I went into my appointment thinking I was just going to try on a few dresses, figure out what styles I liked on myself and start the process. I definitely did not expect to make a decision that day!!!! Well…Jessica understood the assignment. She absolutely delivered, because the first dress she put me in felt like “the dress”🤍 I had planned on going to the appointment alone, but literally the day before, Selah said she’d love to come with me. And I’m SO thankful she did. I didn’t realize how much I’d love having someone there to celebrate the moment with me when I found the one. 🥹 Jessica made the entire experience so comfortable, easy and fun. She listened to what I wanted and somehow made my first wedding dress appointment also my last. If you’re looking for your dress, I cannot say enough good things about my experience at The Wedding Shoppe. 🤍 Of course, Selah and I had to celebrate over lunch afterward. 🥂 And now Nikki + Larry • 8/25/27 is officially written on The Wedding Shoppe dress. 😭 I CAN’T BELIEVE I FOUND MY WEDDING DRESS!!! 🤍💍

The store has a lovely interior with private areas for you to try on dresses and so many dress options. The best part for me was that my dress was available to take home the same day since I planned my whole wedding in 8 months! Highly recommend checking this place out.

I would definitely recommend The Wedding Shoppe to any bride looking for their dream dress. The tailoring experience was absolutely wonderful as well! The dress fit me PERFECTLY. And as a woman more gifted in the chest area, I was really worried about that zone taking away from everything else. The dress I got and the way it was tailored made the girls look gorgeous, feel supported, and didn’t take the attention away from my face. I was even able to wear a strapless dress and was supported while dancing and jumping all night long!

ear all set in at once.  As soon as I walked into The Wedding Shoppe in Berkley, the fear portion quickly began to fade.  The shop was comparable to high end shops in New York City.  The light fixtures, the ambiance and most of all the staff were all very impeccable.  Now let me get to Jessica, my personal stylist.  Jessica immediately got to work.  She asked a few questions about my style and she NAILED it.  I dressed up as a Disney Princess my entire session, and yes that was my dream.  She made me feel comfortable about my weight, and most importantly guided me to my dream dress.  I 100% enjoyed my experience and would definitely go here again.

My consultant was incredibly patient, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and helped me find a dress that I absolutely fell in love with. Even when my appointment ran longer than scheduled, no one made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, which meant so much to me. I also found my veil and accessories there, and they complemented my dress perfectly. The entire process felt fun and exciting instead of stressful. The alterations process was just as wonderful. Every appointment was easy, enjoyable, and helped ensure my dress fit exactly the way I had envisioned. On my wedding day, I felt absolutely beautiful, and I received so many compliments on my dress. Looking back, I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you to everyone at The Wedding Shoppe for making such an important part of my wedding experience so memorable. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any future bride!

she helped me try on 15+ dresses just to come back to the first dress I tried on! This store has a GIANT inventory to fit all styles and budgets, so this really can be your one-stop-shop. I had so much fun trying every kind of style and material with my family and friends in their spacious show room with some drinks. Breck was also very respectful of my given budget and never brought a dress that fell outside that range. Once I had my dress my seamstress, Kim, did an amazing job with my alterations and bustle. This dress fit me like a glove and was so comfortable! I had no problem wearing it all day and night! In fact, I didn't want to take it off!!! I have truly never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day and in my wedding dress! It's silly, but I truly felt like a princess. Thank you Wedding Shoppe!!

Then, the shop stayed in contact to check up on me and everything! If I wasn’t getting married out-of-state, I absolutely would have continued working with them because of how great my time was with them. Absolutely check The Wedding Shoppe out if you’re looking for your dream dress!

. They have a really amazing selection of super high quality dresses at different price points, and Rita was really good at helping to narrow down what I wanted, even though I was a bit unsure. She clearly has tons of experience and knows what she's doing! The shop was beautiful (and smelled SO good haha) and they had a lot of cute little things there to help make the day special. My coordinator recommended this at the top of her bridal shop list, and now I can see why! Oh, and I LOVE my dress!

le to accommodate. Even more helpful, they were able to accommodate my mom, who is in a wheelchair to not only the initial session, but for every alterations appointment. It started not with the appointment, but with the communication of sharing inspo options (which ended up not going through!) They handled the fact that many of the dresses I had liked were no longer available at their store easily. They pulled multiple dresses WITHIN my budget. I never had to worry that what I was trying on would cause extra financial strain. Even more so, I had just started a GLP-1 when I bought my dress- meaning I had no idea what size I'd be. I ended up buying the sample dress, in a size too big, to make sure it'd fit a year later. I did end up losing about 30lbs, and they were still able to alter the dress down perfectly. For accessories, they didn't overly push for me to buy from them, which was such a relief and kept me more comfortable at the appointment. They had a wonderful assortment- and I fell in love with a belt that ended up being added to my dress. The most amazing part of the whole experience was the alterations. I had always dreamed of a dress with puff sleeves, and fell in love with a strapless dress. Their alterations department not only took the dress in almost 3 sizes, but also create a puff sleeve bolero of my dreams. It did mean that alterations started earlier and was more expensive- but also gave me a custom gown that hit every mark. They were extremely communicative in the process, contacting me to set my appointments and made every step clear. They also explained the bustle perfectly- and it took no time in during my wedding. I loved every aspect of my experience.
