The Whiskey Chaser

he day. The drinks were delicious and the guest are still complimenting them. The whole bridal party was so impressed when Chad came over with a tray of drinks while we we were waiting to take pictures, we were all like our savior! I really would recommend them for any event and would definitely hire them again for any future event.

g of the planning process all the way to the big day. We had so much fun going through the signature cocktails they designed for us and would highly recommend visiting them in Oakland to try some of the cocktails before making a decision. While this was helpful for deciding which drinks were best it was also fun to get to learn about how their company came to be and get to know them both better before the event. The day of our wedding the drinks were such a hit. We had friends who had nothing but the signature cocktails all night because they were so delicious. Chad and his team had lots of drinks pre-prepared so that there wasn’t a bottleneck waiting at the bar after the ceremony which was much appreciated. The bar was busy all night and they handled the crowds with ease. The Whiskey Chaser truly went above and beyond for our wedding and we were so fortunate to work with them.

to say about their service the entire evening! They were awesome to work with when our venue told us that the horse trailer would not be allowed on site. They worked quickly to work out another solution! I will definitely be booking The Whiskey Chaser for future events!

as! Thank you so much Whiskey Chaser!! Would book again anytime!

ake sure our specialty cocktails were perfect and that our bar would be stocked exactly to our very particular tastes. Everyone was incredibly flexible throughout the process and far kinder than we deserved. Could not recommend more highly.

Tory was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. She helped walked us through the entire process and educated us on bartending aspects we didn’t think about. Chad was the master at his craft in both creating signature cocktails and being that dope people person you need at a party. The speed and friendliness of the staff was incredible. Everyone raved about the drinks and people didn’t stop drinking the entire night. The trailer really brought ambiance, and is the most genius mobile bar we’ve ever seen. We can’t wait for whatever next event we host where we can work with The Whiskey Chaser team again!

ensure we had every detail covered. Day of event - CHAD the MAN! Signature drinks were the best!! Chad made sure we (bride and groom) had a drink in our hands the entire night! Not only were all the drinks tasty, but Chad made it a whole experience! Chad was so sweet and felt like he was part of the family! Best choice for bar- HANDS DOWN! We can’t wait to see them at another event ;) Xoxo R&Y Vallejo

s very helpful and provided excellent guidance throughout the process. Chad was so personable and was an excellent bartender. I can’t say enough good things about this team!

cktails for our wedding (note that my husband was a little picky with his drink of choice, but Tori wasn’t challenged by this and she nailed the perfect recipe for our big day). We went with a peachy Paloma spritzer and a mango painkiller (both of which I highly recommend for any event) for our “his and her” cocktails and they were a HUGE hit with our guests. We’re so glad we worked with them for our big day. We’d do it again in a heartbeat!

ent!! Their staff was super helpful and made sure everyone was having fun. Our venue did not allow liquor, so it was great to be able to rely on Tory & Chad to come up with fun liquor-free drinks that our guests LOVED!! Sadly, we experienced a historic downpour of rain on our wedding day, so we weren't able to use the trailer, but the team's service and support on-site absolutely made up for it :) we would absolutely hire the Whiskey Chaser again and again!!!

setup. On our big day Chad was on time, handled all bar logistics, and made sure that everyone who wanted a beverage had one in hand all night long. Prior to, both Tory and Chad worked with us to make sure we had enough glassware on standby and also gave us quantity recommendations to ensure everyone's cup was runneth over. LOL Something that made a huge impression on me was that Chad and his co-bartender took the time to taste all of the wines that we provided. This allowed them to articulate the taste of each and make sure that our guests were drinking something that they liked. Hands down, best bar service out there. They are personalized, attentive, professional, and incredibly kind. :) We will definitely be working with them again and so should you!

