We had our wedding at Tanglewood on 06/20/26 and our experience working with them was great! Amanda was super helpful and prompt with all of our needs throughout the wedding planni...
ng process. Shelby was our day-of-coordinator and she was awesome! She set up everything the way we wanted it, kept our timeline running smoothly and handled any questions or issues that arised. She was also very personable and friendly. Hungrybee served delicious food and dessert. The renovations are beautiful. We’d recommend this venue to anyone as it will always hold a special place in our heart :) Thank you Tanglewood for making our wedding day so special!
Joe went above and beyond to make the date absolutely perfect for us. We got married this past weekend, and he made sure that all the details were in place and worked so well with ...
our wedding planner and decorators to set up the space in a way that was more beautiful than we could imagine. The reception venue itself is very well lit and spacious, and we were able to take the golf carts out to the green to take pictures as well, which made for some very special moments. He presented options for both indoors and outdoors ceremonies And there’s also a lovely cocktail area with string lights for guests to use during cocktail hour. The Tanglewood team was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we would highly recommend them for any event. The bridal suite is also gorgeous. Joe helped us navigate a whirlwind of a day, including a Chinese tea ceremony, an Indian ceremony, and a western ceremony, and all of these events were executed flawlessly, according to our vision thanks to their team.
My husband and I got married at Tanglewood over the weekend and we cannot say enough good things about the staff! Joe went above and beyond from meeting with us before the date to ...
go over the details. He ensured he knew everything we wanted so the day could be flawless. He stayed late the night before our wedding so we could work on final touches. The morning of he made sure to do whatever my husband and I needed so the day was able to run as smooth as possible. Shelby took over for him in the evening and it was such a seamless transition. She ensured the rest of the evening went as well managing every possible detail!
She helped make sure that all of our decor and personal items were packed up and ready for us to take home afterwards. They truly made our wedding day one for the books! I will
recommend Tanglewood to anyone interested in booking an event with them!
My husband and I had our wedding at The Tanglewood Club in June, and it could not have been more perfect! Good food, great staff, and beautiful venue! First of all the outdoor gro...
ve ceremony space was EXACTLY what I was looking for! It had lots of shade for the guests with its tall, lush trees and a beautiful view of a hole with a lake behind the altar, that was perfect for pictures. The reception space was amazing as well! The wall to ceiling windows provided lots of natural light for cocktail hour and dinner, and cozy reflections of the lights for dancing once it got dark out. We got the entire top floor of the club house and the outside patio area, which was SPACIOUS. It felt cozy and intimate, but left so much room for people to walk around and find their own quiet moments if they wanted to. Finally, I can’t say enough good things about the staff. The bartenders and serving staff were OUTSTANDING, and provided such good energy the entire night! And Joe and Amanda, the event coordinators who were handling our event were wonderful! Not only were they incredibly kind and easy to work with, but they were both easily accessible for any questions, and worked hard to make sure we were all on the same page before the big day! They also nailed all of our decorations, table settings and signage! All I had to do was drop them off, and enjoy them day-of after they were setup! Overall, we had a blast during our wedding, and would definitely recommend Tanglewood!! (Side-note the newly renovated bridal suite is GORGEOUS, and VERY fun to use).
We could not have asked for a better experience with our venue! Stacey was so helpful and always got back to us quickly with any questions we had through the planning process. The ...
venue is beautiful, the staff were all so friendly and made everything go off without a hitch, and the food was amazing!
Let's just start off by saying "wow!" That was our experience working with The Tanglewood Club. Everything was wow! We wanted to find a venue that allowed for an indoor ceremony th...
at wasn't all just one room. Tanglewood has that with 3 separate rooms nothing ever felt cramped. The venue is absolutely beautiful with the fireplace & updated grey tones (no ugly hotel carpet here). Stacey was a dream to work with, with her constant communication & really going above & beyond to make sure everything was smooth. Cory (our day of event manager) is the kindest human you will meet - you will feel like you are royalty how he is always checking if you need anything. We got married at Christmas time and it was decorated already by Stacey and we just added to it. We got so many compliments about the food, the staff (especially our amazing bartenders - shout out to Lisa), the food & the space. They are reasonably priced and no crazy rental fees like some places charge. Our wedding felt like a Christmas dream! We will be forever grateful.
The Tanglewood Club and Stacey made our wedding the most magical experience we could have ever imagined! Stacey was available for EVERY question that we asked. They made sure the ...
day was perfect and that everything went smoothly. The venue was amazing and we both want to thank you for helping us create the most beautiful and memorable fall wedding we could ask for!

