The Villa was a great wedding venue. Our friend got married at a sapphire event venue years prior so we had high expectations going into it and the Villa surpassed them.
They are so organized that you don't even need to think (which is a plus for a stressed bride!). I had three other friends getting married months prior and I was shocked on how they had little to no communication with their venue. We had numerous meetings and constant contact with the Villa. Serena was amazing and knew all the ins and outs on wedding planning. She was personable, friendly, and efficient.
The Villa has everything under control and back up plans for increment weather. We did have rain on our wedding day, but they allowed us to wait a few minutes to see if it would break. We ended up pushing forward through the sprinkles as I really wanted an outdoor ceremony. In the end, it went fine. Guest reported to enjoy it. Photography actually said its the best photos as no one is squinting. My photographer (Kate Melody) was amazing and made a fake sunset for us so those photos went on flawlessly. The Villa does have a bridge for photos. We were able to use the bridge after they had to ask permission from the golf course. Earlier in the day, it was not raining so we wanted to do them earlier to get them accomplished but was told we could not as there were golfers still on the course. My Husband had reported that he would buy a tee time so we could do them right then and there, but this appeared not to be an option. We were unsure why and thought this was silly. We did get them later in the evening when "sunset" was supposed to be. Again it was sprinkling but we didn't care.
Thr Villa assigns you a specific person on your wedding day caller a Bridal Attendant. She gets you food, drinks, and anything else you need. Our bridal attendant was funny, engaging, and personable.
The Villa made time for anything I wanted to added to my big day. One major thing I wanted was a bubble send off. No bubbles are allowed indoors, but we had a trail outside. It was so much fun. I cannot wait for the photos.
I highly recommend looking at the Villa as an option for your wedding venue !

The entire team at Saphire event group is phenomenal. Our coordinator Serena was amazing - sweet, thorough, attentive, and communicative the entire process of wedding planning. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and we were cared for all night by the sweetest wedding attendant, Kirsten. Zero regrets, highly recommend!!!

Our original plan was to have our ceremony in the gardens and our reception in the tent, but with temperatures reaching 105 degrees, we knew we needed to make adjustments. Caroline went above and beyond, seamlessly moving our ceremony indoors within 30 minutes of our arrival to ensure our guests were comfortable. Her flexibility, quick thinking, and dedication made all the difference on such an important day.
The entire team at The Villa is absolutely incredible, and their attention to detail is truly impeccable. And the food? Our guests are STILL talking about it!

a smooth process, and so much of that was because of Caroline Nord. From our very first conversations, Caroline was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. She was always available to answer questions, talk through details, and help us navigate all of the decisions that come with planning a wedding. We always felt like we could reach out to her, and she made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. She was genuinely invested in making sure our day was exactly what we wanted, and we really appreciated how much care and attention she gave us throughout the entire year.
When our wedding day finally arrived, everything came together perfectly. The venue was absolutely beautiful! The food was outstanding, the staff was amazing, and everyone was so friendly and attentive. Christie was especially wonderful the day of and was constantly checking in, making sure everything was running smoothly, and taking care of the little details so we didn't have to worry about anything.

and flawless, starting from our Event Producer down to the tiny details that were planned over the year and a half! Our Producer was Jocelyn Stewart, and we could not have been more happy to have her help us with this very special day. She helped us with every step of the way, accommodated every big and small question we had, and supported us with care! The tent was absolutely stunning; the ceiling fabric and drapings and chandeliers were beautiful and aesthetic. I always dreamed of an outdoors wedding under a tent! The property, landscaping, ceremony setup, and ambiance of the outdoor furniture was perfect for what we wanted. The set up and attention to detail for the ceremony and tent could not have been better. The staff was incredibly coordinated and they knew exactly how to put on a well-orchestrated event. Down to the tiniest detail, the night went so smoothly. Words are not enough to fully compliment the staff, Jocelyn, and owners (who were so kind to say hello when we stopped by to take a peak one day before the wedding). The food and drinks were so tasty! We added on an ice cream bar and grilled cheese station and got so many compliments from our guests! As someone who has worked in the event and wedding industry, this venue was absolutely top-notch. They were on top of everything, so professional, and so kind to us and our guests. If you are considering this wedding, please know that The Villa and their staff will take care of you at every stage to make sure that your big day is as special and beautiful as you hope it will be! Our actual wedding day was such a breeze because Jocelyn and the event staff took care of everything for us. We got to enjoy our wedding like we were guests and didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Our bridal attendant, Bella, was also so sweet and made sure we actually ate during the day. Considering that it wasn’t extremely pricey like other venues in the area, we would highly recommend having your wedding at The Villa. And count yourself lucky if you have Jocelyn as your event producer!

