinion on a vendor choice or event decision. She was an excellent partner to our wedding planner and our entire vendor team which made the day go so smoothly.
In addition to the team being wonderful, the venue itself is stunning! It is so well manicured and you just can't beat the landscaping. The barn has an ability to be transformed no matter what your vision is which made it so easy to bring our vision to life. The layout of the property is also conducive to an enjoyable event experience for all guests. Having everything close together on level ground made it easy for grandparents to move around the venue creating a stress free day for all.
We could not be happier with our choice to celebrate our special day here.

ntain views to the modern barn, it was perfect for us. I’ve been married for over 2 months and I STILL get compliments on how beautiful the venue was. We were on the fence about renting the homes on the property, and I'm so glad we did! It was such a beautiful setting for my bridal party and I to get ready in.
Even though the venue is amazing, the best part was Alicia and her team. We initially were going to get married in 2021, but had to postpone because of the pandemic. Alicia was extremely accommodating and helpful during that tough time. She also made the planning process so easy! Anytime I needed recommendations or had questions, she was readily available. The one time I hired someone that she didn’t recommend, I ended up regretting it and firing them. I truly feel our day was only perfect because of the vendors we hired (that Alicia recommended). Alicia was especially helpful the day of the wedding. I was having a ton of anxiety (I had a panic attack the morning of) and she said something that I’ll never forget. She told me that even though I’m having anxiety now, the second I walk down the aisle all that anxiety will go away because I’ll be looking down the aisle at the man I love. She of course was right. She always went above and beyond to make sure our big day was perfect.

The White Barn is a truly special place just outside of SLO on the Central Coast. Beautiful landscape, tons of space, and great weather for our summer wedding. There is plenty of parking, a kitchen for your caterer's use, and really nice and clean permanent bathrooms on the property. Alicia (Director of Operations & Events) went above and beyond when our plans changed multiple times due to COVID. She was professional, really friendly, encouraging, and extremely supportive especially through the tough decisions we had to make with rescheduling our wedding. We knew she had our backs the entire time and she made the whole experience as smooth as can be. Thank you to Alicia and The White Barn team for the wedding of our dreams. ound make for a truly serene setting. The closer you get, though, the more you begin to appreciate the fine details that make it so unique. The natural light that seeps in between the slats of its wooden frame highlight the character of its exposed wood interior making for a surreal setting for your day. What really sets the White Barn apart, though, is its incredible staff. Alicia, the events coordinator, and her staff are extremely detail-oriented, organized and, overall, a joy to work with. Alicia takes the time to get to know couples personally and truly helps them envision their wedding day. Early in the planning process, we asked her which planners she felt would fit well with our style and personalities and the 2 she suggested (1 of which we hired after a very difficult deliberation) could not have been more perfect for us. She continued to be a tremendous resource for us throughout the process helping ensure that everything about our weekend would run smoothly. On the day of the wedding, the entire staff and she did exactly that and helped deliver the wedding of our dreams without a single hitch - or at least none they allowed us or our guests to notice. Our advice to anyone considering the White Barn: the gorgeous backdrop for your wedding and reception is one thing, but the people that work there make this venue truly special.

autiful. There is a cute little windmill and fire pit which was a huge hit with our guests and plenty of space to have multiple lounges and set up lawn games. Alicia and her staff recommend fantastic vendors and I can honestly say our wedding day went on without a hitch (if anything went wrong, I still don't know!). We live about 3 hours away and Alicia and her team were so accommodating when we were in town and needed to meet with vendors or if we just wanted to stop by, they are so welcoming. Another great thing about the property are the houses, it was so special to stay at the venue and watch our wedding come together from across the fields. We stayed for 4 days and it was a great way to be involved with our wedding but also have a little hideaway not being at the hotel with everyone. We can't wait to stop by the barn and stay at the house the next time we're in the area. The White Barn is a truly special venue!