hout out to the bartender who was an absolute joy. The real reason you should book with the Tanglewood Club is because you get Stacey, and she is incredible! She makes sure everything runs smooth the day of and is always available for any questions you might have during the process! We are so glad we booked this place, it was perfect.
Beautiful! The space is amazing the staff are attentive! Couldn’t have asked for a better venue! Highly recommend!
Tanglewood was the perfect venue for our wedding. Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the getting ready space was so nice to have and outdoor grove for the ceremony is so beautiful...
. What really makes this venue though is Stacey and her team. She was so helpful in creating our timeline and helping set up all our decor and kept the day running smoothly. She was so quick to answer questions and if I needed to make any adjustments. The food was also so good and we were getting compliments on it from our guests and vendors all night. Overall I highly recommend Tanglewood to anyone looking for a beautiful country club wedding!
If you are considering using this venue DO IT!!!! Stacey and her team were absolutely amazing through the whole process. Stacey was very responsive to questions I had leading up to...
the day and was so on top of it on our actual wedding day. I did not feel an ounce of worry the day of because I knew Stacey was there to handle any hiccups. The venue itself is beautiful with it's floor to ceiling windows and romantic draping. Many of our guests said the food was the best food they have had at a wedding. If I could give Tanglewood 1000 stars I would!!!
Tanglewood was a beautiful location for our wedding reception. Stacey was so nice, easy to work with, and flexible with changes, things we wanted, and provided great recommendation...
s. The venue was so pretty and the servers were so kind. Food was also so good. Would definitely recommend Tanglewood for your wedding!
We cannot recommend this venue enough! It was a beautiful setting for our fall wedding. Stacey was great to work with. For the most part she always responded very quickly anytime I...
had a question or needed to make a change. She did a great job coordinating, especially when it came to set up. I didn’t even go to the venue until about 2 hours before and everything was set up perfectly. When I got there she touched base with me and did a great job of clarifying what was there and what wasn’t to make sure we were not missing anything.. One thing I would recommend to other brides is to specify the exact order that you want your place cards set out in on your tables. I failed to do that so I did have to switch a few around when I got to the venue. But obviously that was also not a big deal. Stacey also did an amazing job of making sure the event flowed smoothly. The food was also really good! Overall, Stacey was amazing and I felt that she made my wedding planning process a lot easier than I would have made it on myself if I didn’t have her.
we went to look at Tanglewood because of their outdoor locations, but the moment we met Stacey we knew we'd struck gold. Not only does Tanglewood handle catering and alcohol on sit...
e, but you get a wonderful event coordinator who helps everything come together. the view was perfect inside and out, the food (via Normandy catering) was delicious, and everything was decorated perfectly. for our wedding Stacey and her crew along with our florist did all the decorations (including diys we brought in) without us being able to help but they brought the vision together perfectly. Stacey was also always quick to answer any questions and help us perfectly personalize our day. I would give 10 stars if I could.
The Tanglewood Club was the PERFECT venue for our ceremony and wedding reception! The outdoor ceremony space is stunning and so is the indoor reception space. Beyond the beautiful ...
venue space though, what really makes Tanglewood the best choice, is STACEY and her entire team. Stacey was the absolute BEST coordinator -- so quick to reply to all of my emails throughout the entire planning process, so organized, detailed, and thorough, and she really ensured that our day went smoothly and without any glitches! The day was perfect and we really have Stacey and the rest of the Tanglewood staff to thank for that. Would definitely recommend booking your event at The Tanglewood Club! You will not be disappointed by the beautiful venue space, or the amazing staff.
The venue is absolutely beautiful but it’s truly the staff and team that make it the best.
Stacey was an absolutely phenomenal coordinator and worked with our vendors seamlessly. ...
She made the process stress free and ensured every single detail was perfect. The entire staff was attentive to every need and their genuine concern with making sure we had everything covered took so much weight off our shoulders. We cannot recommend Tanglewood enough, it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. You will not find a better team to take care of you and your vendors on your special day.

ue! One of the things I appreciated most was that we didn’t get nickled and dimed for every request we made. The venue had some decorations, candle holders etc that were were allowed to use wherever we wanted, which was nice to use to fill in with our own decor. We also appreciated that Stacey handled our Youngstown cookie table like a pro, with over 120 dozen cookies! As for the venue, it looked stunning! We had just over 100 people there for a winter wedding, and we were able to do our cocktail hour, ceremony and receptions in different areas of the space without any one space feeling too big or too small. I would highly recommend checking out Tanglewood!
This venue is perfection! And so is the crew that comes along with it! Stacey is amazing and has been the most supportive and helpful with everything. We cannot thank her enough fo...

