We hired Shelby and The White Antler team to throw us the reception we never had as we had eloped a few years ago.
From the very first conversation, she understood exactly who we a...
re and what we wanted, and she poured herself into bringing that vision to life. Her relationships with vendors in Jackson Hole are unmatched, and it showed in how seamlessly every piece came together.
When you're pulling off a celebration like this with different vendors things sometimes go sideways, and Shelby stayed completely cool under pressure the entire time, quietly handling whatever came up so we never had to think twice. What she ultimately delivered was the prettiest, most magical party we could have ever imagined, down to the smallest detail. Beyond her talent, she's just wonderful to work with. Thoughtful, present, and genuinely invested in making it feel like us. We are SO grateful to her and cannot recommend her enough.

She's also just the best, calm and positive planner to work with and our wedding was absolutely perfect all thanks to her!! I couldn't recommend her more!!

jumped in without hesitation and said, “Let’s do it.”
From that moment on, she brought commitment and calm. We had regular calls (sometimes twice a week) where together we navigated budgets, vendors, timelines - you name it. Shelby was steady, and deeply invested every step of the way.
Her eye brought our vision to life, and guests are still telling us our wedding felt like something out of a fairy tale. On the day itself, she ran the show like a total pro. She was composed and completely in control so we could truly be present and just enjoy the day.
If you’re lucky enough to work with her, take it. It'll be the best decision you make.

a great vendor team. She was super prompt with any questions or recommendations I needed. Any time we needed to pivot or change plans, she was so flexible. She truly made the process of planning a wedding across the country as easy as it could be. If there were any problems on wedding day, I had no idea, because Shelby handled any issue before they even happened. We also used The White Antler for all of our rentals for our welcome dinner and our wedding day. Any idea that I had, she helped make it happen with her large (and growing) selection of rentals. I highly recommend Shelby and her team to anyone getting married in the Idaho/Jackson Hole area!!!

by made sure every single little detail was taken care of. She envisioned and created our wedding weekend even more perfectly than we ever thought imaginable. She truly TRANSFORMED our venue and set such a fun, stress free tone for the whole weekend. Shelby had the best recommendations for vendors and handled coordinating with everyone seamlessly. A few days before the wedding, Shelby and her team stepped in seamlessly to cover for another vendor who dropped out at the last minute. They didn't skip a beat and handled every single detail, all while keeping us calm :). We could not have done it without Shelby and could not recommend The White Antler enough!!!!

Shelby was so amazing throughout our wedding planning process! We had actually been working with another planner when we first discovered The White Antler. All of her rentals were ...
so cute so we knew we had to have her as part of our wedding. With her items, we were able to achieve western elegance with a fun and charming vintage flair. She transformed our venue, Diamond Cross Ranch, into the most stunning venue. All of the details were perfect from the outdoor white bar, to gold silverware, the decked-out indoor bar (featuring the happily ever after sign), and the lounge areas. Her velvet tablecloths and farm chair/tables really elevated the space. Not to mention the cutest seating chart ever she custom-made! We loved Shelby so much that we even ended up switching to her for our full-time planning. I loved that I could trust her with my vision and leave her to the creative execution - this was worth gold!! She had so many great ideas too. Really enjoyed working together :) She also broke her arm a few weeks before the wedding and you have even known - not a beat was skipped. Shelby was such a trooper and made our wedding day dreams come true. Thank you!

th Shelby and my daughter would just tell us what she liked. Shelby was always available for every possible question from the venue to Mother of the bride dress. She was extremely knowledgeable, had great venders, made the whole process exciting, fun, enjoyable, and carefree. The actual wedding day was phenomenal! She took care of everything, set up, during, and take down. We just showed up, and everything was so beautiful and better than we could imagine. We celebrated and spent the day with friends and family with out a care. My daughter had a ring ceremony after the temple and Shelby took care of that and walked us through everything. It ran perfectly. She had to change the seating of the venue twice. We had a luncheon, ring ceremony and then reception and each configuration went smoothly and looked beautiful. The day was amazing and was like a fairytale. My daughter absolutely loved every moment of her wedding day. And said it was a dream come true. It was all because of Shelby. She took our ideas and vision and ran with it and made it better than we imagined. I have 3 more kids to marry over the years and will absolutely have Shelby coordinate for those. She was the best!

eality. The White Antler has amazing rentals that we used and it was so nice to have access to all the things we wanted at the wedding. We loved that Shelby was so responsive to our every need. We could get in touch with her at all times and she always returned our messages very quickly. The wedding day for our family was so stress free because The White Antler took care of everything from setting up, coordinating with florist, and cleaning up….that made our day so special because we could focus on our bride and groom and enjoy every second. When we walked into the venue and saw it all decorated for the first time, it actually bright tears to our eyes because it was perfectly stunning!