2020, and they worked with us to reschedule to August of 2021. Their signature cocktails package was great - the most fun we had planning the wedding was the day we did the cocktail tasting with Tory and Chad. Highly recommend to relax and enjoy the cocktails while tailoring it for our big day. We ended up with a Bee’s knees peach cardamom gin cocktail and a blackberry sangria which paired perfectly with our paella! They were easy to work with: Tory handled all the communication and guidance with logistics while Chad was the man behind the bar and creations. :) They seemed extremely self-sufficient and were so kind! They were also very accommodating: we had a special (late) request to serve chocolate milk and virgin mocktails from the bar as a special treat for the non-drinkers, and they took this in stride. The trailer bar is amazing decor, and I cannot say how much of a hit WC was on the big day. We had minimal decorations and flowers, and their trailer bar added a lot to the outdoor garden vibe we were going for. Lines all night long (but not too long!), and many repeated visits throughout the evening. The gin cocktail they designed was a immensely popular, and Rafael and Chad were super nice and kept folks happy all night long. We had several guests telling us how they even enjoyed chatting them up! They were even able to hook up a keg to the built-in beer taps! We could not recommend Whiskey Chaser more highly, and look forward to having friends book them for a future wedding so we can see the trailer in-person again!

resentation is breathtaking. The lemonade provided at the ceremony was to die for. Tory and Chad are incredible people and they were amazing to work with. Their services go above and beyond and are even able to put out fires that can happen just a few weeks before go-time. Tory is kind, a great listener when we were exploring signature cocktails, and very responsive. Chad serves drinks flawlessly and every drink was perfect. He was generous and made some delicious mocktails for a few pregnant guests. I cannot encourage you enough to work with them. I also cannot thank them enough for all of their support and commitment to making our wedding day dreams comes true.

requests. On the day of the event they coordinated with our wedding planner and executed flawlessly. Our guests and we were super happy. The quality of the mixed drinks was top notch. Would highly recommend this team for your event!

hanging places. All guests raved about the great service and friendly bartenders. I was so impressed! This was by far the best mobile bar. I highly recommend!

incredibly responsive they were to my emails and questions. Not only did they get back to me right away but they were so accommodating with anything I needed. Since they were a late addition we didn't have time to schedule a tasting so we ended up choosing drinks and trusting their expertise based on what we liked. They asked us all kinds of questions on our preferences to nail down our cocktails. to say the least, THEY NAILED IT. We chose a hibiscus margarita and blackberry mule and everyone LOVED them! They also helped us figure out how much alcohol and glassware we would need for the wedding. When they showed up on the wedding day, Chad and his helper had the biggest and welcoming smile on their faces. They made our wedding bar epic! Also can we talk about how cute and fun their mobile bar is?! It fit perfectly at our venue! Hire Tory and Chad for your wedding or event, you will not regret the level of service they provide!

al, overcomers, and most important... great human beings that are fun and a joy to be around. We had the pleasure of working with The Whiskey Trailer Bar at the beautiful Waterfall Lodge in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Not only is that venue gorgeous, but as vendors, a tad tricky to navigate on those small trails and windy roads. This was no feat for Chad and Tory, they arrived early and ready to serve the guests during a Super Bowl Sunday wedding at that. There was never a long line, never a guest without a drink in their hand, all happy cheering for the couple and the game. We are absolutely looking forward to working with them again and highly recommend you to be too.

planning the drink menu... to enjoying the BEST customized drinks at our wedding... everything about the Whiskey Chaser exceeded my expectations. Working with Tory & Chad was definitely a FIVE STAR experience. All of our family and friends raved about the trailer and all the drinks. We had margaritas, micheladas, a blueberry vodka lemon fizz, and a bourbon peach arnold palmer. Tory & Chad helped with estimating the drink/alcohol quantity we would need... they asked all the right questions to get to know our likes and dislikes, and came up with awesome options for our drink menu... they were super responsive from months prior... to weeks before finalizing all the details. I loved working with these two. I am already thinking of another party I can plan so we can have the Whiskey Chaser back again!