On the day of she knew just what we wanted or needed and took care of everything! Because of weather, our ceremony was inside and it was more beautiful than ever! Photos were outside, and we got to take golf carts around the course to capture our special moments! The food was AMAMZING!! All of our guests were talking about how great it was! We absolutely loved our wedding day, everything was perfect, and Tanglewood was a huge part in that! We would recommend Tanglewood, 20/10!!

d. The food was great. Stacey was incredible to work with! She responded to all of my emails in a timely manner and answered all of my questions (and there were PLENTY since we planned this wedding during covid). Every detail I had imagined she helped bring to life. She was so helpful and accommodating. The day of the wedding we did a brief walk through before the guests arrived and I was in awe of how beautiful everything looked. Stacey did a wonderful job bringing all of my details to life, she’s very attentive and pays close attention to detail. We had a great time at The Tanglewood Club.

ruary wedding. It was PERFECT. It was beautiful. It was intimate, even with a guest count of close to 200. Not to mention, the food was delicious. We got so many compliments on both the venue and the food!
The staff deserves it's own praise. Stacey was absolutely wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help plan our perfect day. She was responsive, prompt, and helpful every step of the way; through every bit of the planning to the very end of our special day. You don't find people like Stacey, she is truly exceptional!
Booking Tanglewood was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!!! Great find. Highly recommend!!
Beautiful venue, amazing food and great price! My husband and I took a golf cart onto the course and captured some beautiful photos!

Normandy catering provided guests with delicious food. The portions were large and so many compliments were given about our appetizers and meal selections. We were able to conduct a good tasting with a variety of selections prior to selecting our final meal choices.
Stacey (onsite coordinator) was such a pleasure to work with. She kept us on task leading up to the wedding, and was an asset keeping us on time and on schedule the day of our wedding. She was organized and encouraging, providing us with a positive experience and an amazing wedding!

I can’t say enough great things about The Tanglewood Club. It was our wedding and reception venue this past April. The Event Managee is awesome, she gave me so much personal care. ...
The venue is beautiful with its rolling hills; floor to ceiling windows; natural light; dramatic ceiling and chandelairs and natural features. And the caterer is amazing. People are still raving about our menu. We had a brunch wedding, it was awesome. I highly recommend The Tanglewood Club!
Tanglewood is a beautiful place to get married. My 3 star review does not reflect the venue itself. It's clean, the food was actually delicious, the servers at my wedding were ex...
tremely kind and polite, and riding around in a golf cart in my wedding dress to take pictures on the grounds was both fun and tremendously scenic. However, I was appalled by Stacey Hill, the "event coordinator/on site event manager". Her lack of professionalism was shocking and her lack of presence at the wedding was counterproductive and upsetting. She was meeting with another couple at one of my tables as I was about to walk down the aisle!!!!! Also, on the day of my rehearsal, which she had days before assured me was "in her calendar", she didn't come and said that she is the "reception coordinator" and not involved in the wedding portion. WHAT?!? Well that was news considering she had actually been helpful up until then with getting the wedding in order, including organizing the bouquets and decorative flowers. So I conducted the rehearsal myself based on what I vaguely remembered from the last wedding I attended. I think it is realistic to expect your event planner to be physically present and helpful for the main event. I shouldn't have had to run it on my own. Thank goodness I had such a lovely photographer who took charge!
We were so happy with our choice of The Tanglewood Club for our August 26, 2017 wedding reception. The venue is beautiful and everything went perfectly, thanks to Stacey. She was w...

be there the day of. Large windows, a patio and a ballroom big enough for all our guests were our requirements when looking for a venue and Tanglewood had all three! It's a great space to decorate as your own. The staff was very friendly during our reception and the food was delicious!
The Tanglewood Club is the absolute perfect reception venue. All on one floor, gorgeous updated interior, endless windows in the cocktail rooms overlooking the golf course greens, ...
outdoor deck and patio - it's picture perfect. The staff was amazing especially their coordinator, Stacey Hill. She was on top of every last detail. She followed up with our vendors ahead of the wedding and setup everything perfectly. We could not be more pleased with how our day went and we can only hope to throw more business their way. The Tanglewood Club has it all.
