About this vendor
Hello, and thanks so much for reviewing my page. At this time, I have reached capacity for the season and am not currently accepting new clients. Wishing you the best as you plan your wedding!

My name is Emily Urquhart, and I specialize in ceremony writing and officiating for elopements and micro-weddings. We'll work together to make sure your ceremony matches your beliefs, values, personality, and most importantly, your love story.
I have a sunny and light-hearted presence, and I will be so happy to be a part of your wedding day. I am a storyteller at heart, and my ceremony style centers around each couples story and values. I will have questions for you that will help you decipher what kind of ceremony you want to have and what should be included in your ceremony script. You can expect me to take great care in learning about your journey together in arriving at your wedding day, so that I may write a script that is true and unique to your relationship.

Emily was kind enough to drive all the way out to Grand Mesa to officiate our ceremony. On top of this, the script she wrote was so heartfelt, thoughtful, and incredibly beautiful....
Emily kept us involved and updated every step of the way, allowing us to offer our input and give feedback before delivering the final draft. I couldn't have asked for a kinder, more accommodating, and more professional wedding writer/officiant for our wedding. If you're a Colorado resident, you can't go wrong with Emily.
Emily did an outstanding job with our officiating. We were out there just winging it and when she reached out to ask what we would like we did not give much direction. We said we w...
ould rather it be a surprise. The surprise was great and we were so appreciative. If you're looking for a professional to take the stress away from you, look no further!
My Husband and I got married on 6-17-23 and Miss Emily was our officiant - I cannot express how special she made our vows and ceremony on our special day! We made it very clear tha...
t we didn't want anything traditional or religious during the ceremony - She nailed it! She sent out a questionnaire about us as a couple that helped build our vows for the ceremony and sent us the finalized version 2 weeks before the big day - just in case any changes needed to be made. The vows and ceremony speech was perfect and was exactly what we wanted for our special day.
Emily is very punctual with responding back to emails and worked together with our wedding coordinator - making the process and wedding day go very smoothly.
I highly recommend her for any couples special day!