The staff is lovely, the ballrooms are beautiful, and the tent (where we had our ceremony & reception) is the most amazing, rustic but glam tent you will ever see. We unfortunately had a LOT of rain on our wedding day, which meant our ceremony had to be moved into the tent instead of outside. This normally would send me into a spiral, but Julie assured be it would be beautiful and made me feel comfortable with it. The day of, I walked into the tent to head to the bridal suite and I was stunned with the beauty they had created! Even though it was pouring rain, the staff made the tent into my dream spring wedding. I cannot thank them enough for helping us have the most beautiful wedding day!!!

Wedding planning can feel so daunting but working with our event producer, Serena, throughout made it feel more manageable. I cannot thank Serena enough for all her support!
The venue itself is gorgeous, we absolutely loved the different spaces available from inside the tent to the outdoor area with tables and a firepit, it allowed every guest to find different spaces to mingle that they felt comfortable (especially if they weren’t big dancers). The staff, specifically Serena, Aimee, Kirsten (SO sweet), Alex, and Catherine, were beyond amazing! We felt so taken care of and felt like we could just enjoy the night stress free (even with a slight wedding dress malfunction that was quickly handled by the amazing team).
There are no words to describe how amazing the food was! From the scheduled tasting to the wedding day, the food was one of the best I have ever had at an event. Guests were raving about how great everything tasted!

For our reception, our DJ was mistakenly given our “do not play list” from his company. Lexie stepped into action and was able to quickly get the correct playlist from my phone and print it out for him. Her care, kindness, and professionalism from the moment we started working with her did not go unnoticed. We’d recommend The Villa to anyone who is looking for a venue that truly cares about making your day exactly what you want. And of course, it’s a beautiful place to get married. One of the biggest benefits of working with Saphire Event Group is how much they offer in-house. They provided our food, event space setup (like chairs), linens, silverware, glassware, alcohol, and more. Having so many services under one vendor made planning incredibly easy and eliminated so much stress. The only things we outsourced were florals and our sound system.
They were also fantastic about working within our budget and helping us make thoughtful choices without ever feeling pressured.

One of the things we loved most about The Villa was that almost everything was handled in-house. We only had to arrange our cake, flowers, photographer, and content creator. The food was also incredible. Every guest commented on how delicious everything was, from the cocktail hour to the dinner. It truly exceeded our expectations and made the night even more memorable.
Having a coordinator was a huge selling point and made the entire planning process so much less stressful. We 100% recommend having your wedding at The Villa, you won’t be disappointed!

The staff made the entire process so easy and stress-free. They were professional, attentive, and incredibly organized, which made our day run seamlessly. We worked with Lexie, Brianna, and Kristen. Every detail was handled smoothly, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
The food was delicious, and our guests are still raving about how much they enjoyed it. You have to do the European deserts because those were delicious. The Villa truly exceeded our expectations and gave us the wedding day we had always hoped for. They even worked with us to accommodate some Ukrainian traditions and if you have foreign family that are worried, trust me you’re in good hands.
We can’t recommend The Saphire Event Group enough it’s the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion! I’d also recommend doing the inclusive package, the dj and florist were awesome.

We started off working with one event producer from SEG who was really great and answered all my first time bride questions so quickly! When she left the company, we were transferred over to Lexie with a month to go and she took over our wedding like a seasoned vet! She calmed my nerves and made us feel so cared for. I seriously couldn’t have asked for a better wedding experience. If you’re on the fence about SEG at all, I promise the Villa staff will give you the fairytale wedding you’re looking for.

The entire staff was professional, kind, and attentive throughout. The setup was perfect, and the day-of coordination kept everything running seamlessly. Our guests had a fantastic time, and we felt well taken care of as the brides. Given the wonderful service provided, the venue was very reasonably priced. We appreciated their payment plans and the options available to customize our package.
The food and bar options were excellent. We have received so many compliments on the entrees we selected, and everyone enjoyed the open bar. Everything was delicious and well timed to make our guests happy all the way through!