nd fast) can make a wedding experience for your guests. The Whiskey Chaser freaking knocked it out of the park for us. Starting with the planning experience, Tory was the most responsive vendor we had, answering all of my emails and questions very promptly. As a stressed out bride planning a wedding this was so crucial. During our tasting a few months before the wedding, Tory and Chad whipped up some of the best cocktails we’ve ever tasted. We decided on three signature cocktails (named for each of us and our dog). On the day of the wedding, everyone was debating which one was best but they all honestly tasted amazing. In terms of the service, Chad and crew completely crushed it. So many guests raved to us about the drinks and during my trips to the bar (I made several) service was always super fast and friendly. No one had to wait in long lines for drinks, which as a guest we all know totally sucks. Beyond the yummy drinks and great service, the trailer looked absolutely incredible outside our venue. It served as a large piece of decor in it of itself. It looked wonderful and I can’t wait to see how it turned out in photos. Overall, if you are debating getting the Whiskey Chaser for you wedding or event just do it. I promise you won’t regret it.

and seeing The Whiskey Chaser in action at our venue with all our guests having the time of their lives, left us speechless. From the minute we started working with Tory and Chad, we were so impressed with them! They truly want you to have the best experience possible and will do everything in their power to ensure that. We must have exchanged over 100 emails with them and from start to finish and they are just hands down the best! So knowledgeable, professional, and nice! From the wedding cocktail consultation where they help curate and create your wedding cocktails based on your preferences (so fun!), to picking up our beer kegs for us on our wedding day to help out, to moving The Whiskey Chaser to 2 different locations during the wedding for us, they are simply amazing! This is the detail that differentiates an ordinary wedding from an extraordinary one. They truly are the best craft bartenders! So passionate about what they do and the drinks are out of this world! We went with a delicious Pear Whiskey Ginger and a Peach Lavender Margarita and I'll be dreaming about them forever! We've been to so many weddings where you can't even order a cocktail because of how awful they are, The Whiskey Chaser exceeded every expectation. Worth every penny! Your guests will not stop talking about it too! Thank you so much for making us the happiest Bride & Groom!

easy. They are extremely organized and on top of things; communicating, logistics, beverage quantity recommendations, etc. Tory was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and the planning process was a breeze. They are very detailed in the planning and made sure everything was taken care of. Tory and Chad took our preferences for the drinks we had in mind and really brought them to life. They have such creative and unique ideas on flavors and drinks that it was really difficult to choose our main drinks. We even added an extra one because there were so many we liked! On our wedding day, we constantly had guests coming up to us saying how cute the bar was, how friendly they were, and most importantly how much they loved the drinks. Definitely a hit! Whiskey Chaser was a dream to work with and we are so grateful the process was so simple and easy when wedding planning can be so stressful.

e trailer, all lit up, I was like, “I need that. If I have that, everything else will fall into place.” And it totally did. Chad and Tory are awesome—outstanding communication, excellent cocktail knowledge, exceptional service—just all-around good people who had a great business idea and the savvy to bring it to life. The bar’s visual appeal is obvious, but Chad and Tory’s relaxed competence, thoughtful attention to detail, and genuine care about the party turning out well really push the Whiskey Chaser into the exceptional category. They created an array of beautiful and tasty cocktails and a welcoming tasting experience. They worked with us to figure out how to set up in our cocktail hour area, have a satellite bar ready at the reception area, and then move the whole trailer and set back up for the reception. They gave us the option to order our booze at their local BevMo, and they picked it up and brought it with them to the wedding. Even with their new baby arriving just months before our wedding (he came to our site visit—so cute!), they never missed a beat. At the wedding, the trailer looked absolutely perfect, and every time I saw Chad, Tory, and their other bartender Justine, they were mixing, pouring, moving racks, very diplomatically suggesting water as alternative to select drunk relatives—but also smiling and chatting and asking us if we needed anything and really helping to set the whole scene for the event. It was one of the few aspects of the day that really made me feel like an honored guest at my own wedding. Plus that first drink after making our way down from the ceremony was pretty much the best thing ever. Our guests raved about the trailer, the drinks, and how nice and helpful the bartenders were. While this was something of a splurge for us, I cannot imagine any way our bar could have gone better, and it felt completely worth the money. Thanks, guys—the Bay Area is lucky to have you!

e with, the price was very reasonable and they took care of all our drinks. We strongly recommend!

fect size too for her picnic spot. Made for a very fun party and could definitely see at a wedding!
