day of the of your sister’s event. I’d like to address some of the concerns you’ve raised to give more clarity. Regarding the rehearsal, our venue generally does not offer rehearsals due to the 15-hour day we provide for couples. However, if we can accommodate a rehearsal within our office hours of 9 AM to 5 PM, we are happy to do so. In this case, we had the rehearsal scheduled for 4 PM on our end, but when Kelsey received confirmation of a 5 PM appointment from the bride, she immediately reached out to offer the option of coming between 3 PM and 5 PM to ensure we stayed within our operating hours. I understand that Kelsey’s follow-ups during the rehearsal may have felt persistent, but her intention was simply to ensure everything flowed smoothly. We apologize if this came across differently. As for the concerns regarding a coordinator, it appears that there was no coordinator booked through our venue. Our records indicate that the couple had hired an external coordinator. We do offer coordination as an additional service, and I’m truly sorry to hear their chosen coordinator did not arrive as expected. Our Event Attendant, who is on-site for tasks such as maintaining AC, bathroom cleanliness, and lighting, stepped in to assist where she could. She also reached out to the couple’s external catering to help explore alternative options for food. I hope this effort helped relieve some of the stress during the day. Lastly, I’d like to address the tours. As stated in the couple's contract, we conduct tours until 1 PM. We make it a priority to remain out of the way during setup and never enter suites. This policy was also reiterated to the bride on the morning of the event. Once again, I apologize for any frustration they may have felt. I’m more than happy to discuss these concerns with the couple directly, as I have already reached out to them. Thank you again for the feedback. Team Rockwall
