After touring numerous spaces, WMAA was by far the most unique venue in Westmoreland County. It’s truly a gem! For a very reasonable price, you can have the entire museum reserved ...
exclusively for your wedding. The architecture and gallery spaces provided a stunning backdrop for photos and our guests had an absolute blast. Linda and Sarah were phenomenal. We received prompt and thorough communication throughout the entire process. Who you work with is crucial, so things came together seamlessly without a single issue! Initially, I was not aware of how well equipped the Museum is as an alternative event space. Our caterer was thrilled to have a fully equipped kitchen, so their facilities allowed for efficient service throughout the evening. We are so grateful to have found such a special space for a very memorable evening!
At first it was a little hard to get ahold of them (in very early planning stages), but once we started working with Sarah and Linda, everything went smoothly! The museum was our d...
ream venue, and it was honestly so affordable for everything that was included in our package. The day was so beautiful, and all of the staff was SO accommodating.
This was the most perfect venue for our reception. Sarah was a treasure to work with, the staff was so helpful and the room and the museum were beautiful. I do not have anything ba...
d to say. If you want an intimate perfectly beautiful room with helpful and friendly staff i say choose this venue. Adding the extra hours for our guests to enjoy the galleries during the first 2 hours was an added bonus. We are still getting compliments and the event and the venue.
Very professional and nice staff! All our quests loved the environment and art of course! Staff made everything run smoothly and well organized. Definitely check the place out. 10/...

Me and my husband are not at all the religious type, so when we got engaged we were unsure of where to have our ceremony, with our reception venue being too small to have a whole c...
eremony, I ended up contacting Megan and her team at the Westmoreland Museum of American Art, and wow is all I have to say, I am so glad I did. Megan made the planning process so easy, and she was so helpful with everything. Even though we didn't have our reception here she still treated me like I was, walking me through everything, giving her expert advice, and keeping me sane through COVID. She and her team worked so hard to make sure I can have every single person at my ceremony, we ended up having it outside on the beautiful front steps of the museum, and we couldn't have asked for a better day. Her team worked with me when it came to the songs to walk in and out to, they were able to cut a song down to the exact minute I wanted to walk down the aisle to, I almost started crying I was so happy. They had water for all the guests, and set chairs up that were compliant with the 6foot rule, getting ready with my bridesmaids upstairs was simply amazing, she had everything we could have wanted. There are not enough things to say about how amazing Megan and her team are. If you are not sure where to have your ceremony in Greensburg you need to contact her, trust me, you won't be disappointed. Thank you again, Megan, you really helped me have the most magical and best day ever, I will never forget the kindness you have shown me and Andy.
